Chuckee cheese doesnt make his appearance anymore due to COVID-19. Prices are high for everything but food is decent. Staff was very helpful for the birthday party we had.

There is a lot of mediocre flavourless pizza in Tyler. Theres also a lot of pop up restaurants trying to pull the mom and pop name without the quality or commitment.This my fellow Guides, is neither of those.If you ordered a pizza via doordash/grubhub from a restaurant called Pasquallys Pizza & Wings then this is it!The amount of toppings is shamefully small. The crust has the obvious eery uniformity of frozen crusts from places like Pizza Hut. The cheese has a odd smell, the pizza sauce is little to nothing, and the smell...Is strange.Thats because this is actually pizza designed for small people with no pallette to speak of. Oh yeah those are kids.This is Chucke cheese in a barren, COVID package made by a company whom by all reports is tumbling down behind the scenes.Please dont buy anything from Pasquallys. Its not pizza, its cardboard!

We went for my 4-year-old grandsons birthday. Just a get-together, we didnt host a party.I didnt know it was glow night so I wondered why they were keeping it so dark.Our food came out fast, hot, & delicious!!A few of the games were not working, and - of course - they were the ones more appropriate for my grandsons age.All-in-all, we all had a great time!!

Its a great experience, for my daughters 5th birthday party. They had pretty much everything we needed all we had to do was show up. The only thing is that it is very expensive. We had 16 or so kids and we paid $275 for the cheapest birthday package. The pizza was good, the arcade is large and all of the games work, theres a indoor playground and they have a employee at the door that checks hand stamps and makes sure children leave only with their parents. Other than the price I cant really complain. I guess you get what you pay for.

Kids had a great time, wasnt packed which is great and the prices were decently reasonable.

Went to this location for the first time tonight. Was kind of upset that a lot of the games were out of service or not giving out tickets. Tables were empty but filled with trash. Granted it was a Saturday night and they were busy. However, I have been to other locations with better experiences and they were way busier. When I told the manger the a lot of the games were not working she replied with well we have two guys on each side fixing the problems. I never seen anyone. I waited by one game for 8min before I went to the counter and we had the minutes on our cards. For how expensive it is you think they would be more helpful and timely when fixing the games that we are paying an arm and a leg to play. The pizza was good. Everyone seemed friendly. Manager was the only one who could have been a little bit more understanding when replying to my concerns. Other than that my kids had fun and we will give it another chance.

No crowd in the middle of the day, mid week. Still several games not working but took your credits.My biggest dislike is that they do not have one single drink that I like or want.

My husband & I brought my daughter here as a surprise. It’s Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is no good but we weren’t really there for the food. We were there to spend time together as a family & that’s exactly what we did. Some of the games were out of service but even so there were a lot that worked & we enjoyed playing. It was pretty clean & not too busy. The service wasn’t bad either. We had a good time & one day we’ll have to go back.

The birthday party was decent, but because it was so busy it took 45 minutes for a small personal pizza to be done. It was about an 8 inch pizza for 10 bucks, and was good but not worth the price/time paid. A few of the rides/games were broken, as well as 2 of the ticket redeemer machines. If they maybe actually did the food orders in order and didnt just try to do all the large pizzas first (not counting the party pizzas), and tried to get the machines fixed, we could rate higher.

I had a wonderful time! The place and bathrooms were clean. The prices were reasonable. The food was good and came out fresh. The employees were all so nice and attentive. At one point I lost my game card and they kindly gave me another, no fuss. The games were entertaining. My 3 year old had a blast! My 9 year old and 14 year old nephews also had so much fun. They have a clean indoor playground. Ticket games for toddlers and teens. Classic and new games. Chuck E. Cheese himself came out and took pictures with the kids. So much fun was had on a Tuesday evening for such a great price I will definitely be going back.

I called and made reservations for my granddaughters birthday. I asked what the total was tax and everything they told me one amount. I gave my deposit over the phone. The night of the party the amount was changed after the party was over. The manager on duty said he could not change the amount even after showing him my confirmation. The host of the party was really not on time with the events. All-in-all really not a good experience. Dont waste your money....

Great place for kids to play video and electronic games. You can buy a card that allows you to play based on a time limit not the number of games. Great for large groups of children.

1. Ordered large pizza, given a small. They say it is cut into 12 slices and has nothing to do with size.2. Restrooms are filthy and smell of piss. Have no paper towels and were nearly out of soap.3. In 90 minutes of being there, no staff cleaned anything at the whole facility.4. We did see many of the staff standing idle and texting.5. My son asked for a milk. They lied and said there was none, without even checking. There was milk there. After asking another employee, they went to the back and got him some.6. Trash was on nearly every square foot of carpeting.7. Icing was packed into areas of the carpet.8. The salad bar and drink station were disgusting and many options were emptied out.9. The games were sticky and had grease on them.10. Not one employee cleaned one table in the 90 minutes we were there. Tables had trash on them.

Most of the games need upgraded/ fixed. They either did not work or did not give tickets. They need to have at least 2 drink sizes cause the one they have is just big enough for a child not an adult. Food is ok but cleanliness is not a priority. Parking needs better lighting hard to see its dark and too cause parking is so scarce when you park around back its shady specially when kids are making out in the lot by your car.

We took Doniven(our son) here for an afternoon of family fun. We used a coupon from the website which gave us 2 60 min all you can play passes at a discount of 29.99. It was packed as it was Saturday so that was a given but several of the games we played malfunctioned in one way or another and they of course only had 1.... Let me repeat 1 guy out on the floor to reset and repair issues. With that being said he did take carr of the issues in a speedy manner it was just getting him over to you that was a hassle. The ticket counting machine was the worst part of our day. It jammed 6 times; please remember they had only 1 guy for these issues, each time we had to wait for the guy to come back over. By this point there is now lines forming around all the counting machines and one of the 5 machines was already out of service. We finally got our 3399 tickets counted and to the prize counter to pick the prizes. The amount of tickets per prize is outrageous but he did get a few little things and a decent stuffed blue dog pictures included. Over all we had a good family day.

Staff was friendly and the pizza was decent, but the cleanliness was terrible. My son moved the napkin holder and there was rotten food under it. I also noticed several other spots that looked to have not been cleaned in ages.

Fun place for the kids. Theres games for all ages. Some if them were down or just off, so that was a bummer. The food was great and the prices were pretty reasonable.

Family Meals, yeah, so fresh. Service is excellent even when they are busy. Certainly worth a return trip. The place has an awesome atmosphere. They have so many reviews for a reason.

Regrettable, Tables were dirty, staff was unwelcoming and visibly stressed. In some areas guest could not move comfortably. Ordering even seemed somewhat confusing for staff...

Kids loved it. However this was our first time ever to Chuck E Cheese and nothing was explained to us. I paid them to have my sons birthday party there. I was told that the hostess would serve the kids but it took 10 minutes for her to show up so I ended up serving them. When they announce that the pizza is ready we could barely hearThe food was okay not anything to brag about. Salad bar was way too expensive ($9.00). Pizza was extremely greasy. If you dont get a specialty pizza you will be paying for each topping separately. A large specialty pizza with 2 drink cost over $26.When the mouse came out for the birthday party he went to another group of kids first. We had to sit and wait on him after counting down the time for him to come out.

Many game where broke, they didnt seems to care or help my kids out on lost tickets. Will have to find a different location perhaps.

Me and my daughter go here for a little fun on the weekends. It could be a whole lot better. The games mess up everytime we go and the ticket machine is always breaking. They could have more games there also. Not enough variety of games for young kids.

I have fun playing with my kids and eating pizza. The salad bar has fresh veggies.. my kids enjoy theirselves. The only problem i have is the noise, and sometimes the mashines break but thats ok, cool place to hang out

The price of this place has really went over the top, 42.99 for two large pizzas and 4 drinks is ridiculous. They used to give you the tokens with the combo, now it’s in addition so $9 for 30 minutes of play. 45 minutes for two pizzas as well. Then the mouse can’t stand still for a photo with two small children.

I wished they would put signs on there machines that arent working. Refill tickets in most of there games. Kids love getting tickets to use for prizes.

Just playing games today. There were employees tending to the games and doing maintenance on them, which is nice because they get played hard. It was clean and employees were friendly.

Do not believe the sign on the window. It does not tell the truth. $10 is only for 30 min.

When have 5 little boys and its way too hot outside its a nice distraction.

My kids enjoy coming here, some of the wait staff are great, others, not so much. We were waiting in line to cash in our tickets, and the lady behind the counter wasnt paying attention at all to what my daughter was wanting, kept throwing different items onto the counter, finally had to explain in detailed description of what my child wanted. Her attitude was uncalled for in the end.. My children did have fun, and that is all that matters.

The cashiers and the staff were very rude. They were annoyed because I was asking questions about the entertainment packages. I ordered 2 large Pizzas and was given only one. When I asked about the other pizza I was met with a rude attitude and she stated I only ordered one pizza. Luckily I had the receipt and I showed her where I ordered 2 pizzas and paid for 2 and only got one. By this time she started getting angrier. I asked to speak with a manager and was also met with attitude from her. After all that I finally got the second pizza. The restrooms and the tables where filthy like they hadnt been cleaned in days. I dont think well be back which is sad because my daughter loves Chuck E cheese

Being one of the main entertainment joints for kids in Tyler I cant help but give it 5 stars. Im just thankful your here!!! Weve got 3 kids, our youngest is so keen on this place he can tell us what direction to drive to get there. Weve never had a bad experience and weve been going here for over 5 years.

The food was far better than I expected. Really good. The kids all had a blast. Something else that totally surprised me was the security that is implemented to protect the children. I highly and do meanHIGHLY RECOMMEND CHUCK E CHEESE.

Absolutely a rip off. Way to many people, you could drive an hour away, to a crowded restaurant, and still get your food faster than this place. The so called chucky character, doesnt give a flip about the kids,and it shows. I have 8 grandchildren and this is the last place I will ever take them again.

It was freaking horrible.So unorganized. Had to wait 25 minutes for a salad, then they sent my pizza somewhere else to another table. When you pay $265 to eat at a kids place and all this happens to you . All in all Ill never go back !!!

Great incarnation of what it’s trying to be. If you have kids who want to play arcade games and see characters and eat pizza, Chuck E Cheese is the place to be. This particular location is well-aligned with the system—it’s clean, safe, and policies are enforced appropriately to make it as predictably clockwork as if it were put on by that other rat.

Overpriced! Adults play the games and hog them so the kids cant really get in on the tickets. It is better to go to play games and then go to target for the little ones to get a toy.Pizza is good.

Some of the games didnt work and also some wouldnt give ticket. I would have to hunt down an employee to resolve the problem.Food wise the pizza is good, but the drive machine soda flavor kept being out so we really had 2 flavors to choose from. We did let an employee know, but by the time they fixed it we were done eating. Over all My kids had fun.

This Chuck E. Cheeses is roughly equivalent to the others I have been to. The unlimited have play is a good value (especially for younger children who are not very good at video games). It is, however, still unclear to me how pausing the time on the unlimited play works. I think it may be the case that it can only be done once.

This is still my daughters favorite place to go. As soon as you open a bar it will be my favorite place as well.

Went at 7pm on Friday night. Wasnt too crowded. Pizza did take a while, considering not many there, but the kids had a blast. A random 3 years old kid had went to the salad bar and put some cheese on a plate for himself. When he got caught by his mom, she took the plate. Cheese went flying. The whole time we were there.... no one picked it up. Several employees looked at it multiple times, but no one ever cleaned it. Other than that.... yeah... its CEC. lol

We go every Wednesday for the special $15 for an hour of unlimited time. We love it, its always clean, staff was nice, the tech guy is always out on the floor making sure all the games work an letting us have free tickets. The prizes are are reasonable.Overall great, reasonably priced place. Will continue to go back every Wednesday!

For $20 I was able to keep my 2 grand-daughters entertained for an hour.

Rude employees . I was scolded by a employee named Jasmine for putting a chuckee cheese bag in it. It looks like a trash can to me. Then she gave the wrong items my daughter.

I do know that all people, restaurants, places, etc. can experience off or bad days....that is why I always re-visit several times to see if something changes, makes a difference...just in case.However, after several visits (with different kids and grandchildren) over a period of time, many of the same type things, incidents, etc. are occurring...only worse. Unfortunately, this past visit includes quite a few things.My son and his wife and my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren wanted to visit CEC.Although there were a great deal of vacant tables, none had been cleaned. Even after finally locating someone to do so, the table was still sticky with food left in the booths.While waiting to decide our food order for awhile, I proceeded to one of the card pass machines that was still working, but also having trouble with this one. I wanted to purchase points for 2 cards, and had requested a printed receipt since it didnt appear to work well. Finally got the cards...no receipt. Since I wanted to be sure if I was charged properly, I finally found someone to ask....but said didnt know; said would need to get someone else, but thought would have to shut machine down, open up, etc. End of that...(my prior experience was my reason for requesting receipt...double charged before)Not only was quite a bit of food, trash, etc. in floor....but lying in the floor, next to one of the games at the front near the tables, was a small pair of blue jeans partially folded over with something all in it and running out (not sure if it was throw-up or the other....sorry, but it wasnt good). They remained there the entire time we were there (over two hours)....except later, the stuff was being stepped on by kids running around. I would have take photos, but some of the older kids that were running through the area made for small children knocked my phone out of my hand, and it wouldnt work at the time.Several of the games/rides were either not working or not working properly. Some would take a point off card..but do nothing; try again...same thing until youve lost several points. Again, after some time, found an employee and were told to just keep count of the points lost, then tell them later and they would be put back on card. (read on to see how that goes!)There were other adults saying the same thing...points being used; machines not working; frustrated and upset.Naturally, with two very young grandchildren, we were with them at all times. Its sad that the much older children or teenagers were running so fast at times that they knock small children down; were riding the very small toddler-type rides, etc. Yes, parents should be taking care of them as well, and their actions, but perhaps some supervision from the store could be visible in these situations.The pizzas we had were fairly good at the time...were hot and tasted fresh; but did experience some stomach issues later.Before eating, visits to the restroom displayed much needed cleaning.Eventually, my son did go to the counter and asked for management. After speaking to a female and told what the employee had said earlier regarding the lost points (believe it was 10-11 points between the 2 cards)...she stated that was really very strange, said the machines were working, implying we were not telling the truth.None of us had a reason to make any of that up....both grandchildren still had plenty of points left on cards anyway...it was the principle of the whole idea!I am certainly not bothered by a few points, but when I spend close to $70, I am bothered by very poor, or lack of customer service, health issues, safety factors, and quality standards in a restaurant.Of course, people will continue to frequent Chuck E Cheese; I sincerely hope that this one will soon be back to the quality and standards that it once possessed. Chuck E Cheese should always be a positive experience for all!

Almost $24 per kid... The table wasnt set up. We didnt get our drinks until the food was gone. Never got half of the things we paid for.I booked the party more than a week earlier but they were out of goody bags...they knew 8 little kids would be there and didnt get the supplies they offered? When I complained that we didnt get our balloons the first reply was Nobody got balloons while pointing to the other parties. Then I got a handful of balloons thrust at me with They gave you some balloons. They brought ice cream after the kids finished cake and left the table. Not only did Chuck E keep his back to our table the entire 5 minutes he was out, our hostess was facing away too. It was fun for the kids but we could have had just as much fun taking a cake and sitting in a regular booth.

Went yesterday and had much fun! We did not know how the tokens worked, because it had been a while since last time, so the girl lead us to the machines and proceeded to demonstrate how they worked. (I loved that they changed over to using cards.) The employees were always friendly and helpful.

Because the children love it . naked it all worry while . pizza is better than it use to be

Worst Chucky Cheese Ive ever been to. Its always dirty, the lines are always long, and its very expensive. We pay 9 dollars for a salad bar that is always empty and now they have the nerve to put a sign telling you only take 3 carrots, one scoop of cheese, etc! What a joke! If my kids and grandkids didnt like the games I would never come back.

Pizza good and my grandson and I had a great time, but we sure paid for it the next 3 days with the stomach flu. They need to have someone working all the time to clean all the rides and games to help all the kids from spreading so many germs. We were there 3 hours and never once Saw anyone clean even a table much less a ride or game

The girls at the front were rude. They answered with an attitude and rolled their eyes every time I encountered them. I asked for 45point and was given minutes because the girl thought it was better. The games were fine, the jungle gym was dirty, and the tables were left for long periods of time without being cleaned.

We had a blast with out Two year old. The time card makes it super easy to manager what you spend and 30 mins was plenty for us.

We had a wonderful time. The employees were very nice and quick to help. The restaurant was clean and almost all the machines worked. When we told them one was out of order, they got right on it. A definite improvement from years past.

Food was cold, freezer burned & gross to be so expensive. Several games didnt work & it was hot in there.

Went on a Thursday night, so it wasnt too busy. A lot of the games wouldnt spit out tickets, so had to find an employee to come fix it, and that took 15-20mins. Other than that, it was clean, not too loud, and pizza was pretty good. It is pretty pricey, so i recommend looking on their website for coupons. I did, and saved almost $100!

This place was horrible! Horrible customer service. The lady cashier was very rude! The place was filthy. Most of the games did not work properly and some would not even give the tickets. We ordered a large pizza and was given a small pizza. It felt like a rip off but of course we didnt say anything to be rude but we will not be back. There was actually a manager there on site but did not seem to be doing his management duties. I definitely would not recommend this place!

This was the worst Chuck E. Cheese I have been to. They recently switched the way you buy credits, you can either choose unlimited games in x amount of time or the old fashion x amount of credits. While we where trying to decide what one we wanted the staff couldnt answer questions about how it worked. We ordered 2 pizzas and it took almost an hour to get them and they where not busy. The entire building was filthy i could smell urine coming from the boys restroom sitting at our table. Finally to top it all off when it was time for Chuck E. To come out and dance with the kids and throw tickets the staff just walked past the kids dancing not even saying a word about Chuck E. Not being able to make it. The children just stood there waiting.

The pizza looked as if they had recycled it and it was very nasty yuckk! NEVER WILL GO BACK AGAIN. the pizza had some hair on it it was nasty all over.

It was an okay experience. There was a lot of machines that werent working and then a lot of people machine hogging some. There was also a guy who kept tipping one of the machines so he could win more tickets.
