We came in from out of town and thought we would take our kids to play putt putt instead of sitting in the hotel all night. I came to write a review and as I’m reading some of the other reviews seems the issue we had with this place is common. First off, my husband was wearing his mask and there was a glass between them but because it wasn’t over his nose the lady running the place made him fix it. While outside and not around anyone my cousin (who is 8 months pregnant) and myself took our masks off. She came out of her office to tell us we had to put them back on. My husband was with the girls way away from anyone else. He had his mask on but under his nose again. She told him once again he needed to put his mask over his nose. We are all for following safely guidelines but when we were outside and not near anyone it felt more like a control issue. This is our first time visiting Tyler. We are here for a funeral. I have loved this town. Everyone has been so friendly. This was the only place that left a bad taste in my mouth. Find another place to take your kids if you don’t want to be followed around and forced to wear a mask outside.
I pleasant experience, just visited knowing nothing about the place and the manager helped to know all what we needed about the game and option. We took a family package and enjoyed a lot as a family fun activity. A must visit place if you want to have some free time with family and friends. But be careful they don’t accept cars payments. You have to take cash with you to get anything.
We went for some mini-golf and arcade games. Both of which are provided, however the experience was lack luster. For some little kids it may be worth it, but anyone else should look elsewhere. The putt putt coarse itself was alright, but very much in need of an update. Along with that, masks are required on the coarse even though we are asked to stay two holes away from any other guests. I would be fine to comply, but the attitude presented in customer service did not make me want to whatsoever. The arcade was the poorest part of it if you are interested Ill lay it out for you. Out of the 11 token games only 5 worked (sometimes). I cannot comment on the quarter games however. We payed two dollars on a machine and there was clearly a prize on the bottom but the owner was not able to retrieve it. Honestly, the place needs maintenance. If the games were taken care of it may be worth it. Luckily, the tokens are inexpensive. I used 4 dollars and was left with so many since half the token machines didnt work. Like I stated above. For young kids it could be an inexpensive fun time of putt putt. I cannot personally recommend the arcade or experience to anyone else.
Great place!!! Super inexpensive and great fun with safe covid guidelines in place.
Ive been coming to this Putt-Putt since I was about 9 years old. Im 24 now and my boyfriend and I come to this place on a regular basis! The prices are cheap, the staff is friendly and the place always looks nice as you can see from the pictures I posted. We always have a great time here and will continue coming to this place.
Fun family activity. Inexpensive and enjoyable. At 28 years old I still love going for a few rounds.
Awesome, helpful, and friendly staff. 2 Great courses to play and good deals on games. I always have a lot of fun when I go here to play putt putt.
First time to visit...Quick and easy to get in and friendly staff!
For an actual fun night out go next door for bowling. Don’t waste your time on these rude democrats.
For 7.50 per person i would expect to play on a course that was not falling apart. Many of the holes were barely playable due to concrete damage. One of the holes was closed off and was not playable. Was treated very rudely by man behind counter on our way out and ruined my families experience. Will never be back.
Very disappointed in the experience my husband and our youth group had this evening. Masks required, which is fine. The problems started from payment upon arrival and didnt end until they left. In order to receive the group rate my husband couldnt simply allow students to put money on the counter for the woman. They HAD to hand it to my husband before she would take it. A few small things happened, miscommunication, etc. Then it came time for drinks and icecream sandwiches (part of the package) and the gentleman hands everyone their icecream sandwiches (they arent allowed to eat them there, they have to wait until they get to a pavilion) so they have to stand there with melting icecream in their hands for 10-15 minutes until the gentleman makes everyones drinks. When my husband attempted to get two napkins to clean his hands from the inevitably melted icecream, the woman informed him that everyone was only allowed ONE napkin. Then at the end of the evening, one of the students asked my husband if he could keep the score card as a trophy and the woman insisted she got the paper score card back before they could leave. Its was just overall disappointing. They are totally fine with keeping government guidelines but it felt more like they were being micromanaged and the experience fell short. It was over all a disappointing experience and the students all noticed the shortness and strictness of the owners throughout their experience and no one is interested in going back.
Mask required and its all out doors but not worried about touching cash with no gloves cash only
They require you to wear a mask. Super cringe
Been coming here for years and now I get to bring my children!
Well run and always a good time. Certainly shows its age, but I guess thats part of the appeal.
Don’t come here if you can’t wear a mask they walk around and tell you to cover your face if your not wearing it right other than that it was fun
Have to wear masks she was rude and when it’s 80 degrees out side I’m not wareing a mask
Nice clean fun friendly staff
Its very fun
Staff was friendly, place was clean, course was fun!. If I could give suggestions, it would be to put locks on the bathroom doors, and to get a card reader so they can accept debit as payment.Id go again
Way more fun than I remember. Especially with Frozen Margaritas!
Not really impressed holding my sons party here, they wont allow you to bring drinks in for the kids. They wont allow adults to bring coffee in. Tokens included only work in some games. Two of the games they will work in are broken. But they will allow all of their outside vendors to park in the handicap ramp so if you have kids in strollers you have to jump the curb.
Super fun. Had a great time. They should make it bigger.
The owners were great, super friendly people! The course was fun and the landscaping was beautiful. The only thing that would make it better if all the water works were performing. Such as the pond and small water falls.
Very nice landscaping and atmosphere. Great and friendly staff.
Great family-oriented place, and some old-school arcade games too!
Fun game but it was extremely hot the day we went.
Good atmosphere. Could use some green maintenance
Always a lot of fun, and friendly employees. The greens are sometimes not kept swept, but overall nice and a fun place.
Very nice staff fun for all ages.
Lots of fun. They have groups rates too.
Been there forever and still has the same charm. The kids (and adults) I went with really enjoyed it.
The customer service was off the charts! We had allot of fun on the course, and inside playing all the vintage video games! I hadnt been in like a decade, but am so glad we popped in. Will be returning soon! :)
Nice little place to visit if you have young children. Family friendly atmosphere.
Great place to take your family!
Had a blast. somewhat easy going course, every one in our group got a hole in one at some point. The Owner/Manager was the best!
The golf course is good but the games inside are rundown.
Wonderful and fun for the family
I had fun with my grandson
Great place for putt-putt. Have done lots of double dates there. Not too physically engaging and fun so it works well for conversations while playing
We had a great night thanks!!!
Need new building but still great fun
Great price when you buy 12 games ticket, nice outdoor facility, fun arcade games.
My husband and I took our kids here last week and it was a horrible experience. I have been coming here for 20 years and my husband 30 years and it has always been a lot of fun, until this visit with our kids. The lady working that night was extremely rude to me and my husband as well as our kids. She made it so unpleasant for us by watching our every move and griping at us for every little thing. She was the most hateful person I have ever met. We will not be going back here, EVER AGAIN.
We had a great time.
Good place for Putt-Putt. The course could use some maintenance but it doesnt detract from the fun.
Love this place it is fun
Good fun place. Friendly people too.
Nostalgic and fun
Well ran well kept fun for a family
My only complaint about this place is they only take cash. No cards.
Nice place
Been around forever, definitely needs a refresh though
Lots o fun! Great old school video games!!
Nice place to take your kids
Should be a sign that states they only take cash! Very dated place, needs a facelift!
Great place to go with the kiddos!
Fun putt putt course.
We had a great time
Great fun with friends.
Good old fashioned minature golf.
Super fun
Love the place
One of the only places in Tyler to have fun.
Awesome
To small no go karts
Thank you
There arcade games are boring
Cute place to have a dare
Great place to take kids
So fun!
Very fun
It says golf carts, has none. Is extremely boring and is anticlimactic. The lady wouldnt give us a refund even though they have false advertisement. DO NOT COME HERE.
Can get a little boring after awhile. Your average putt putt place, not much to be said of it
It was hella fun!
Fun for the whole family at a reasonable price.
Good family fun!
Prices is realy accesibly

Although memories were made here I cant justify this place for anyone without kids.
