Beautiful park. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Its very big so keep your eyes on your children. Not that I felt unsafe there but like I said a nice size kids play area. Would be even better if it was gated like I was informed it was at one time. Beside that the kids enjoyed themselves and didnt want to leave. Was there more then 2 hrs and the kids never was bored with playing with so much fun equipment in this park.

First visit since remodel. Park was very clean. Playground was great for the kids. Loved the swings. Was glad to finally see a good size playground in Tyler. Even restrooms was pretty clean.

A great re-development of a well situated park. The new playground sets are spacious and heavy duty, seemingly quite safe for most kids (though some hardware was missing on one of the spinny gizmos; kids are rough on things... Parks Dept needs to stay on top of it so it doesnt feel old prematurely).Theres currently some groundwork being done around the playground, so theres a chain link fence and dirt/rocks scattered about (Sept 2020) but I trust itll be done soon. Well definitely return to this park often. Thanks COT!

Really love all the upgrades that have been installed here I took a 3 year old and he had a blast on all the bridges and climbing installations its really a good environment to be in as there were many young children there to play with and lots of shade for me and parents to sit and enjoy while the kids played on what seemed to be a very safe and fun play ground highly recommend you go to this park if youve got energetic youngsters....

I was visiting Tyler with my 2 dogs and needed a place for a walk. Its very shady and theres a lot of interesting things along the trail to check out. Everyone was friendly and shared the space. They have water fountains along the trail so your pups can even get a drink and cool off. It seems like a great place to have a picnic and enjoy the outdoors.

Very clean and shady. Walked Wednesday around noon and 5 kids playing at park and 6 people walking on trails. Plenty of room for social distancing.

Its a nice place for everyone to enjoy. My kids enjoyed it with extreme pleasure. The only thing thats upsetting is the fenced off area that is still in need of repairs.

This place has always been fantastic but now that the repairs are complete its somehow even better :)

Good place to go. You can run, walk, bike, have a picnic, and the kids can play at the playground.After that you have a bazillion places to eat, that are nearby.

Everything is clean and nice walkway area for working out.

Although look like is under construction,it is a very quite and nice place to do bbq on weekends.

The playground has been expanded since I was there last. Lots of equipment for kids to play on. Lots of open space and a paved walking, biking trail. Very nice park.

Amazing updates made to park make for more family friendly large park. Plenty of swings and jungle gym to run around in a secure area. Plenty of walking. NEEDS more guards around creek drop offs. Otherwise, great big area to spend with family and friends.

I love this park ! I always come here to run and walk, pets are allowed aswell. You can also ride your bike! Good atmosphere!

We have always loved to come out here and since they have re done the park its even better! The play ground, trails and open area to paplay is awesome! Perfect sun to shade ratio. Great for all ages

Portions of the Rose Rudman Trail are isolated. So do exercise caution and awareness of your surroundings. The path goes under streets creating cave like conditions, and there are wooded areas. Other than these cautions... it is wonderful, delightful, and beautiful!! If you like nature, and being outdoors, youll enjoy it!

Absolutely beautiful park! The play area is new and perfect for kids up to 12. Theres also a walking trail that goes on for scenic miles. Love this place.

Great park... if the city will fix the kids park where they gutted it and left police tape and chain link fenses everywhere basting out Covid Paranoia. Please stop scaring people, especially children, UV light kills it.

This has become of the best and safest feeling parks in Tyler. Its band new and gives kudos the feeling of being in the trees with high railing to keep them from falling. Large variety of slides and things to do.

Ive been running at this park for years. Always a pleasure. Its usually well kept and recent improvements are nice. Best 4 mile trail around.

Wonderful playground. Extensively restructured with Special Needs children in mind. Great playground equipment, excellent sensory equipment. Clean restroom and picnic facilities. Kudos to the City of Tyler!

The new playground is amazing. There are so many different things to do and play. The musical instruments are wonderful!

Great park even before the renovation. Bathrooms dont ever seem to be open when I go. So plan to go somewhere else for that. Not a water park or have a water feature like a lot of other parks in the area. Faulker or Bergfield park would be the park your looking for if you want the kids to play in water. Its got picnic tables a basketball court and walking trails with exercise equipment along it. Very shaded areas with plenty of sun peaking through. Very big grass areas. Dog friendly. Has a little donation library.

They just reopened the park this morning. Amazing job they did redoing the equipment and the ground. It accessible for aALL children.

I LOVE this park! Between the trails, exercises and playgrounds its a one stop shop for a family outing.

Spacious and all inclusive park! We can spend hours there.

One star off for construction. We brought some food there for a picnic. We had our dog with us and he had a blast. There were some people you could see walking on the Rose Rudman Trail. At the end of the picnic, we also found out that the restrooms were also part of the construction site, so we had to go elsewhere. But all in all a pretty experience, but hot, lol.

Very nice park, recently redone!

I can only give this park four stars because it is the last public place that i saw my former, lying, two - timing, ex-girlfriend and it is the very place where she looked me square in the eyes and told me youre the only one i want. Youre all Ive ever wanted, i still want the fairytale with you, the fattest lie she ever told me and there were so many. Later that evening i caught her red handed in bed with a neighbor. Way to go jenny mitchell from flint. Awesome way to prove your point. I hope any current or prospective boyfriends see this and think twice before wasting 3.5 years of their lives only to find out that everything they believed about you and the way you feel about them is all lies. The totally selfish behavior should be a good indicator but if youre like me, youll look past it to see what your heart wants to see. The walking trails are beautiful and we used to walk there together often. The play areas are nice. Trails through the woods that stretch for miles and miles, lots of birds chirping and some very romantic spots for memories, proposals, bridges with inscribed locks everywhere that were placed by couples wanting to show the world their infinite love for each other. I highly recommend it to any couple who is truly, madly, deeply in love with each other. However, if one is not entirely honest with the other, probably just a place where sad memories will remain, forever.

Very disappointed basketball court was full of leaves and acorns.....sprinkler heads need to be redirected because court was getting lots of water....I say this because as I was about to start playing basketball the city maintenance crew were leaving the park and didnt do anything about it....

A nice walking/jogging/biking trail used by many. I have always been there in daylight hours and have never been there that there werent a lot of other people. Everyone has always been curtious and smiling.

Our new favorite play spot! Good playground, covered tables, decent restroom, even has an outlet so I CLD charge my phone.

This is a great park with something for everyone. Swings slides and even a covered pavilion for the little ones to play, lots of wildlife and miles of paved paths make for a nice walk, bike ride or my favorite a run. Water fountains can be found spread out through along with gym equipment along the trail to get in various workouts while enjoying the scenary. They will sometimes have bike rentals in the evenings too

5 stars for the walking trails/sidewalks, one star for the playground. The trails are nice to walk or run on, or bringing a bike for. The playground is old, the plastic is cracking on it, and I dont feel comfortable letting the kids play on it. Anytime we go here, we just bring our bikes to ride on the sidewalk and skip the playground and bathrooms.

Good place for biking, hiking, running and enjoying nature except Kids playing zone.there are some rides for kids play here.This is extremely danger zone If you are alone and have poor clothes on your body, do not go near to this area, do not sit on benches even if you are tired or for relaxation otherwise you will be victim of prejudice. parents will call police on you complaining that you are child kidnapper even if you dont do nothing. do not even look at the rides while you are passing this area.if you are other than american national or have beard than they will call police on you for sure. you will be asked lot more questions.

Kids couldnt swing due to puddles of mud. Not a lot for kids to play on causing boredom very quickly.
