The museum offers a great look at Alabama football history! The exhibits are dynamic and entertaining. The museum can be seen in about an hour or two, and it’s a great place to visit if you have some time in Tuscaloosa.
I when and loved it good to know about bear GO BAMA
Several times visitor. you do not have to be a Tide fan to enjoy this. it is about much more than just the Bear, it highlights many of the other great coaches and players, many of whom went on to great careers elsewhere, and lots of really interesting items are on display. There is a lot about the history of Alabama college football and its development, starting from the very beginning over a century ago. Any true fan of the sport will enjoy this. The cost is only a couple of bucks. You could spend a lot of time there if you wanted to.
If you love Alabama football and have never visited the Bryant Museum it is a must see. Much more than just the Bryant era, the museum chronicles the history of Alabama football from its roots in the late 1800s through the modern day. There is a section for each head coach in program history as well as for several notable players. Lots of football equipment, uniforms, trophies, etc. on display. And for only $2, it is hard to beat.
Absolutely awesome once in a lifetime experience. I just wish they would go through and polish some of those older trophies so they can shine really nice.
I must see for any Alabama fan. Very inexpensive and well worth it as well.
