From my first introduction to Countryside at Vero Beach I was so impressed by the clean streets and landscaping throughout. Its obvious that the people who live there love and take pride in their community. The size of and amenities offered at the Club House are impressive to say the least. All in all I was so impressed that I am thrilled to say that I am a brand new resident of Countryside and am looking forward to taking advantage of everything it has to offer.
Countryside is a very well kept up for +55 community. There is a swimming pool and bingo nights. The neighbors are very friendly and will make you feel right at home.
I would love to live here. It is beautifully maintained, and a nature lover will love the large birds, and rabbits, and large trees, water..wonderful
Countryside in Vero Beach is a nice community off Rt 60 with i95 and Walmart a short distance away. The layout can be confusing to get around at first. With nice amenities its and not far from the beach its a great choice.
We are in love whit this place .See ya soon.
I live here its great
We moved to this place and love it!
First visit to our nieces place. Very nice and clean neighborhood. Great location close to shopping and interstate but quiet and secluded. Definetly worth a look if thinking of relocating to the area
As a former resident of this beautiful community I loved living there. The park has so many activities and friendly people you will be happy to call this community home. The park management is top notch and very friendly.
Ive lived here for some time now and its really quiet theres usually nothing going on as far as you knowrandom people driving in here and stuff like that its usually just people dropping stuff off you know USPS UPS Amazon those sort of things otherwise its really quiet great place to live gated community Sono riff Raff its a very secure place their crime rate here is I would say non-existent I might even go as far as to say its a miniature Paradise or possibly a Utopia it is however retirement community so if youre a young person you wont be able to live here if youre under 50fortunately no for me and my boyfriend we do live here because we got in here before it became a 50 +and legally therefore we cannot be evicted due to I think its called a shotgun clause or a catch-22 not sure might be wrong
ROADS ARE 40+ YEAR OLD AND THEY LOOK IT. BUT THEY MADE SURE THEY REPAVED BY THE ENTRANCE AND OFFICE!!!
Great place to live. Has everthing i need. Great people
Big sale at the club house today. Pretty place very large mobile homes.
Took my friend here he was going to buy a trailer for about 10,000 thats pretty cheap the place was beautiful but it was $900 a month HOA fees. Its not hard to see why people are selling their homes for nothing just to get out of that $900 a month burden. If you think about it you can buy a house and have a mortgage for less than that.
We have recently moved to Countryside, and we love it! Great amenities and wonderful neighbors!
Another great potluck dinner with wonderful friends ️
UPDATE: Post Hurricane IrmaHurricanes are a fact of life here in Florida. Sometimes we go for many years without one and sometimes they come around more frequently. Irma was not one of the worst but it did cause some damage mostly to the older model homes. I didnt see any serious damage to the newer ones. Our power was restored quickly and clean up has been ongoing. Were all glad its over.Ive lived here for many years. Its a big community with lots to do. Its not noisy and theres a large swimming pool and club house. As far as I know, Countryside has the largest pool ( heated in the winter, too!) and club house of these manufactured home communities. Its a great and safe place to enjoy walks and nature.
Great community and Jayson is a very helpful Manager and very informative
Management sucks. Great residents.update. we.now have a new manager. All seems to be heading on an upward swing. The old manager sucked the energy right out of me. One more from the front office needs to go
I live here its mostly a good place to live
Great place to live many activities good people a lot of entertainment and restaurants around the area
Great management. Very very nice place to live,i have been here16 years.
Jacked up my space rent 60% with two months of moving in. Space rents are excessive, and then assert that their rates are comparable with other parks for the local area. Only the same company owns all of the other parks in the region. They compare themselves against themselves. They Dont follow their own rules. They Do keep the property well maintained.
President of Flat Rate Home Sales and also a proud owner and resident of Countryside at Vero Beach.
Ive lived here since 2010, in my parents 1985 manufactured home aka double-wide trailer. im homebound and reclusive; everyone is nice, but privacy is valued. no solicitation = WONDERFUL! my only complaint is that since the mailboxes and mail lockers are centrally located (by the Clubhouse), USPS refuses to deliver to my residence, and im unable to access the central mail location since i dont drive and cant walk. once every 2-3 months, i have access to a community volunteer transportation service, and at those times im (usually) able to retrieve the accumulated mail.
Beautiful 55+ Community w/Large Heated Pool, Lakes, Dog Park, Activities etc...8.5 miles to beach!
Hated Countryside HOA awful!!!
COUNTRYSIDE IS A 5 STAR RESORT!
High end mobile home park
Everyone here has been friendly and very helpful in my move to Florida. Tammy told us she had the perfect house for us to buy when we came to sales office and she was right. We love our place!!!
Beautiful place until you meet some of the residents. Most of them do not like children and make you feel uncomfortable if you have a young family with you. As my family was visiting my mother, we chose to take my daughters and granddaughter to the pool. It was great for a while until a group of them started taking pictures of my family, sending them to the manager, starting arguments and insulting us. Very disappointing for such a beautiful day!!
Nice gated community with many activities
Nice place to live
Very beautiful place love to live there
Very nice place.
Was trying to find an address. Would be helpful to have maps available for visitors.
This place has really change for the best. It really does look good.
Love living here, Great Neighbors and pleasant also quiet. Nice amenities.
The reside ts are cliqueish, and the parties ate drinking fests. Not in the clique, ostracized. All entertainment is geared to 80 and up nothing for 55 to 80. If you are on the younger side of over 55 do not bother.Older residents will stand and scream at you if they feel you are driving over 10mph but will speed on their golf carts and bicyclrs.
Love living here. Great neighbours, fabouls heated pool, tennis etc. Nicely maintained lawns, quiet and safe.
Love this place, very friendly people
Excellent property! Quiet, beautiful landscape, cared for!!!
I have lived in this community since 1987. Beautiful community for many years till. ELS took over. This Hugh ELS bought up five communities in an area of five miles. Most of the people who live in these communities are on fixed incomes - and are elderly like myself. ELS takes advantage of us to the extent of the law.
Nice place, clean and quiet
No real security. MGM sucks
Very nice, clean
Great neighborhood to live and enjoy! Beautiful clubhouse and pool with many other amenities.
Really nice community.
Calm and peaceful
Older manufactured home community. Well maintained and friendly people.
Very nice mobile homes, not your typical trailer park very up town
They have the best grapefruit ice cream
Nice ppl
I moved into Countryside Nov 10, 2016. I was introduced to my neighbor as she was standing in her front yard screaming at another neighbor. Her 25 yr old son solicited my granddaughter for money. This was all within the first two days. I went thro nearly one year of hell. She was an addict and a drug pusher. She was in jail a total of six times in 8 months. From battery on a senior to drugs. Thank God with the HOAs help she is finally gone. I can finally sleep at night and love my little home again. Thank you Steve Tebow President of the HOA who kept me sane throughout this year. Also my other neighbors on this street.
I love it.very secure
Just love this place
Flea market there this weekend, March 23.
I have lived here since January 2012. I love it! You get quite a bang for your buck! AND, it is QUIET!!!I have wonderful neighbors, and the club house is awesome, complete with computer room, library, a room with two pool tables, and a huge heated pool outside! Tennis courts are excellent, and there is even a friendly dog park. The entire grounds are kept immaculate and grass/landscaping is well tended. As for the person who reviewed and hated it, all I can say is it is a retirement community and THERE ARE RULES, the first is that NO ONE under 40 may live there. Ever. There is a no disturb time from 10pm to 6am, where noise is simply not permitted. Dogs are allowed under 35 pounds, and youngsters MAY VISIT but must be accompanied by their host at all times. There are no surprise fees or hidden charges. I rent here, and pay my rent, water/sewer and electric. Homeowners who live here must maintain their home to specifications set forth in the contract signed upon leasing of the lot, and NO charges are hidden. You may get fees if you do not tend to landscaping or if your lot is messy. But that is why I live here. I dont want to live in a development of pigs/messy people.***UPDATE*** my second year here, still love it here. There are streets that are more active than others, but my street is quiet and Ive got awesome neighbors. Last year Isaac spawned a tornado and afterward everyone was checking in on each other. If you get to know your neighbors it is a great place to live. If you are a hermit/antisocial you probably wont do well here. The COMMUNITY is aimed at being a community. If you dont want the company, maybe it is best you retire in the mountains with some goats and be a hermit. There are always functions at the clubhouse, especially during bird season (I live here year round) Bunko, bingo, all kinds of cards, dances, pool parties, etc. There was even a pot luck supper today (which I missed because I thought it was tonight...oops) ANYWAY, I do love it here. It is close to shopping, and has easy access to major roads like I-95 and just about a half an hour to the turnpike, so easy access for travel. The mall is about five minutes drive, grocery and pharmacies 10 minutes AT MOST. AND most important, the beach is 15 minutes away. CANT BEAT THAT :DWe are on an interior lot now, but someday hope to get a place lakefront. We shall see. Ill try to update this next year :DUPDATE DEC 2013Next month will mark my two year anniversary renting from ELS. I still love it here, the office staff are friendly and maintenance is still very good. I highly recommend Countryside if you want to own your own retirement home or if you want to rent.Still love it :D*****UPDATE: 9/5/2015*****Lovin it
