It was a quiet park at first. However theres a legacy hospital being built now, and a massive apartment complexe also. So expect construction for the next 24 months.Theres 4 bathrooms, but usually 2 are closed off. The public works staff seem to be able to keep it clean.The playground/swings are shutdown for virus. There is still a nice overhang to have small parties (Make reservations after the place reopens) a long circular running/walking track. Dogs are to be on leashes also. Except in certain areas.Good shade from many trees and the grounds are kept trimmed. Little trash in the place so the people know to clean up after using the place.Drawback is people parking in the no parking area. This may lead to issues with large trucks/trailers turning around.

Ample parking. Clean family restrooms. Covered tables. Paved walking paths. Play equipment for children.

One of my favorite vancouver parks. So much space here. Important during these times of social distancing.

Not a bad park. I like to take my kids here. Its clean and there is lots of room. I also like to come here to walk my dog and do yoga b3fore my kids get out of school. Its close to the middle and high school. Its also great for the summer time outdoor movie nights.

Its amazing it has trails in the woods its so cool. They give free bags of food to kids. I recommend you going here ️

Celebrated my sons 1st birthday it was so worth it i love the fact the undercover area is right next to the play area so parents can keep an eye on kiddos.

What a fun park! There was tons of shade in the morning when we went plus picnic tables under shade. Theres a large grassy area, trees, and a walking path. The playground is fun for many ages and there are big and little kid swings. Lots of parking and bathrooms.

Pretty location and great for a mini running area

A nice park at the playground area for toddlers and young children. Lots of open green grass areas for impromptu and informal games (frisbee, soccer, volleyball, etc.) Excellent walking / jogging paths ranging from a 1/4 to a full mile in lengths. My favorite place to go for a leisurely stroll

My 3 year old and I went to this park for the first time today. We absolutly loved it. So beautiful and very large. Lots of great trees and shady areas for picnics and gatherings. There are two great play structures. Overall awesome and we will be back soon.

Like the park but last few weeks have seen more garbage and no dog waste bags, which means more things to step in. I imagine its because of skeleton crew given current events but still frustrating. Often a lot of loose dogs too but that isnt the parks fault.

Playground is in the sun, the slides get hot for little ones but plenty of grass to play. Gazebo with 2 picnic benches

This is a nice place for some fresh air on a nice walk. One of the playgrounds has monkey bars for pull ups, and paralete bars for dips to achieve a quick little workout.

Pleasant, peaceful, spread out park with playground, walking trails, a variety of sports areas offered. Covered area with picnic tables next to playground and restrooms. A community garden, large open spaces and shade trees as well as all kinds of other trees, gives patrons to this park a very welcoming feel. I recommend this park to everyone.

Nice family park. Wonderful paths for walking or riding on. If you play Pokemon go or Harry Potter Wizarding World it has several places to get points or Pokemon

This is a very nice park with a lot of amenities. It was well maintained, beautiful, and large. My children really enjoyed the playground. The bathrooms were a little dingy otherwise it would be a 5-star rating

About as good as parks get. Huge play structure. Lots of lawn. Some water and all very well kept up.

One of my favorite parks!! they have a covered area and restrooms. I have a precious memory of walking around a a little girl on the logs and wood structure/obstacle unique to this park.

Beautiful park for walking, nice pleasant also has a play area for the kiddies, and to shoot some hoops.

Very nice park, I walk my dog 3, 4, times a week. I have notice that trash cans are full over the weekend, but a dumpster is provided. Good walk area.

Wide open space!

Nice open park with lots of pathways to walk and a kids play area. Unfortunately people let their dogs off leash which is a problem if your own dog is afraid of other dogs.

Nice place to picnic or hike

Has a playground for kids, decent easy walk, public restrooms, drinking fountain. Best part is it has a co-op garden space. Easy walk from Firstenburg community center & cascade park library

The place would be good for picnics but there wasnt any water there when we went. Maybe only has the pond during winter when there is rain...?? Not sure but it was a let down. Playground was nice :)

Under-rated little gem of a park. Very clean and family friendly. Restrooms and playground. Small trails for walking. Theres even a hidden playground, if you can find it.

Very fun place to go. Good place for kids and adults alike. Just make sure you plan on being family friendly, it does have kids.

Place is awful. Im pretty sure it has the worst basketball hoops in the world. Even if you make it you have to run half a mile just to chase it down. I will never return!

My son loves this park. He loves the play structure, swings and the tree that most kids like to climb. We take him at least once a week since its close to work and home

This is a great park. The playground is really nice and the bathrooms are cleaned frequently. I wish that there was soap in the bathrooms though. There is plenty of room to host sports leagues there. My child plays football at this park, and sometimes parking is full. But overall a great park

Its a pretty big park and the grass is always green, not a bad picnicking place, but they dont have grills. They also have a trail to walk.

Great park. Large playground, paved forest walking paths, lots of friendly dogs, bball courts, community garden. Weve never had a bad time here. Everyone here is friendly!

One of our favorite parks! The kids really like the play structure here, and it also has really nice walking paths that are great for them to ride bikes on. I also like that theres a second full playground a short walk away if the main one gets a bit too busy, and that they have bathrooms.

This is a really nice park but there are no soap dispensers in the bathrooms.

Beautiful and tranquil neighborhood park that is pet friendly as well as child friendly. Great place for a picnic, a walk, sports, letting kids burn off some steam on the playground equipment, etc., and there are even well-maintained bathrooms.

A HIDDEN GEM!Really clean, wide open greens bordered by beautiful trees and a sidewalk, a path winding through the greens, a well-planned play area, clean public bathroom (smelled like flowers!), plenty of parking. There were a few homeless men and women, but they werent bothering anyone. Ill add that this park seems to attract a much Kinder group of parents and children than the parks closer to my home in the Fruit Valley area. Ill be sure to visit this park whenever I have the opportunity.

Changing my rating a lot of trash around.. saw some workers picking up but they didnt do much. Trash still in the parking lot when they left.

Always a fun place to visit. Lucky for us it is within walking distance. It is a huge park with trees to play in and plenty of play structure equipment. Also a great walking path!! 5 stars for this park. Go check it out.

Restrooms are open and clean(ish). Lots of grass and shade. Nice paved walking paths and playground appears to be a little old but in good condition.

I grew up stomping on these grounds, its nice to visit with my young ones. One day I hope my grandchildren can create memories here also.

Nice little cemetery, well maintained. Oldest known cemetery in Clark County. Would be better if there were a bench or two, but nice place otherwise.

I love this park ! They have great equipment for the play ground, nice swing selection, a huge slide, good sized undercover area for events, lovely community, & a convenient location. I also like the large grass field and trail. Ive been going to this park for years & have never been disappointed.

Big space for kids to run around. Place is always clean when I go there. With that said u want to keep an eye on them at all times because they can easily disappear.

This park is pretty big, big enough for sports. Playground is pretty big as well, more for kids to do so they dont get bored as quick and its more interesting and kind of different from other smaller Parks for that my kids love it. Its a peaceful place, not too many people buy a huge place. Love it

It has a fun playground that my children enjoyed and a track around the perimeter for walking, but the trashcan had overflowed and people were leaving trash all around it. My kid also got something gross on his hands from a playground railing and we couldnt wah it off because all the bathrooms were locked.

It used to be a fun park but since they only have one covered area right literally next to play structure that doesnt need to be reserved makes the place always so overly crowded with birthdays and company parties and the bathrooms are never open. A couple different times people and ourselves from the park had to use Wincos bathrooms. Its clean. Lots of parking. I would recommend maybe during the week if you dont like crowded places.

Lots of fun but not enough garbage cans. Otherwise it was clean and fun time had by all of us
