This was the best souvenir we stopped at. We tried several and we ended up buying everything from here. Staff was very friendly, prices were great and they even exchanged our items that we brought that were to big. Everything you need at a one stop shop.

Selection is great. Pricing good.. Wasnt open on the weekend?? That was odd, but since we were on vacation for a week, we had the opportunity to shop at a few locations.

Clean enough but nothing really for the plus size gal. It took me looking through every rack to find a cute feminine hoodie that I could squeeze into. but they run 50 percent off a lot of suvoiner type items so they was nice!

I have been to some Sunsations and other stores like it down in the Outer Banks. Knew exactly what we are getting into when we went to the store however were surprised at how clean the store was and well-maintained. But still plenty of things in the windows that are sun bleached and when you walk in right in the front are the hermit crabs. However there is a very large variety of t-shirts and magnets and other stuff that you can buy it is a tourist trap it is a souvenir shop but thats what its meant to be. You can get a lot of things for the beach here as well. Turns out theres a lot of these types of stores along the strip however this one is very clean and the staff are also wearing masks and people in the store are as well definitely felt safe in the store for the most part.

I normally dont go to places like this in my own town. Always thought it was a big giant tourist trap placed about every 5 or 6 blocks along the VA Beach strip. Turns out it is exactly that but a good quality one. Plenty of selection from cloths manufactures you heard of like Gildan and some you havent. Large size ranges as well. Some shirts will cover small whales if you need it too. If you need to check the box for SWAG ( Stuff we all get) while traveling then this is your one stop shop. Not too pricey and not all that cheap either. Our family from out of town got their t-shirts, bumper stickers and shot glasses in one place. I was thankful we didnt have to travel the length of the strip to find what they wanted.

They have everything you could possibly imagine, from flotation devices to t-shirts, water guns, candy and even hermit crabs. Yes, you can buy your own pet hermit crab here. Centrally located and with good prices. This is your on-stop shop for everything Virginia Beach-related.

The typical beach front products being sold. Since it was still very cold in VA beach they were running a lot of deep discounted merchandise. It was very well organized and very neat, the sales associates were very friendly.

The location is convenient, as it was across the street from the hotel I was staying at. The staff members were really helpful and nice when I had questions. The store is really big and somewhat overwhelming with things being all over the place. Other than that, it’s really nice.

Visited one of the sites of Sunsations. Most souvenirs were inexpensive only issue was that after two-three washes the letters of the shirt were coming off. I’m still planning to go here. However, going to ask or see what are the best durable gifts to take back.

Theyve got a little bit of everything, if you dont have time to run to Walmart this place is convenient. The staff was very helpful.

Sunsations is a staple in VA Beach to get a cheap fun souvenir. I will say if you are plus size, good luck in this store. Yes, they carry plus size clothes but the sizes are not remotely correct you will have to size up a decent bit. Also, clothing is all over the place, plus size mixed everywhere.

I wish I could rate 0 stars a thousand times!!! Went in this evening to look for a bathing suit. Found a ton on the half off rack. Went to check out and was charged full price then Maggie told very rudely that I didnt know what I was talking about and that they were misplaced. Then was told all sales were final when I said I didnt want anything, only offered to give me cash from the drawer when I threatened to make a scene!!! absolutely awful experience!!! Will never go to this location ever again. Could make absolutely no recommendations and didnt speak very good English(Maggie) . All around shady place!!!! Scamming people!!!! Shame on you !!!!!!!!!!!

Half priced hoodie? Yes! Ok, this place is huge, has every imaginable souvenir possible. Even if you dont really want a useless souvenir. A shirt, hoodie, beach towel, little blanket, so many things! A water bottle, and if you blow out your flip flop, you can get a new pair. They were fast at the checkout, even though it looks like youre going to be in line a while. I dont really like most souvenir shops, but this was good.

Theres several and I stop in at each of them! Love these stores! See you soon!

The way they treat the hermit crabs is sad and unacceptable. Hermit crabs could live for up to 30 years and they barely last a month because of the poor living conditions that sunsations stores keep them in. If you visit this place, please do not buy a hermit crab, and if you do, at least research proper care... They deserve better.

One of my favorite beach stores

Here we go always shop this store great selection and close to the hotel, although this morning after my wife bought 2 hat and shirt sets and another shirt she was accused of tearing the tab on the hat she just purchased and the manager having the worst attitude ever told her so I suppose you bought the hat like this? The manager walked away from her and dropped the replaced item on the counter without a word.The manager had such a bad customer relationship I will do my best to never use Sunsations whenever I return back to Virginia Beach.

Sold a 20.00 non working fidget spinner to my 9 yr old son who didnt know any better then tried to say it was scratched so could not take it back. Sad she will rip off a child. DO NOT BUY from here and definitely dont let your child go to the register she will take their money.
