It was pretty good. The casino was busy. But there was a spider in the room.

I enjoyed it, cant wait to go back to do the riverwalk of the Miss. River. The casino was nice along with the hotel and grounds its an oasis that appears out of nowhere.

Casino is good, hotel is nice, and staff has been friendly. Could use some updates in the room. Would have given 5 stars but the bed is uncomfortable.

My trip probably would have been better if the virus didnt have some of my favorite machines down. I had to stop playing and move to a different area four times. Two of the machines i played buttons kept sticking and one even came out all the way. If you only have half the games working shouldnt they function properly at least? I will say the staffing here is good everyone was nice like usual.

Was in the shower and the water just stopped, beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Casino is small and very tight slots.

Had coupon for room but they said they were booked. Said I could get one of the renovated rooms. Which was the EXACT same room as last time I stayed with coupon. Made me pay extra $83 extra. For same exact tiim I got for free a few months back room number and all.

Stopped here to have lunch and play a few slots and get a view of the Mississippi River. I got two out of three. Dont bother with the food . Enjoy the slots and a nice walk along the river. Nice casino in a beautiful building

Amazing!!! You can see the river from the room. Our stay was on July 4th, so we were able to see the fireworks over the bridge and state border over the Mississippi River. Beautiful. Definitely booking another reservation in the near future.

I love me a casino. And as I have said before. This is one of the better ones.was recently comped a sweet a king overlooking the river with a balcony. Very nice. They are doing up grades to rooms and boat.

Guest service and hospitality was great!!! Casino staff was great!! The room was VERY clean, and nice!However, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever! The king size bed in my room had the cheapest made mattress ever invented.. I have slept on hideaway sofa beds that would rival this mattress.So if you are coming to gamble it’s a great place.. But if you are looking for a good nights sleep.. well the floor might be a better option.

This hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the rooms fishy have a refrigerator or microwave.

My recent trip at Riverwalk Casino was very relaxing and rewarding. It was a very deserving get away. It is a pleasant place to get away and relax. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, not to mention the casino host.. especially (Becky) They are people with concerns and an act of appreciation for their patrons. Keep up the good work Riverwalk.

Google says two stars is just okay....thats what this stay was.Staff was excellent, though when I told them I thought I had booked a non smoking room, they said too bad, we have none left. Kind of hard to believe on a Monday night but oh well, at least they would have tried a little harder. Now all my stuff smells like cigarettes.The room is in desperate need of an update. Maybe it is just the smoking rooms, I dont know. But it was clean. Was hoping for a better room for the price I paid. NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE IN ROOM, AND NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST OFFERINGS!These are two things that are pretty important to me when looking for a good stay, and I would have probably looked elsewhere if I would have known this hotel was lacking there.

I love the atmosphere of the casino. The people are very friendly. We ate off the buffet. It was really good. Every thing was fresh. Mississippi doesnt have the no smoking in restaurants law but the do have a designated non smoking section. So it all works out.

Smallish casino with handful of tables. The sports book was good, as there were a lot of kiosks, but they did get overwhelmed quite easily, even on a Tuesday night. Can only imagine trying to place bets during football Sunday...Had the all-you-can-eat chicken buffet. $10 plus $1 for soft drink. Plenty of food options and everything was excellent.The hotel room was good-sized and clean. Comfy beds. The bathroom fan was very noisy.Some staff were friendlier than others. The valet guys were great.Wish they did a little more with their riverfront area. There was basically a fence and then the river. Feel this is a missed opportunity to really make the place stand out. Then again, most people are only there for gaming and eating :)

Older hotel. Needs updating. Room had a bad odor. No refridgerater. Bed needs new matress. It was just average, but would swtay there again. Rate it as a 3.

Rooms are clean and spacious! Snack bar as good breakfast and other foods. Buffet was a basic variety of foods. Good gaming with new slots machine. Staff gives good service.

We often come here to gamble but this is the 1st time we have stayed the night. The bed was terrible, you could feel every spring in the mattress and there was a huge lump. The toilet was short like for a toddler and the sink was so high like it was meant for someone over 6feet. No microfridge. We paid way to much for no pool, no microfridge, and the lumpy springy bed. The tv had no guide to tell you what was on any channel either. The staff was great tho.

No service at all. For the 3 hours I was there I never saw a drink nor waitress. I used to have fun here but not this time.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaints areI wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just a shower and really didn’t have good food option if you didn’t eat the buffet.

Had my coupon for a B1G1 buffet and the ticket wouldnt print and they refused to honor it!! As much money as i play in there a 12.00 meal shouldve been a easy fix but the lady in the office basically called me a liar in so many words. Will never return

Smoking was allowed inside the casino and in some section it was pretty bad. Didnt stay too long. The outside view of the river was nice and parking was free.

Great place to spend some time and some dimes. Beds in the hotel feels like cardboard but great service and fun.

Disappointed! Appearance is great, but the facility falls short. Does not have a fitness center. Only one bar of soap in the restroom. Did not provide extra bedding in closet. Toilet seat broken. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful, especially the Valet attendants.

My experiences at Riverwalk Casino is always great. I never go to win, I go to relax. I dont go to gamble, my money only allows me to game. Im satisfied when I leave every time. Riverwalk always gives me comps for free money and free food. The food is always delicious and the customer service is off the charts every time. The waitresses already know what I want to drink and they seat me in a great area each time. Riverwalk is my favorite casino for so many reasons. I recommend it to anyone if theyre looking to have a great time.

I hit big here most times I come. It is my preferred gaming spot in Vicksburg.

Ive won and lost there but I think after 8 or 9 visits over the past 3 years Ive officially vetoed the place. Although it may be the best casino in Vicksburg, it really is a terrible casino in the grand scheme. For starters the place is far too small. The games are limited(there must be like only 100-200 slot machines in total. Most of the games are so old it brings me back to the early 2000s and thats not good. The bonuses are just tragic, I feel like Im being robbed. On a weekday the action is terrible, most people of the very few that actually go there lose.Very bad element there as well(lowlives and panhandlers).We are paying basically to keep the poor city of Vicksburg afloat. The comps are very good with very respectable free play, free rooms and free quality food, because they need you to keep coming so you can lose and lose.If you want to gamble in Mississippi, this is the worst of the 4 areas to play by far. Better off going to a wealthier city in Mississippi that has a gaming commission and regulated % paybacks instead of wasting your time in this run down area. If you are used to AC or Vegas you wont like this area for gaming.

There were no places to get a drink except for a soda machine in the front corner when you walk in and forget about anyone coming around to bring them because that doesnt happen there. When a machine messed up & took our money, the attendant came, didnt speak to us, screamed across the way a conversation with a different employee, didnt give us the money back because she forgot we were there, told us to wait while they fixed the machine, walked away and we never saw them again. Not one employee spoke but just walked around us as if we were in their way. Theres no way Id consider staying there and Id definitely go to the next casino & Im certain would like it better.

Had a great time. Would have been even better if i had won. The bathrooms were clean. The bartender was very kind. The lady behind the counter helped me with my players card. Been awhile since i had been there. Now that i am back home. I will be visiting this casino often.

Our visit started off rocky with a room that wasn’t very clean. The hotel offered to move us or reclean the room and provided a $25 comp and were very nice and apologetic. The morning that we were leaving, we decided to order breakfast to the room. I called and it took several minutes for anyone to answer the phone, only to hear”hold please” and then hung up on me. The restaurant called me back about 5 minutes later and apologized, but told me that I’d have to come get my food because there was only one person there. The overall experience could have been better.Follow up: I contacted the casino at the email as requested and did not get a response.

Sad. Ive been had a players card forever. I have always loved this casino wont go to another one. They have made me stay outside for an hour while waiting on my mother to bring me my ID. Wouldnt even let me stand inside even though its cold as hell. Very sad. Watched at least 20 people walk by with no issue. But i have to stand outside. NEVER COMING BACK. walkview will due.

The seafood buffet was a nightmare on customer friendliness. Service personnel was always great. Crab leg lines were just not managed correctly. 3hr wait to get to table then stand in line again to serve yourself. I will not attend this buffet again.

The property was wonderful, but I had reserved two rooms and they even called to confirm when we were almost to the hotel. When we arrived and tried to check in, they only had 1 room for us, even after the confirmation call. They did find the second room but there was a definite wait .

Im really beginning to like this casino more than the others because we can actually win some money and play for a while. Still no beverage service if youre on the slots. I feel certain Ive give them enough money to have servers driving you crazy like in Vegas

Will definately come back. Had a good time and the money lasted. Felt like it took forever to get a drink and had to go to bar after a half hour of being there and I felt like bartender had an attitude after she finally reconized we were sitting there after 10 min. Five star except for that.

Too much money to have to play to win. Getting bonuses shouldnt have to take so long to get. New machines that nobody really play, and need to get more machines that people love to play. Those were very limited. Also, it takes the waiter/waitresses to long to offer you something to drink. It seems they only hang around the table players for tips, when they are missing out on tips from other players on the slots. We slot players spend our money and lose it too, so we deserve the same treatment as the table players. I waited an hour or more on last night to get one drink, and it took another 25 minutes just to get it..I was very disappointed in that as I already was losing my money on the machine I was playing. This casino use to be so much fun to come to. WHAT HAPPENED????
