College Cellars is a wonderful experience! The students and instructors are building great wines and learning the craft we all depend on for quality wine. We recommend That wine lovers support their tasting room and scholarship funds!
Absolute pleasure to visit and taste some of the great quality wines produced with the help of the students of the program. Learned a ton about each of the varietals and was an added bonus to talk with one of the students who helped make several of the wines while we were there. Very reasonably priced bottles too!
I couldn’t be more delighted with my stop at College Cellars. If you’re seeking wonderful wine and a very knowledgeable staff with friendly demeanors, this should be your first stop! Thank you for an enlightening experience and great wines.
Awesome tasting! This is the only time I have tasted exact same blend from two different makers. Great experience.
So much fun! Stopped by for a taste and fell in love with the wines. Absolutely recommend College Cellars.
Fantastic! I wont be visiting Walla Walla again without visiting College Cellars. A great place to small production wines made from unique varietals (such as Muscat, Barbera, etc.) alongside more typical Washington standards such as Syrah. Incredibly affordable prices ($15-$25 / bottle) is a plus. A staff full of wine geeks who are passionate and helpful as well!
Nicole was an excellent host in educating the wines. Great prices and great varieties! A third of the prices from other wineries.
Love this place. So fun! Reasonable! Interactive! Good job!
Great Rose and very friendly people! All in all a great experience!
So many delicious wines and learned a ton in the process!
Great outdoor patio and loved the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Good wine and great service!
The 2018 sparkling rosé is to die for!!!
Great place for tasting. Friendly, knowledgeable students sharing their wine journey. Very good varietals at great prices!
If you’re wine tasting in Walla Walla, WA, you have to visit this place. The local community college has a great wine making program, and all the local high-end wineries and growers donate $$$$ grapes and expertise to this program. The result is some pretty remarkable wine at really reasonable prices. The students are fun to talk to as well. Also check out Longshadows, Grammercy. Leonetti gets the press, but there’s lots of great wine around.
If you visit just one place in Walla Walla, this has to be it. World Class wines from amazing vineyards all local. Student made and served wines. Take a tour of the facility and production area as well! Totally worth it! Great prices as well!
College Cellars is a great place to go for a tasting and grab a few bottles of wine. My favorite was the Sauvignon Blanc. It’s also a great feeling to be supporting the college!
Amazing wine!!
This is a beautiful tasting room mostly run by the EV students at WWCC. The students are so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. They will even give you a tour of their production area. Their wine is all made by students in the program which you can purchase at a reasonable price. It is a must visit when you are out wine tasting in Walla Walla.
Great people & wine. Highly recommend tracking down Tim if you seek knowledge or have an inquiry. Awesome guy & INCREDIBLY knowledgeable.
Lovely
Definitely a must see wine tasting in Walla Walla. Down to earth, knowledgeable and caring staff. Tastings are free and the prices are probably the best in town. Glad to see that college students getting training in the growing industry have a great school program.
The staff is great here, second favorite thing to come for besides the Syrah.
Great tasting. Knowledgeable tasting room staff who are eager to share. Nice wines.
Really cool institution in Walla Walla, the program sounds very unique and interesting, the students pouring the tasting are obviously passionate and very knowledgeable about wine. Plus free tastings: I mean, come on...
Great wine tasting. Thank you!
Fun tasting room with students as servers
Awesome people, place and wine
Helpful student vintners, their tawny port is to die for!!!!
Visited based on a tip from one of the other wineries. Glad we did, learned about the training provided to the students and BONUS, it was empty, so a quick visit for us!
