Its a great dog park! People are usually friendly or they mind their own business. You can make friends easily with other dog lovers. Its just a great place all around? Of you go tho, you sound try to donate money if you can because the people that run it do it alone and its very nice.
This park is amazing! It’s absolutely HUGE and fully fenced. My dog would have found a weak spot in the fencing if there was one. There’s also tons of squirrels in the trees which provided endless entertainment for my dog. Plus, there’s lots of benches. Definitely my favorite dog park ever!
Big, shady, relatively clean and not too crowded, not nearly as many aggressive unattended dogs as across town. But the rough gravel (presumably added to reduce mud?) shreds my large dogs paws. Really bummed out. We liked this place, but if he cant run without getting bloody feet, its totally pointless. My small dogs havent had any issues! But if you have a big dog, be careful and keep an eye on their feet! Ive never had this happen anywhere else before, even running on asphalt or other parks he is always fine. But every time weve come here we leave with bloody footprints.
Really nice incline for my dog to run up and down on. Definitely got all his energy out! The water area is also really nice. Only negative thing I can note is the power lines... It is in the middle of town though so its expected.
Took my puppy for first trip to park. He did really good in small pen. On leash he had a great time meet all the large dogs. Owners very nice
My dog loves this park but we were there a couple of weeks ago with elderly relative and parked near the ADA entrance for her. After being there for 20 min or so, we returned to our car to find that we had been locked out?! Someone had padlocked the gate and it wasn’t even close to dusk. I had to hop the fence (not easy being only 5 ft tall) and leave my young, large, hyper German Shepherd pup in her care as I could not lift his 80 lbs over the fence. After driving around to the main parking lot I then had to go back and get my dog then go back again to assist my relative down the steep hill. She was very nervous and concerned.I’m not sure why this happened as the sign on the gate clearly stated that it was an ADA entrance AND that it was open until dusk. Not sure that I will trust bringing anyone here again with accessibility issues.
Great place for hanging out or a great walk up and down hills. People are nice and their 4 legged kids. Never ever have i had any issues with anyone or their 4l. Kids. I do know not everybody pick up after their dogs uugg
Its a great park and has some nice areas to walk and throw a frisbee. The only negative, which isnt the parks issue is that many people bring small children and dont keep them close enough or teach them proper etiquette with dogs, like not to run around. Some people also sit in the grass with snacks and dont realize thats a risk with dogs around.
I love going here! Its perfect for dogs of all sizes.
Such a wonderful park to walk your dogs off leash. Plenty of room to run and play. A big thank you to the DogPaw organization and its volunteers for maintaining the parks. Please donate to them to continue this program.
Great place to let pups play, small dog side good for my 5 1/2 month old! Big dog folks dont seem to clean up after their dogs too well
I love this doggy park there’s plenty of pups and bigger dogs. People are very respectful of rules
It’s a hit or miss when visiting this place (this was before covid). Some days it’ll have lots of people & dogs, others only a couple. I try to go when it’s busy so doggies can socialize but it’s hard when there’s dog poo or fleas. I end up not going to the park as often as I would like. Always deep clean after spending time here. Also they should really put a port a potty here lol
Great place to your kids dogs to socialize and make new friends...
Great fully fenced dog park, tons of room to roam and run. Decent distance perimeter walking path, goes between both areas. Two things though: it has quite a bit of dirt (potential mud) and the water spigots werent turned on so bring your own water. There were bowls though, unless youd prefer your own.
Great place to take my dog for a walk. Ample parking, plenty of green space for the dogs to run and a one mile gravel path for the owners to walk and get a daily dose of fitness. Theres also a water station at the bottom of the hill for the dogs and in a couple of posts around the path theyll have poop bags in case you forgot yours. Youll also find benches around the park if you just want to sit and watch your pup. Also plenty of shaded areas. The one down side is on rainy days it can get very muddy.
Fun layout for a dog park, big enough for a good walk around, some spaces away from the others and hills and good variety of trees and meadow spaces. Fun
This place is HUGE! My dog absolutely loves it, we go later in the evening with little to no dogs. He could spend hours there sniffing and smelling, running. It is clean and well taken care of. Doesn’t stop him from finding all the mud though. Even the little dog park is huge. I have a large dog and he still has very adequate space. The big area, (or should I say areas) has two sections that connect with a small trail. Well worth a trip to this park.
A really nice green space to walk in really enjoyed it.
One of the best, most friendly, most socialize dogs in all dog parks in Vancouver area.
11 Acres of Dog Park heaven! I was told by a very nice man that it you walk the loop trail, its one mile, round trip. The hills are great for burning up doggie energy! My Great Dane loved it & I did too.Everyone I met was really nice, same with the dogs (if youre a dog lover like I am, you know meeting nice dogs is not a surprise)Not sure if there are restrooms or Porta Potties
Amazing place to bring your dogs to have fun, definitely recommend I give this a full 5 stars!
My dog loved it! Such a great park. Highly recommend it
This is a huge beautiful park. Seperate small dog area, huge large dog area and another small park connected in the back. Even has a water stand for puppers on those hot days.
Great place to exercise your pups. Good for getting your walking in too. Gets a bit muddy in the winter but it is Washington so..... Water available in summer only. Good group of regulars who are responsible dog owners and monitor their dogs.
Pretty basic dog park, but not at all crowded.
What a great Park. That was my first trip there with my dog. I loved it she was a little skittish so Ill keep going back until she loves it as much as I do
Friendly people and dogs, its well maintained and people pick up after themselves.
Always clean and folks friendly
It’s probably the largest dog park in Vancouver and Clark County, it’s got good options and variety with a couple different areas and like all dog parks have good and bad dog owners.
Great 20 achers of land to walk and let your dog roam free. Seperate area designated for small breeds. I have noticed a lot of ppl brining dogs who are not ok with small children
Not too impressed but wasnt able to walk the entire park that day. Good exercise if you like mountain climbing. Just kidding, the trail goes up a fairly steep hill but if youre not disabled it shouldnt be any problem. Too wide open for me.
We try and go every day. Our pup loves it. Huge area and clean, sometimes find messes owners done clean and my husband stepped in poop just at the enterence the other day which was rather annoying. For the most part all the dogs are really friendly and so are the owners.
Great dog park.
Huge park lots of room for dogs to run and play.
Great area to play with your dog as well let him play with others if you like. Love the terrain for its variety. Easy parking too.
At a leisurely pace, it took us about 45 minutes to walk the dogs the entire route. Amazing set up with some hills and lots of area for dogs to play.
Great little dog park! No mud here, just play chips! Even a little covered area for the humans. Lots of agility stuff for the pups to play on!
It was really great, my dog had a good time. The people there are friendly and their dogs. The place is huge, easy access to garbage cans to throw away garbage, and benches conveniently scattered around for if youre done walking.
Love visiting this dog park when we are staying in Vancouver! Friendly dogs and people. Great walking paths and lots off trees with open space as well.
It is clean and safe and a great place to meet new people and get your dog some exercise.
The dogs love this place. And its a great place for the dogs to run around and still have a nice walk with a gentle hill for some cardio.
We love this park! Great trail and lots of friendly puppers. Gets a little muddy after the rains so plan your trip around that.
Its a great place to let your dog run and play with other dogs. I suggest you bring your own water as it has been turned off for winter.
Full disclosure: I dont have a dog, but lots of other people do. Judging from every dogs face that I saw, this is a great place to run and play and socialize with other dogs. Only thing wrong is they dont have a bathroom for humans. But if youre looking for a place to make your dog stoked as hell, empty your bladder first and check it out!
Great place. My dog loves it! And i love it.
Nice, sloping hillside perfect for throwing the ball for your dogs. Great for dog and people socialization.
Took the doggos for a walk. Nice park. Plenty of area to cover to wear out the puppers.
This dog park is not ASA friendly (for mobility impairments)! No designated handicap parking and no seating with easy distance from gate. Hill is great if you are fully mobile but a nightmare for me. Dakota Dog Park much better re ADA.
Took Sandy my deer Chihuahua there to the small dog area she did very good. the dogs were friendly and had plenty of area to walk .had shade and sun. Lots of parking across the street. Dog owners all where very friendly. Would go their again. Close to Salmon Creek Washington. Park is in North Vancouver Washington USA. And Ellen Davis Trail is close to there also for longer walks.
Best ever. Well maintained. Small dog area. Good pet owners.
Its a big park, and has a big hill thats great for wearing even the craziest pups out.
So very nice same the dog water did not work
Love this dog park ...always has friendly playful dogs and people to match
I love this place, its beautiful and spacious so you can walk around and actually enjoy the park. Its got some good hills so I can wear out my active dog playing fetch.
Huge park and well maintained. A little muddy at times but the dogs love it.
I love this Dog park!
Beautiful and such an amazing experience for the dogs. One time there was a young couple with a black and brown dog that was acting aggressively with other dogs, but they handled it well by quickly leaving when they realized.
Huge dog park. Beautiful. Bring your own bags for the doodoo .
I love taking my dogs here. It is beautiful
I dog sit often and I always look forward to going to this park. Lots of space, the hill is a good work out for me. Cant wait to get my own dog!
Great for the dogs, and owners health
Good, sun was out so it was full of dogs for my hound to run with
Best park to take you fur-babies!
One of our favorite dog parks in the Vancouver area! Very well maintained, plenty of shade for hot days, and a water tap for the dogs. We go regularly.
Great dog park! Theres a small dog park for small dogs and puppies, as well as the larger portion of the dog park which is like a giant figure 8. Great walking path. Bring your own water for your dog. Poop bags are provided in some areas.
Nice park! My dogs love it!!
Amazing dog park! So spread out and in a nice little neighborhood. All the people that go seem real nice. We have made this one of our regular spots for the kids.
Great dog park! except for the people who will break your window to steal whatever they see inside your car. This apparently has happened for a long time at this dog park and happened to multiple cars, including ours, the last time we went there. Definitely beware.
Came from out of state. Big sign says Licensed dogs only. $100 fine. Was really dissappointed in the greed. Couldnt even use a public park posted on google. No option for day use. Seems really snobby and close minded. Not nice nor hospitable. People were rude when asked about the License. Bad experience all together.
It is a great neighborhood dog park. The people aren’t stuck up with dogs playing and jumping on each other like the Camas dog park. If you want to socialize your dog and let them get some energy out, I recommend this place. Wear shoes you can get muddy.
Great fun! We loved it and the dog loved it!Good place to bring your dog to play and meet other dogs. Walking paths, parking area across the street, lots of friendly people and dogs.
Great big space for dogs to run. Plus a separate area for small/shy dogs
TO MANY AGGRESSIVE DOGS!!! Took my six month old dog there. There were aggressive dogs in the area for small dogs. And in the general area, he didnt get off the ground much.. people!!! Just because its a dog park, doesnt mean you dont have to watch your dog. TO MANY AGGRESSIVE DOGS GO THERE. MY DOG WAS ATTACKED AGAIN TODAY MY ANOTHER AGGRESSIVE DOG.. IM PISSED.
Great dog park
I go here frequently and my 3 dogs love it! A lot of room to run and well kept. They also have doggy bags and a water station. Sometimes there are some aggressive dogs so be aware of your pup!
My babys favorite place to run free Huge park! Water provided, doggie bags and trash, and a great big loop for wearing out your doggos!
They have a separate area for small dogs and because theres not a bunch of trees like at other parks you can get the most out of the daylight
Very spacious dog park (several acres)! We went at a point that was very busy but all dogs (& owners) were very friendly. I appreciate that the hill helped with drainage and even after a long stretch of rain, there was no mud. Yay!
