GCD is wrong. This is a great community with lots to offer. If you get the chance to know people and become their friends instead of enemies you will find life is a pleasure in Village Green. There are 3 pools and 3 clubhouses and many residents who enjoy these amenities!!! Rents are high but we have lots to offer. Come and see for yourself. Nothing is perfect so I gave 4 stars. Always room for improvement.

Dont make the mistake we did and move here. Now, were stuck with no way to recoup our investment. Village Green is a shell game of profit for their owner Equity Lifestyles, or ELS. They have illegally raised the lot rents every single year, without fail. Were now fastly approaching $1000 a month lot rents with no relief in site. They continually raise the lot rents and just as fast, they decrease their services and maintenance here. Its becoming a really awful place to live. And the HOA here is one of the most corrupt and sinister as weve ever seen.

I have 3 friends who reside here. They are all retired from up north. They love it. They could not live for any less. This gives them extra money to help their children, and for travel.

Village Green is one of the nicest manufactured home communities in Vero Beach. The management staff lead by Janice are amazing and work hard to make sure residents are informed and welcomed.

Visitor to a bazaar, not a resident, but could see the grounds and speak to an owner. The home owner was very pleasant as well as all of the volunteers at this event. This is a very large community of mobile homes. If you attend next year wear comfortable shoes and see items from cloths to household items at good prices and have lunch too. However, it was uncomfortably crowded. Getting to merchandise was not easy; getting through to the vendor tables was very difficult; having a bite to eat was impossible. The experience was more of a free-for-all. Too much jammed into the space provided. Probably will not return.

Residential community for retired homeowners. Very friendly and convenient place. Pool and community center on site. Well tended; the lake is the centerpiece.

Wonderful new home here!! Friendly neighbors, friendly management. Only down side is lawn maintenance! They need to mow more often, and the brush pile is over looked by the daily brush guy at our home. off to management office to inquire how to resolve this only issue.

Wow what a awesome place, excellent pricing, with all options available so you choose what fits ur home best. I love how polite everyone is at Speedys a/c. The 2 installers Fabio and Ryan were fantastic cleaned up all debris after taking out old unit and installing new unit. They both were very professional. In the office Michelle Daniels kept me informed step by step, she did absolutely fantastic. Never will you feel like your in the dark. Then some onsite cover made by Jeff again excellent. I would without a doubt recommend Speedys a/c to everyone. For you all at Speedys your at the top of my list for everything. Pricing, professional, clean up, and on how polite you all are.Thank You,Darlene D

One of the nicest 55+ communities in Vero Beach.

If you like to get involved socially with games, darts, cards, swimming, horseshoes, shuffleboard, musical/comical entertainment, dances, pot lucks, fundraisers, this is a good community to join. On the negative side, you have pricey lot fees that keep going up, and are not in line with cost of living. Past management not so good. January 2018 under new local management, but still overall run by ELS... driven by profit over tenant satisfaction. Google Equity LifeStyle Properties or ELS complaints.
