Our experience was super great! Manger asked for our favorite pizza and had it made and brought directly to our table!! He spoke to our grand kids and helped them with their points cards and games. Kids felt important.

The games are a little bit pricey, but thats really what you find when you go anywhere with games that are good. The variation is excellent. The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are big, and clean, and they even have thought of details like adding a stool at the sink for kids to wash their hands. The food is served buffet style so my kids who love pizza can get that, and I can eat salad for days if I wanted to. The price is moderate but fair, as far as buffets go. I really like the pay system they use here for games, eliminating tokens and tickets, and just loading points and keeping track of the remaining balance. Overall, a great place to bring the family. Well be back fo sho!

My first impression was actually pretty good. They have a fairly nice atmosphere and layout, and the staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. It didnt take long for things to go downhill though. The pizza selection was minimal and the pizza was mediocre. Most of the fruits and vegetables on the salad bar were wilted and gross. Every detail was far from clean, especially the restroom, and plates were never once cleared from our table. It didnt take long for us to ditch the buffet and head for the games. The games were all at least a dollar each and several of them were malfunctioning. Twice we requested partial refunds for the games and one of those times it took about twenty minutes because they couldnt locate the manager. After reporting the malfunctions, nothing was done to deter other patrons from attempting to play the games. Since all if this took so long, my elderly mother who was in a booth in the restaurant area showed up and reported that she was feeling overly pressured by the staff to leave the booth. Since she was unable to carry everything from the booth, our drinks were thrown away and my jacket was left unattended. Someone did clear the booth and had to have seen my jacket, but rather than take it to lost and found or attempt to locate the owner, they just left it in the booth for someone to potentially steal. I did receive a replacement drink upon request, but it didnt really make any of the experience any better. Staff was mostly friendly towards me and my son for the most part, but they werent exactly professional. By the time we were done spending the money we loaded onto our game card, we didnt even want to mess with the prize store. Pretty sad when a four year old doesnt even want to collect his winnings.

I dont think I would return for the lack of hygiene they have. Every time they would bring out the pizzas to the buffet bar the guy bringing them out did not use gloves and when he called out he did not have a mask and spoke all over the food.Another thing is that once there were just a few slices left at the buffet, the same guy as before would take them to the back and eat those slices of pizzas. The worst part is he stuck his hand in his mouth to unstick food from his teeth I believe he was doing.He did not wash his hands after that.And when transferring pizza from the oven to the serving trays he would tap them with the same hand he put in his mouth. With no gloves.Covid or no Covid it is a very dangerous unhygienic thing to do.

Owner is very nice! When we went in between meal times, he offered to put fresh pizza on the buffet in whichever kinds we would like. Checked on us frequently and the food is great! Super clean and the game room has a good selection. Been multiple times and I always leave happy. It’s one of my husband’s favorite places.

What a wonderful place! Super nice, clean, kid friendly environment... Almost all games are $1 and Mr. Gattis has great food too. I will be doing all of my pizza buffeting here.

2 workers and manager standing around talking. Beans, mac & cheese somewhat cold, ordered 2 pizzas waited and waited until I asked and they were at the bar getting cold. The entire time we were there they were all gathered together talking. Only 4 customers in the restaurant. The one pizza we ordered was throwed together, bacon was not evenly on the pizza and the chicken was piled. Worst experience we had at this location. No excuse. The employees have to put some of the food on the plate and we are just standing waiting for their conversation to end. I waved a few times to get their attention and I came very close raising hell.

The food was really good for the most part. I used to eat Gattis a lot growing up and I think they must have changed the recipe or something. It was good just not what I remembered.

Pizza was just okay maybe it was the time we went on Sunday around 1 p.m. the desert is pretty good salad bar was decent games were a lot of fun, one of the employees left a set of keys in one of the games so I returned the keys to the long haired kid behind the ticket counter he didnt really seem like he cared too much kind of figured it was him that probably left them in the machine glad I found them before some kid stuck their hand up in the machine.

My wife and kids and I had a great first time experience! Food was real good, the kind you back for seconds, even when you’re full!The game room looked great! Two games wouldn’t play, and the staff had no problem helping me with that. Money well worth it.I don’t know the manager’s name, but she was very energetic and fun. Overall good variety of pizza and some different sides were available. I ordered the wings and did enjoy them as well. The kids loved the games and getting prizes. Very spacious and staff was friendly and helpful.

I took my step son here for spring break last year and it was fun, he enjoyed it very much. The staff were helpful and I didnt even have to ask for high chair for my baby. The food was not as great as I was hoping but I enjoyed the service enough for it not to bother me so much. The arcade room was super fun as well.

Call 459-2222 to have Mr.Gattis pizza delivered. Haha Dont call that number but this is another Austin TX restaurant to join the stage here in Tyler. The price for all you can eat Pizza is about the same for any buffet in town. I say give it a try and enjoy the pizza and games.

Disappointed! I visited the Tyler, Tx Mr. Gattis [Broadway location] @ 4:pm on Friday 2/14. First the good news....The hostess/cashier who greeted us at the buffet line was pleasant and very helpful. I did observe a manager type from time to time but he obviously had little impact on the overall customer experience. The salad bar area was not very well maintained. Partially filled condiment offerings, and not many choices. The hot food area was disgusting. Dried up spaghetti and several mystery dishes and watery sauces were not appetizing at all. I have been in high school lunch rooms that had more appeal. But I save the worst for last. THE PIZZA!!! Cmon you are a pizza place. I dont know what chemical you use in your dough, or your sauce, or your cheese, but it made the pizza inedible. I arrived with two ravenous teen agers who declined a second trip to the pizza bar. A first time event for me. Please spare me the you shoulda been here at lunch and the you shoulda come in later at dinner excuses. I was there when I was there. I fear the polite girl at the register was a highlight that will not bring me back.

Food is good, way better pizza than other pizza buffet places . The only reason Im giving 3 its because. I went today (friday)and they have trivia night.its cool but why do t they have it in o e of those private party rooms ? They it is pretty loud and it is kind of annoying, specially if youre trying g tk have a conversation.Other than that... good place .

I have to commend the service. We took a group of 80 junior high kids for lunch and they never missed a beat. Kids had a blast and left full. I would definitely recommend for school trips.

I am personally really excited that Tyler finally got one of these again.. This location is very Spacious!! They have an awesome arcade area.. The pizza is good too (so many options).. Don’t forget about the salad bar..Another plus is, they serve beer and wine.. this will make it a little easier for all of us to get through our kids birthday parties..They also have for private party rooms.. Probably have to book them in advance..I was actually most impressed with how many young people work there & the outstanding customer service I received..All-in-all I would definitely recommend it.. I believe it will be a big asset too anyone lookin to build some memories with friends and family

Food was good and the staff was attentive. My daughter requires gluten free crust and they have a cauliflower crust pizza that the manager took special care in preparing so that there was no contamination with gluten items. The only complaint was that it was a little messy. Tables were dirty etc. But it was a busy Saturday night.

The food here is great. I love the fact that they have more and better games for kids as well as adults here. Gave a grandson a birthday party, when back to see Paw Patrol and also planning to have another party in the near future.

Loved the salad bar and pizza. We went during the first week of opening and just like any new place in town, all of Tyler was there. The staff did a great job considering the influx of guests and the normal pains of just opening. Its sad that so many people will jump to bad reviews without thinking of what goes into opening a new business. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work.

Was not entirely impressed with the taste of the pizza. Had my daughter birthday party there a few months ago which was my first time there. I have never heard of it until a co-worker suggested it months before the birthday date. The package we got was for one of the rooms and u get 2 large pizzas and a drink. So was the buffet included or not? Never got an answer, lucky it was a childrens party so they were ready for cake and the arcade, which they loved. The prizes for the price of the tickets you accumulated were nothing to be impressed with, most of that stuff can be bought from the Dollar Tree. The tickets that u win for each game takes forever to add up, u dont win much tickets on the games. So we just save up and reuse the card (which is a big plus) for each time we come to collect tickets. I let her use a few tickets off to walk away with something.

Brought me back to my teenage years. Very clean with a local flavor in decoration. Food was good with a better selection than the competition.

To start with I am saving one star for an abomination of a restaurant, while this was close, I am sure there is something more awful. To start, the pizza was awful, which is expected at a buffet, but at $11 for pizza and a Coke it should be far better or 1/2 that price. But the pizza was only awful when there was some, for a buffet with a decent crowd you would expect something to eat, but the service was so slow you had to wait to get a slice; which was then a domino effect cause everyone snatched up the very next pizza put out and so on. But enough about atrocious food; lets talk filth. The place was so gross the flies had taken up permanent residence and had no issues with being EVERYWHERE, thought they might start charging me rent since it seemed that they were supposed to be there and I was the pest. And finally who doesnt like eating in a filthy, fly infested, poorly run establishment and not sweating on top of all that; 90 degree Texas summer day and the AC was nonexistent. Finally on the positive note the bathroom was clean and nice to use.PS - We were there as part of a group event or else yes I would have turned around and left when I got hit by the first fly just inside the door while looking at the outrageous prices.

A great place to take the kids/ grandkids. The employees, mostly high school students are wonderful and accommodating. Were had a problem with a game; the employee quickly took care of it and refunded our lost money. The buffet is adequate. Though small, the arcade has a very good variety of games for all ages. As with any arcade it can get a bit expensive. There are party rooms available, although we didnt use one so I dont know any details.

Only thing that was annoying was the ppl would come by every 3-5 minutes to see if they could take your plate.Food is awesome we have ate there several times always consistent. We will continue to eat here.

Nobody helped the cashier when there was a line managers or shift lead he was walking around or playing on phone watched an employee itching her head not washing her hands but she did get a paper towel. I was discussed. The only 4 people I watched do anything in there was the girl at the register, a nice young man that took our plates and the 2 guys in the kitchen. No not going back.

If I could give a half a star, I would. The only thing good about it is the games for kids. Pizza is awful and most slices were pretty much bread with a little sauce. Salad bar hardly has any good options. Desert might be the only thing that taste good. I will continue to give Kens my business. Way better pizza and options with a salad bar that never fails you!

The place is amazing, price was great, salad bar and fruit bar was so good, my kids love it. The pizza was a little cold when we go there, so it didnt taste as good as we hoped but spaghetti, Mac and cheese was delicious. Will come again, hopefully the pizza is not as cold.

Honestly the reviews don’t lie.....not the best pizza.....can use lots of improvements. Pizza is cold or so hot you can get 3rd degree burns. If your still hungry and too lazy to move.... feel free to pick up pizza off the floor along with other trash. Best part of the pizza was the crust......so I scraped the toppings to the crust and ate it.

The food was excellent, the dessert pizzas were tasty. The salad bar always seemed to be stocked and the pizzas always seemed to be coming out of the kitchen. A menu recommendation: peanut butter pizza, it’s a thing & it’s really good!!
