Meeting my future daughter in law and her beautiful family. Park was clean and people were well behaved here. Grass and trees to walk around and see squirrels and birds. Playground equipment for children in working order.

Very nice park close to the azalea and red brick districts. Plenty of things to do for the kids, as well as a great walking path around the park for adults and alike. Public restrooms are available. They even host events here several times a year. Probably one of my favorite places to go in Tyler! Would highly suggest checking it out.

Great, huge park! Bathrooms, playgrounds, tons of shady areas for groups and families to get together. An amphitheater with the stage. Nice creek area. In a very nice neighborhood. Definitely a park worth visiting if you are in the area.

Great place to take the kids to play. Usually an ocean truck shows up. Nice short paved trail to walk on. Not usually crowded. Plenty of seating. Well maintained playground equipment. Only negative is not enough shade in the seating areas near the playground during summer. Gets a little hot.

Great local neighborhood park. Lots of space for kids and adults, picnic benches, new(ish) playground equipment, acceptable bathrooms. The renovations done in recent years have improved the park for sure. An info board would be helpful to let locals know of events and opportunities to serve or cleanup the grounds. Thanks COT!

Bergfeld Park is such a wonderful place for families to hang out. Lots of things for the kids to play on and lots of sitting places available for people to sit and enjoy the beautiful park. We love going there.

A centrally located park. Has had a few revitalizations in the past few years. Currently the tennis courts are not there, but will be built anew from the ground up.Family friendly atmosphere where young and old can enjoy.

This park is very nice and well-maintained with modern playground equipment, several poke-stops for those who still play Pokemon GO, an amphitheater, and a sidewalk around the entire perimeter. Definitely worth checking out if you havent been yet.

We love Bergfeld Park. It’s got a fantastic place for the kids to play. Plenty of space for picnics and a new small splash pad. The park is smack dab in the middle of the Azalea District and it’s always having a fun event, craft fair, kids day, race or evening family movie night. This weekend they had a little craft bizarre and there was something for the whole family. There is also a ton of picnic tables and beautiful large oaks for shade.

If your a pokemon go person this park is mehIf your a band and want your music heard or nice place to get some practice the stage is pretty good might have to find some toddlers and the random couples just hanging around it lolAnd if you like tennis or volleyball well theyve done away with the courtIf you want to job by all means go ahead but try not to get dizzy the park isnt that big so youll be doing circles like crazy

Bergfeld Park is by far the best park we have visited yet... and being home-schooled, we are always scoping out new parks. :)The playground equipment is modern, safe / well kept and provides countless options of play for children of all ages. There is a large open area for playing soccer, kickball or other family games. A beautiful stream and bridge are available for a nice walk around. We will definitely be visiting again soon! :)

Park was great. Cleanup staff was nice and friendly. Great experience for the 1st time to take my puppy to stretch his legs. Hes sound asleep in his crate now. Thanks Bergfelf Park!!!!

A lot of nice swings and options on play equipment for a variety of ages but you should expect to have to really watch your kids. There are 3 play elevations and rocks and street proximity and 3 merry go round type pieces of equipment. So need to be playing with your kid not just watching. But very entertaining and well maintained.

Great place. I visited this park as a kid coming from out of town for field trips to the Zoo and now take my kids there. Nice a clean partly to the older lady who is out almost every spring/summer evening with a grocery bag hand picking up trash.

Only thing I can say negative about this place is that this time the splash pad was out of order. Everything else was fantastic as always!

I think its a great park, a good open place with lots of space. Great place to have a picnic without alot of people right under you, and alot of shade. I really would like to see them create a bigger splash pad, because if im not mistaken, I believe there is one at the front of the park by the highway. But I think its small. Palestine has a great park with a huge splash pad. Since alot of people come to this park it would be a great and much needed asset, especially in the hot days of summer If not that, then another covered playground equipment. Theres only one to play on. Kids dont need to be right up under one another either.

Its a well kept park. I still dont want to dine in so it makes a good place to picnic after getting drive thru.

It was great although Im trying to understand why its ok for kids to touch all over the equipment but cant use the toilet?

There were quite a few smokers on the ground and in the play area. Exposing children to smoke.

This park is awesome for little kids and big kids. Theres a double decker playground and plenty of grassy area for pets to play or games. There are several picnic tables and a walking path. Not to mention the amphitheater and water jets. Right in the middle of town.

Nice small park in central Tyler. Great for kids and pets alike, with plenty of space to walk, play and explore. Beautiful mature trees abound as well and I look forward to catching a performance in the amphitheater. All in all, great neighborhood park for a reflective solo stroll or quality time with the fam.

Its nice great and clean the staff working on it are very nice and polite and it is well tidy.

Our family loves this park!!! The playground and picnic areas have plenty of shade. The amphitheater was upgraded this last summer. The children have plenty of room to run, and play ball. The only downside is the limited availability of parking during events.

I looove this park. Very clean and family friendly! The new outdoor auditorium is beautiful and its great to just walk around too. They have special events here all the time as well!

This park so safe! Newest splash pad brings so much joy to all of the kiddos! The walking path is about .5 miles long and is great for exercise. We love playing on the updated playground!

We had a great time at this park. My kids loved everything about this park. It was clean and so much fun. It had a lot to do. It could use more shade because the equipment was really hot and it was onto about 1030. But I wish my town had a park like this. The mommy and me swing was our favorite.

This park is only 4 blocks from my home and we love all the activities it offers! There is always something fun for the family going on at the park! I like that there is a toddlers playground ontop of the hill, a big kids playground below and LOVE that I can walk laps on the track around the park but still keep an eye on my kid. However, both my child & I do wish the water fountain worked and that the bathrooms were a bit cleaner. But being 4 blocks from my home, that doesnt impact our interest in going to the park much.

This park is loaded with stuff to do, the stage, tennis courts, splash pad, and a couple of jungle gyms. They are always hosting events: movies, fairs, workouts, family days with food trucks and games, choir performances.My family loves it, and we go as often as we can!The splash pad isnt huge, but the kids enjoy running through it.

Really fun place for not just kids but parents/adults aswell and it is inexpensive...im not a local to this city i have to drive but i think there was enough entertainment here for literally the entire day!!

This location has a large open area and an amphitheater for events. There is a splash area called the Childrens Fountain. Many people come to walk around the park before work. Parking is the only major issue here. Only street curb parking. No lots. There are also 3 Pokestops and 2 EX eligible gyms for Pokemon Go players, as well as being a decent sized nest. This site is used for many of the cities many events, throughout the year.

Our school (Waskom) enjoyed the day here at the park, we had a bad day till we got here. By the time we were leaving we asked if we can come back here

Grandson had fun meeting new friends. I would have given it 5 stars but I dont like wood chip playgrounds. Replace with mats.

I love this park. So many trees. I cant be in the sun much, so this was ideal for nature time with my daughter. If people would keep the bathrooms nice and not leave their dogs poop all over, it would be great.

Like this place nice and clean. Its good for the kids, dogs and family. Would suggest you bring water the fountain is hit and miss and its hot out there.

Great park that has plenty of trees to find relief from the hot sun. The playground is suitable for most ages and there is even a swing that has a baby swing seat attached to a regular swing and you can swing your baby while facing each other- super neat!

Since the park has been redone it is marvelous!!! So much more for the kids to play on and do.

Gr at place for kids of all ages. They have smaller playsets for younger children and larger ones for older children. They also have semi- tame squirrels.
