This is a dump run by unprofessional staff .the place is old and run down no wi- fi the pool gets shut down due to algee and contamination .The office staff will rip you off because the place is broke Darcy you need to find a better place to work your to good for this dump .They will hold your deposit so dont give them one.Then when you call to get your deposit back they hang up on you .Shame on you .Now you even took money from our deposit what a poor excuse for business.. BBB will be notified as well as Indian River Business Association as to your terrible conduct .

Noseums are the worst. You cant sit out at night unless you spray yourself with off or wear long pants. Other than that the camp is clean and people are nice

This is a very nice co-op motorhome and motorcoach Park located on US 1 in South Vero. The location is very Good, the grounds that are taken care of very well, they have a laundry and a pool and a very nice atmosphere.

Very relaxing and so well maintained! I have met some of the nicest most caring neighbors. A very attentive staff. Many planned events and a wonderful pool!

Decent Mobile Home Park full of locals and lots of Canadians in the winter time. Very strict rules regarding upkeep of units. Quiet friendly neighborhood
