My mother resides in Vero Palm Estates. She enjoys it very much. Whenever I visit her, the neighbors are very welcoming.

I love VPE, wish I could spend more time here and less at work, but Im not retired yet.

I loved it when I first bought, but now the lot rents are impossible. I would like to see them do something for people living here with this virus going on like maybe a drop in lot fees. Its nice but you cant go anywhere or do anything because of the virus so why not help us out.

I absolutely love living in this park except for the fact they push you out by raising your lot rent every year!. They have raised my lot rent every year (we have been here 5 years) this year alone they raised it $200. My neighbors are moving out for the same reason. So buyer beware because they sure arent going to tell you they do that at the time of purchase!

Nice Quiet Place

Great place to live and enjoy retirement, however, this picture is not an example of our types of mobile homes. Most homes are modern and beautifully kept up.

Disgusting people they are incredibly rude a lot of garbage in the yards the entire place is very poorly maintained

This is a beautiful park very quiet. Just minuets away from shopping or restaurants about twenty-five to thirty minuets from the beach
