Great location, nice landscaping, attentive and hard working management, it is a nice park, clean and neat save a few tenants with stuff stacked outside.

The people that run Palm Paradise Park are wonderful. They went out of their way to help my disabled Mother-In-Law for several years while she lived there as a Snowbird. They did way more than necessary to help and look after her. Palm Paradise Park is beautiful and is conveniently located between Sebastian and Vero Beach. Many improvements have been made in the past few years. You cant go wrong living there as a Snowbird or as a permanent resident.

This park has seen some rather noticeable upgrades in the past few months thanks to the park management and owner. The proximity to the Wabasso Bridge and beaches are amazing. The lot rents in this wonderful park are lowest around.

Everyone is very friendly. Cant wait to meet more neighbors!

Older smaller 55+ Adult Mobile home/RV park but good value for rental of lot..

Would be nice if laundry room was better.all the washers need to be working at all times with so many people in the park. Needs fan to be fixed it is like a sauna sitting in the laundry room! Showers are very clean and womans is decorated cute. Dont understand the need for so many speed bumps for a park suppose to be 55 and older. My companion has been coming here for over 30 years so he must like it. Thank you,

Could be a little better Park if some of the mobile homes were repaired, but in a nice area accessible to the beach

Homes are very run down, lots of elderly living here in unsafe conditions...
