I almost gave this place four stars, because its a little bit tough to find and not the best neighborhood; but then I couldnt blame them for that! Fantastic venue, will absolutely be heading back.

Great space with multi functional use. It was being prepped for a wedding when we stopped by. The flow is a little funky with some of the offices, but it is a blank slate for events and if you dont mind being in a slightly more industrial part of town, the space will serve you well.

I have been to the Rail Yard twice over the last year. Once to visit a business and once for a marketing seminar that was hosted in the common area. What a great feel the Rail Yard has. Its rustic while having all the amenities you need. You can relax in the common area all while watching a glass artist do their thing. Great place.

I was here for a party, the space is absolutely amazing. I love the decor and layout.

The Rail Yard is a great venue! Very unique and versatile. The staff is extremely easy to work with, attentive, and helpful. I planned an evening event for about 150 people. The guests had great feedback and loved the venue!

Im so lucky that I found that Rail Yard. Phil and team are wonderful hosts - theres fresh fruit or berries every day, plus other snacks when you least expect it. The network connectivity is great. If youre looking for a flexible, unusual place to work, check it out!

This has to one of the coolest places in Tucson to hold a meeting, corporate event or rent office space! If you havent seen Rail Yard I would definitely check it out, nothing like it in town!

As a commercial real estate broker, I feel the Rail yard creates a productive environment for many companies / individuals to work. I recommend it highly for those looking for space near downtown.

Were very thankful to Railyard for providing free meeting space for TEDxTucson. Without them, we would be nowhere.

What a great place to collaborate and think! My business coach/integrator and I had a super productive one on one Same Page Metting there. Great to get out of the usual work environment and enjoy a different atmosphere. The place is modern and quaint. Seating is comfy. Air temperature is perfect. The manager Erin Kelly is very personable and helpful. Snacks/coffee are a great plus. Prices are super reasonable ( Whiteboard and Some A/V equipment are included in the rental!). We already have scheduled our next Quarterly All Day Leadership meeting there next week. CopperMine Dental Studio has found its preferred meeting location.If you need to G.S.D. (Get S**t Done) and you need a meeting place or a quiet nook to work in go to the Railyard. You won’t be disappointed.
