Great Place for families to hang out. Nice place to just walk around and A relaxed environment. Good design for anyone too come see But Nt the best place that I ever wanted.

Normally, the upkeep is pretty well done. However, the gophers have torn the topsoil so bad, walking is ankle-twisting dangerous as well as the mosquito problem which needs to be addressed ASAP. Typically, this has running water from the St. Johns river, so infestation is limited.Its time to help get this park back in shape and make it fun like it used to be every summer.

It was good. But some people where parked close to my family & i. The people there were smoking & drinking around kids. I like it. It was fun, and all.

Park is beautiful and if they spruce it up a bit by fixing the arbors and picnic tables, as well as mow the grass it would be awesome. The main problem is there is little enforcement on people picking up their trash. There was garbage everywhere, even floating down the St. Johns River. Too bad people dont learn how to pack out their garbage and leave it nicer for others as well as themselves.

Nice place to take the kids. But sometimes the flow of the water is really fast.

Excellent place to take children to bathe is open from Friday Saturday to Sunday and Monday.

Although alot of changes to the natural beauty i felt safe jogging.

Beautiful if you go when the canal has water. Its not deep and you can bbq in the park area. Bathrooms arent clean. Dont forget tp. $5 entrance.

Cutler park is a quiet simple park, there is not much to do, but it has a lot of space to walk and roam around, close by is a river that is really nice, many people come to swim in it though I dont believe it is the best place to swim as the water is very green and definitely not clean

This little park offers a lot of fun. Outdoor play area, yes, but who can play on a playground with such amazing natural beauty. A great place for a fun day with the family, that is free.

I believe in the future it will make sense... concerning but there is much work going on there but the skyline with its majestic oak trees reaching for the heavens was why this park got a the ok

Went for the first time even though I usually dont like going to places like this. We had a bbq and made lots of family summer memories. We loved it so much we went back several more times. Water was cold and resfreshing.

Its a pretty park and peaceful, but you always have to park outside the gate and theres a lot of holes you have to watch for.

The river is beautiful and the rapids are a blast. Ice cream trucks and restrooms.

I did not like it because the water was very dirty. My husband kept on insisting to get my hair wet and I was like hell no...Alot of dry plants and grass that I was scared that a snake can come out...Yes its cheap to go, only $5 but I wish whoever is responsible of the park can clean around the lake...Im not sure if I want to go again...Just incase I do I wont get wet...BTW the water was freezing cold...My whole body started to hurt afterwards of how cold the water was...

Park looks abandoned. No landscaping or pest control. Completely dirty.

Dangerous place. A lot of homeless, drugs activities and so on. Ok to be with with 3 or more people If females. And children should be supervised

If you like a park with holes everywhere, This is the spot. Maybe long time ago it was a good park.

This is one of my favorite parks in Tulare County but it has not been maintained and one of the finest groves of VALLEY OAK. Trees in California is being decimated by neglect! Trees next to an adjacent diary have been invaded with killer vines that could be cut... but MANY have been choked, strangled and killed! Where are the Tulare county grounds maintenance crews? Can volunteers come in with hatchets and saws to rid these exquisite giants of their predators??While the park looks neglected and abandoned by grounds maintenance and irrigation, enthusiastic park goers picnic and swim in lovely St Jones River which river forms the north border of the park.Save the park! Save this Valley Oaks!!

The water is very very cold even when its hot out. Also the current is strong so parent supervision is highly required. Another thing about this river is that it isnt deep but there is a few parts here and there, and also if u go further in towards the woods it will get deeper. Lastly there is this cool swing where you can obviously swing from its amazing.

Lovely, clean park; the oak trees are magnificent even though they look drought-stressed. The restrooms arent locked, even when the park is closed. They were suprisingly clean, too.

I loved it l so enjoyed it fun for the kiddos, knee high in some places. Yes good place to take the family.

Best little hidden secret in the area. Great river fun and play areas. Awesome place for the whole family. The trees are the highlight of the park. Lots of great memories at that park.

Dont go swimming without shoes. Broken glass is everywhere in the water and trash is left on the banks of the river for days.

Fond memories of my parents taking me there on hot summer days when I was a child in the 60s. Tragedy to see those old oak dying but its happening everywhere around here.

If you like Shade and to Relax at the park this is the Spot for that beautiful green grass and beautiful trees

$5 per vehicle entrance. Cold water with 2-5 ft waters. Some deeper patches here and there with strong currents so be safe. Grills and benches to set up and restrooms available.

I love this place. You can drink adult beverages, and the kiddos have fun as well.

Its an old park its been there for many many years we love lapidated but it feels good for everybody

Its a good park with a playground.. my only complaint is that there were people there burning wood and it was just very odd and creepy

Had been coming here every Easter but it seems like every year it gets worse with all the gangsters and what not. Last year there was a fight nearby us with all the kids present and all scared to death. Dont rhank were coming here this upcoming year

The river is perfect for this summer and the grills are huge for a grilled meat picnic. Plenty of shade and even the public bathrooms are ok. Definitely will be going back soon

Ehhhh. The Park is Ok. But the Bathroom need to be kept up, for the money we pay to go in, the least thing could be to have the Bathroom ok. My Girls couldnt even make it in on how dirty it is.

Always went there as a kid and had great time bbqing and hanging out. NOW it is ugly, dry, dirty, and have to pay 5 dollars. With the money they charge i wonder where it is going because it is not going into the park.
