I like the drinks, the slots, and the staff is friendly but I will not ever stay at the hotel again. No elevator, smoking upstairs all the way at the other end of entrance. I stayed two nights no one ever come clean my room or offered new towels or anything like that. But nevertheless still killed it in this dress

We stayed here randomly on a road trip recently. The room was good for what I was going. Brenda at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful!! We played the machines for a little bit and enjoyed it. I can’t review everything because of current times with Covid. Only downside was it was hard to get a drink and it took a long, long time. There was only 1 server handling the entire floor. I would probably let stay again if I was driving through.

This is our go-to place when we need a break.....my home away from home! The staff is wonderful, always so happy to see you and make your stay enjoyable. Its an older motel but with all the new upgrades, it rates very high with us. Love this place!!!

I didnt do any gambling, so I cant say anything about that. The rooms are pretty basic and there were no amenities to brag about. However, it was clean. Please note, MS is a state where it is still legal to smoke indoors. The hotel does offer non-smoking rooms and, thankfully, mine was free of smoke smell.

Booked room online with credit card get there and they tell me they don’t receive online reservations. Price was higher but did get a room. It’s really not just this hotel it’s this area. No restaurants that are any good in the hotels that I found. Tried RiverWalk casino and it wasn’t any better. It’s just a different world from Oklahoma and Bossier City casinos. So ready to get back to Texas!

Seriously, this is 2 weekends in a row that we have stayed. I have never had any real issues. BUT....We are in a pandemic, hand washing is a must!!! Two weeks now, and they are still out of handicap in the rooms!!!!! We must use the pump of shower gel and then walk into the sink area!!!!CRAZY!!! HAND SOAP PEOPLE!!!

Place is a dive. The new owner has there work cut out. Let’s start with service. Got there late around 1130pm stood in the hotel lobby for 15 min before someone showed up to check me in. Now for the room very dated but that’s okay. Bad the smoke detector was missing there was parts from them working on the window shade laying in the room. The window screen was out laying out side and the window was open just a little what the hell so much for guest safety. Checked out in the morning the front desk clerk and manager at hotel very rude. And what the hell is the facility fee for there is nothing there except the casino. And that will bring me to the casino. I love the older machines so that doesn’t bother me. There high limit room is pretty much nonexistent. The other machines are so tight you can hear machine laugh every time you push the button. I am a very avid gambler 9 casinos in 5 states this trip and this is by far the absolute worst I have seen in many years.

I visited Casino Vicksburg today. It was nice. I liked the fact that it wasnt so crowded and smokey like some of the others Ive gone to.

The new sports book, added tablegames is very nice and seems to be transitioning over to new rewards system and ownership nicely. Still takes forever to get hold taken off card for motel room deposit . hopefully that will be addressed and that issue solved soon . I’ve never had any bad experiences at this facility. I like it because it’s not as big as the other ones. It still has a lot of slot machines that I have loved for years. I personally don’t like all the new LED ones are the bright ones with all the pictures and stuff I like the simple ones. Staff is always been responsive. Plenty of room to move around. People that complain that they are not winning, I have always hit a little something.

Nothing but money grab. Barely surviving. Most machines are old and the playing environment has no wow factor. The employees half speak and insist on having personal conversations while you play. It was great when it was Rainbow Casino. Now they are just a place to throw your money away. Avoid at all cost!

Very run down, carpet was filty, tub, bathroom floor was dirty. Toilet handle was attached inside tank to the flapper with a zip tie which broke the1st time we tried to flush it. Front desk ladies sent down some male employee after about 45 min to fix it and he brought a hand full of more zip ties to fix the handle so it would be able to flush, After about 10 minutes of messing with it he said it was fixed and left the Room about 15 minutes after that I went to use the restroom and attempted to flush it and it was not fixed, it did not get fixed even by morning it was still not working when we checked out at 900. The room didnt have any kind of traveler brochure or any documents suggesting things to do in the area or in the casino for that matter. Nothing explaining how the casino ran. Would have been nice to have information about such things. The price my fiancee paid for the room was ridiculous for the condition the room & hotel was in, very disappointing experience for sure. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...

It is a smaller casino friendly staff but the playing is horrible, its a hard casino to win at and if u do win do not expect a big win. After $1200 i never hit more then $50 back on video poker.I will not be returning again.

This place is now under new management from back when we visited during 2014Pool closed down now, rooms need updating, carpets wornHotel staff not kind at all, dusty vents, mildew on wall interior, Give you motel vibes ️They charge for extra people nowJust find something with at least 4-5 stars, don’t waste your money here, there star ratings is 3.5 sine I’ll give it a2 star but there better than water view which is down the street !

Alot of inconveniences due to COVID 19. I know this is not the hotels fault, but it is not a good time to travel. The restaurant was closed. Some of the pictures I saw when booking were definately not taken at this location. No atmosphere. Casino is outdated and doesnt even have a roulette wheel. Just a little disappointed.

Availability to get comps rewards are lousy now. A Couple of years ago I had the top reward players card, only to be dropped down to the lowest. When I asked Why? the reply was, all cardholders are based on play. This Casino is not good on patrons appreciations. This is not meant as a complaint, but more as a compliment in preparation of the Casino to do better in the future, if you are looking for happy / satisfied customers.

The front desk person had an attitude like she was doing me a favor allowing me to stay there. I asked to see the manager because she obviously doesnt like her job or working with the public. Check in was at 3 pm. I arrived after 3 pm and was told by this unfriendly person no rooms were ready. I understand no rooms being ready if you are trying to check in early but not after normal check in time.

First off all the people that I encountered at Lady Luck Casino in Vicksburg were extremely friendly and very very nice! Now lets talk about their Farmers pick Buffet. That was the worst dining experience of my life. I have had better food at a homeless shelter which I have been at so I know. The price was $25.25 what was stated on the menu was not all the items that were available once you got up to the dining area. the flank steak looks like a fossilized piece of Flesh from a 2000 year old mummy. The sign downstairs stated there was meat loaf of available when you got upstairs there was no meatloaf. One of the dishes I tried was the spaghetti and meatballs which looks like something my grandmother would make there was no spaghetti sauce or noodles separate from each other they were all combined together like a goulash. None of the food actually matched what you wanted to eat like if you had meatloaf you would have mashed potatoes and gravy it was kind of like a carrying where everybody brings something weird to work and then you just kind of make a meal out of that. That experience was definitely not worth $25.25 next time if yall are not going to keep the food as it stated on the menu then you should reduce the price if youre not going to restock the meatloaf put out a fresh flank steak do you understand? Very very very very disappointed in my experience there that was my birthday and I am just very disappointed.

It is a dump. Plain and simple, I had the king suite and there are rips, tears in the carpet, it stunk, the halls are tore up, the tub in the room barely worked. The customer service was a joke. You stole six dollars and some change for some bogus fee that wasnt disclosed at the time I made the online reservation. Your company acted in a fraudulent way and I will NOT be cheated by the likes of this company and I will not return. This is truly shady place.

By far the worst casino Ive ever been in. Played for 30 minutes and nobody would bring a beer AND! the machines are set so tight nobody in the whole place was winning anything.Take my advice and go somewhere else. This place is just a money pit.

My stay was ok!I went to the O&H restaurant. I ask for orange juice and I couldnt get that ok. Can I have a bottle of water you will have to pay . I told the waitress I couldnt drink the fountain drinks because of the water. I can not drink this hard water due to my illness.The next thing I no this rude, very unprofessional supervisor come to the table nasty attitude. After that she go and tell someone else I guess she thought I was to good to drink the fountain drinks.Did I mention I came in with a HOST. We order my husband, the host and I. The she went back out on the floor. Thats when the rudness come let me add that.We get our food: the host is back now.. The get her food first the my husband and I. When send the food back at this point. We didnt want it, because if the supervisor attitude was that bad I didnt no want was done to our fod.Another lady came she works at the hotel but happen to be working at O&H Restaurant. Pleasant attitude! She wanted to no why I didnt want the food I explained the supervisor attitude. She expressed how sorry she was that happen. She would give us a upgrade or our next stay. The host said she would give us fan play but never seen her afterwards. (disappeared) .My husband and I left out I went to the rest room same supervisor but now on the O&H express side talking to workers and in front of customers about what happen on the restaurant side. At this point they looking at my husband. When I walk out the rest room the supervisor putting on a show in front of customers. Be careful who speak in front of no clue you can be recorded.Lastly, LADY LUCK you need to send your supervisor that was working on 2/22/2020 to training or get rid of her before you lose all of your business. You gone have customers with allergies and medical problems you dont get get an attitude because a person can not drink from the fountain.(ONLY BOTTLE WATER) if you ask why you would have known.To HARD ROCK the NEW owners I hope you do better than lady Luck!JENNIFER ONEAL

Servers are on the ball, every we employee was very friendly, best burger anywhere around, comps are great and you dont have to pay $50-$100 on a free room. If you play slots there is a large selection and you will play for hours. Highly recommend this casino over any of the others around

Poor all the casinos has their machines locked down. Its not the workers or the atmosphere. You cant get any of them to pay off. Its not just us. Everyone is complaining. The only 0nes hitting are the same people. Wonder how that works ? I can only imagine. Play the same machines, but as soon as you move. Here comes a regular that all the employees know by first name and they just keep on hitting. Well imagine that !!!

Could be 5 stars. Bed is way to tall. Bring a step stool. If you depend on internet. Better talk to them 1st. I got a code but upstairs room in Hall closest to the office it wont stay connected. When it was connected only 2 bars. Everyone has been super nice. They just need to ditch the box springs. Get some sheets that fit, get a better router and some CLR in the shower head and it would be a 5 star. Towels and shower gel is awesome. Hotel and casino are connected which is this town is not always the case. Also a great price but slept in cheaper motels with better beds internet and shower all at the same time.

I have been to this casino in the past numerous times and it is certainly not the same. The atmosphere was dead and the machines are very tight now. I wont be returning.

Compared to the regular casinos I frequent in Tunica and the dog tracks in West Memphis, Arkansas, this casino is by far the best in this area. The employees here are so nice and welcoming and have wonderful manners. They are the embodiment of Southern Hospitality!!! Plus instead of offering their players free play, like every other casino, they give out cold hard cash. In my own personal opinion it seems like the odds to win are better here as well.

I didn’t stay at the hotel I want to the casino I drove Pearl Mississippi to make smart which is an hour and a half round-trip they said they would give it away crockpots they sent me an invitation Stated 5 to 9 I got there around 6 o’clock only to be told that they had to give all the crockpots out i’ve been going to the city now on and off since I’ve been there I don’t always use my card never won that much money keeps me playing for a little while no workout hundred to hundred and a whole But when I take time out of my busy schedule to do something and then find out it’s a scam I’ll never come back your giveaways are scams and I won’t be back till I get my crockpot

When I first got to my room, i tried to watch tv and the tv wouldn’t work. I called the front desk to let me know, and it was after midnight and another shift was on when they finally got my th working. There’s only one entrance to come into, all other doors that you used to be able to go use, are emergency exits only. I was at the VERY end of the hall. Therefore I had to walk all the way down the hall, down the stairs, and l out the front door. Very inconvenient.

1st time here and I wanted to enjoy myself and eat steak with seafood. The Prime Rib was over cooked (dry like my shoe) and the shrimp was over cooked ( rubbery ) smoked sausage and chicken was eatable and the soda was cold. Service was good. I will not come back for food. I hope the gambling is better than the food. I feel that they JUST heat up food and NOT cook with passion and love. Anyone can reheat and reheat. Skip the buffet and gamble!

First off I came from monroe the day before the VIP Brunch that was offered to me and my wife, we went to the buffet and the food was not good at all and the flank steak was okay but the lady servin.g the steak act if she was going to take it home with her she didnt want to cut me a piece that I wanted I thought this was a buffet,so we went to our room and it smells like cigarette smoke and I ask for a nonsmoker room, we didnt make it to the VIP Brunch, we check out at 2am and went home, it was our wedding Anniversary...

This place was very well maintained. The staff here is very nice. We were able to eat absolutely free as first time play card holders. I had a good time, and I would definitely recommend trying your luck here.

Reservations department dont have a good handle on rooms available & dont close their inventory. And when I showed up at Lucky Lady Hotel, the receptionist told me to please let Expedia know they dont any rooms available. Really... Such a poor customer service. Did not even offer to help with accommodation or refund the money... Not happy at all.
