This is such a nice park but seriously the homeless need to find somewhere else to go. While there 5 police showed up to take one away. Not sure what he did but this is a childrens park. Not a homeless hangout! He had a little puppy with him. Guess it will find a new home.

My kids and I love this place! Even though I see many people commenting about the homeless and other activities (such as d*** deals and other inappropriate things) the park is open to all, with and without homes though all should be respectful. As far as the drug activities; I have walked into the bathroom for my kids and I to use and remember my son about ready to use the toilet and seen paraphernalia sitting on the back of the toilet for any one of my kids to grab and that is not okay. Never ok. I did want to share this here so anyone who comes and makes reviews can also read this and stay aware. We should always keep our children and their safety number one as well as our own too.

Huge play structure, my kids love it! Large grassy field with ample parking..large covered are and public bathrooms.Down side is that the covered area is pretty freakin dirty..and the bathrooms are kinda gross. I still go to this park though haha all in all its a decent place to brink the kids.

Nicest play structures, wheeled chair accessible with concrete paths, wood chips, rubber matting and grass. One area in particular has matting and low toys that look very accessible.Picnic tables, some shade, right off I5 so always noisy.Parking to East of community center and park and rec bldgs--weve had trouble finding it!Flush toilets. Can be busy.Natural area with rocks and stumps, sand, small concrete animals to clamber on, too.Swings are about 3 feet off the ground! 2 baby swings, 4 short regulars. This park, in early August 2019, could stand a solid refluffing of the ubiquitous bark chips. Not more piled on, but the ground level amended and adjusted for safety, particularly under the swings.Great park overall.

This place is amazing and my kids love it!!! Never been let down with the experience and play time... tho it would be nice if the homeless people did not use the park and undercover area as a resort. The city should be pushing them away, its gross and Ive seen deals go down while playing with my kids I just dont mind as much as it is not near them tho I can still see it!! Over great place!!

Great awesome, huge expansive playground... but there is a homeless population that takes over the bathrooms (going in with groups at a time for long periods of time) and can make it feel slightly less safe. Cool to have sand but its mixed with lots of dirt/branches. Kids LOVE it here so we keep coming.

Review №47

Great park in general. The play structure is impressive and was built as an integrated component to the surrounding walkways and terrain. This would absolutely be a 5 star park if it wasnt for the fact that there are multiple spots where the rubberized coating has worn away from the platforms and other features.Theres also an unusually low number of swinging for such a large play area.

Fun park for kids and opportunity for adults to join in. Open spaces for sports, a grill, large picnic benches in a covered area, looks like a cool place to decorate for parties. The playground is newer, large and the kids seem to love it. Highly recommend.

What a big, fun park for all ages! The only downfall would be when school gets out in the summer and its overrun by big kids who truly put the other kids in danger. My kids loved an area at the park with a sand pit, bridge, and lots of rocks and stumps to climb and jump on.Easy access from 14 and ample parking with bathrooms.

I go to Marshall Park to play Pokemon Go (yes, people still play that game) and it is a fantastic location for that. My wife caught a shiny Growlithe within 15 minutes of us being there! There are two gyms and four stops located on the property. All of them are very close to each other, so making a complete loop takes maybe 10-15 minutes? Theres a new playground for kids smack in the middle, and theres an indoor pool and a full gym, but those last two require a small fee. Very nice location with something for everyone!
