Fun mountain bike trails! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I got lost and had to retrace my steps. Better map or way finding signs would be nice. Los of fun though! Had a great time out there.
Beautiful park lots to do. I went later in evening want to go earlier next time so I can explore more of the park. Creepy trail with stuffed monkeys hanging from the trees I dont know whats up with that but I enjoyed the visit to this park.
Great park for disc golf, baseball and biking. The trails have good elevation changes. The disc golf courses provide challenges on all 3 of their courses. Great courses at a great park.
Very good disc golf course. Just make sure there isnt a tournament when you go.
Good fields, lots of parking, clean bathrooms with touchless bathrooms and hand dryers.
Nice quiet place to relax with the family. Highly recommend
Drove from DFW area to ride the mtb trails. Theyre fast and flowy with some decent climbing in the east Texas woods. Great trail!
Very nice for a bike tour or for a walk. I would loved to have this kind of trail near of my parents home when I was younger. Differents Technics levels on some parts, different loops, its simple but well thinking.
Trashy place... All of the trash cans are overflowing. The bathrooms are so disgusting, that I would not let my children use them. If it wasnt for the money Ive already paid for the season, I would never go back. Also it would not let me post without giving any stars.... So I give them a one star rating
I really enjoy the softball leagues held here.
Even when it rains the trail drains well. Lots of new additions that make it fast. Enjoyed all the sections.. Thanks Nevada for hard work you put into this trail, much gratitude for your efforts.
Go throw plastic at trees. Great time
Grounds keeping is doing a great job at keeping the place look great!
We love to run the mountain bike trails here, theyre a bit confusing at first since theyre not well marked, but after a couple of tries weve mostly figured out how not to get lost. BUT please be mindful to watch for snakes on the trails, I came very close to stepping on this copperhead right in the middle of the trail while running.
There are 3 awesome 18-hole disc golf courses out here. It hosts The Piney Woods Open every year in the fall.Bike trails, playgrounds, softball fields.
Good round. Nice weather.
Always love coming to this beautiful park
Nice park. Laid out well. Traffic flows really good. Exit on the side with the red light.
Excellent disc golf
Its really hot in july....
Good place for a soccer game
The park is nice, but the bathrooms are disgusting.
My favorite disc golf course in Texas! Also a great place for our son to play at the playground. Love love love beautiful Tyler, Tx!
Wow. What can I say. Maybe the best disc golf park in Texas. 3 awesome disc golf courses with something for everyone and every skill level. Bike trail as well. Must visit.
I love soccer.
Soccer field need alot of attention, we Travel for soccer from Arlington to Houston to Marshall and between. Tyler has the worst soccer field, from restroom to field to parking lots. The city is nice.
Great discgolf parks clean all around
It is a great place to come and watch fireworks… That is for sure… It is also an awesome place to come and play soccer, or baseball… Bring the dogs out here and play frisbee… There are plenty of parking spots… It is a pretty great little park
Quaint little soccer park missing some amenities but overall was a workable experience
Great for disc golf and softball!
Great Trail out here! Lots of work has been put in since the first time I rode these trails a few years ago. Kudos to the trail Steward(s)!!! Really, really fun trail to ride, and its well maintained.
Great for a day at the park and even better for disc golf! Lots of fields for local soccer/baseball leagues. Playground is there for the kids as well.
Love this park
The trail is great! MTB Project shows 13.5 miles but posted signs at trail show 15.0 miles. The 35 mph section is amazing and fast! Be careful with the sand!
The best ever soccer fields! Good for practice soccer and baseball!
Best place
Very nice park
Didnt realize how big this park really is and its nice and clran
Nice park. Mountain bike trails are a bit tough due to sandy patches but still fun. Thats all Ive done there so far.
We visited for Cleats for a Cure tournament. The event itself was great, but due to weather, the fields were pretty sloppy.
Nice park with full restrooms (not in the best shape, but decent enough). The grounds are well kept, and theres a nice flowy MTB/hiking trail.
I havent been out here for years but the 4th of July party was great!!! Food trucks with your Turkey legs and cotton candy fair foods, and jump house slides mazes for the kids...way overpriced in my opinion but they gotta make money....firework show, playgrounds, bathrooms (byo handsanitizer). Lots of fun. Between sharing food, packing our own drinks, free parking, and jumphouses 2 kids 1 mom we spent ab ooiii ur 35$. I need to go back and check out the disc golf one day too.
Great park, it has a play ground for kids, disk golf course and offroad biking trails.
I love the bike trails here, although a lot of sand here, but that seems to be the norm for Texas mountain biking. Havent used the frisbee golf here, and it looks like theres 54 holes at this park. Plus they have softball/baseball fields and I dont know how many soccer fields they have here (theres quite a few).
Our daughter is playing in a soccer tournament here. The field is in the outfield of a baseball diamond. The grass is not cut, there are mole hills, muddy places, and no tourney officials on our side of the park. I wouldnt present this type of venue as being a flagship of Tyler Sports and Recreation. It is horrendous on the play of the ball.
This park is always closed for maintenance unless there are soccer games or some sort of event. I cant even take my children to play in the park because its always closed.
Its a great place for a walk. My only complaint is that the trashcans for a while now throughout the trails seem to be overflowing.
I played the red disc golf course and it was well maintained. Its fairly well layed out and there are really only 2 points where you might question the location of the next tee, one of those points is right next to the very large course map which makes it a bit easier. There are a few holes that have variable basket locations which can be a problem as throwing to one can give you a terrible lie to the actual location if it moved so be sure to pay attention and scout it out.
Nice view basketball
Good field. Alot of parking available.
Had a lot of fun watching my great-grand son play soccer.
Enjoy playing the different disc golf courses the hike through the wooded area is very nice
The nature is beautiful and the park is always clean
Awesome disc golf experience
Best mtb trail in tyler
Managed well. Grass was kept, facilities were nice.
Great trail with decent amount of diversity. long and short options are available
Great park with baseball & softball fields, childrens playground, and 3 great disc golf courses. Fireworks on 4th of July is always fun!
My family and I enjoyed hiking on the mountain bike trails. It did take us forever to find the trail head as it isnt very clearly marked but once we found it, we definitely had fun. I cant wait to get out and do more hiking out there. For those that enjoy mountain biking, they have some really cool ramps and stuff thru the trails, definitely lots of fun adventure to be had.
Nice park with 3 fun disc golf courses. Local disc golfers are friendly and helpful.
3 DG courses in one spot. Doesnt get any better. My favorite spot to make a day of disc golf. Always well kept and great scenery throughout. Pack a lunch and play all 3
Were clean and well taken care of park
Nice and clean at ball park area
Always clean. Great place to take my grandson to play.
Lots of people dont realize that lindsey park has extensive biking trails. Go on...look for yourself. Wonderful place
Fire works. Fun, but not nearly enough shade trees.
Good place to play soccer
Best city park in all of East Texas! Softball, soccer, outdoor basketball, and the Best Disc Golf courses (3) in the state. Closes from dusk til Dawn
Great fireworks show. Very nice park.
Lots of traffic! 4th if July fireworks were amazing!
Great trails for biking, hiking, walking.
Park is very large and any offers a disc golf park. Whether you coming for an event, playing team sports, or just walking the dog, you will enjoy your time here. Seriously try out the disc golf course.
Monday night is a nice time to go because of the church leagues playing. If going with family, Wednesday or Thursday are subject to much stronger language. Well kept fields. Public bathrooms available.
Those bike trails are for young and strong! Not a 50 year old mom
Thank you Tyler Bicycle Club. Great trail. Lots of shade and fun wooden features like long bridges and wooden rails. Nothing high off the ground but it keeps me out of the mud. The trail is a postcard picture of why I could never stay too long out of East Texas! The sandy clay will give you a real workout and the sandy patches will remind you of your limits. Great trail work. I have huge bmx bars and haven’t busted my knuckles anywhere. The parking lot is big and you can get a small ! camper rv here to park (not camp). Stay off the grass. There is wartmall nearby and plenty of bbq in town (Lindale or Tyler). Ride good, eat good! Thanks. I’ll donate.
Love playing disc golf at Lindsey. Great coarse layouts
Great walking trail and loving the adult games of baseball and softball.
It was awesome very beautiful for the 4th of July
Wide open space, very clean
Nice spot to watch soccer games but $5 parking?!
My favorite bike trail that my bf and I like to run on, it is shaded, go along a beautiful pond for a short time. Also has the largest frisbeedisk golf course for the area if you are into that kind of thing. Restrooms near some base ball fields, area to walk your dog too. Favorite park in Tyler.
Great park that contains 3 exceptional disc golf courses. Park also has a number of soccer fields as well as multiple softball fields. Saturdays and evening can be super busy as multiple games can be playing. Park also has some hidden gems including a number of mountain bike trails, and a large pond hidden away from the main areas of the park. Great place to get some nature time in!
Tons of MTB fun
My children and I used to play at this park daily, but for some reason the gates have been locked for the most part this past year. This makes us very sad and cuts back on that type of play time for our family.
Its pretty good courses but the direction of the next tee for the blue course is kinda off and confusing.
Incredible for walking/hiking. frisbee golf, baseball, soccer, picnics, to walk your dog. Are beautiful and versatile.
Very comfortable an awesome
