I have had wonderful experiences here all due to Lisa. She is so knowledgeable and helpful as well as being amazingly talented artist herself! I am sad to say that now she no longer works here and my wife and I will not be returning. Her expertise and awesome attitude were honestly what kept us coming back. The other employees are nice enough but Lisa always made me feel valued and could answer any questions with a certain sparkle. Lisa! Come back! We need you!!

This store is superb with a very large showroom of frames and photos of all different eclectic tastes, and they offer stunning services for custom framing for a very fair price! I brought my portrait in today to be framed and the woman who helped me was very kind and helpful. She had it done for me the very same day only hours later! Surprisingly large showroom/gallery. Lots of mounted and unmounted art here. Staff very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. Parking good, very visible from street. Prices reasonable based on my past custom framing experiences, and pricing was very reasonable compared to other custom framing stores. Within the gallery they have a nice selection of mirrors as well.

I just had a wonderful experience here today! Lowest prices in town hands down, which is great considering it is local! I had tons of help from the friendly staff, from selecting which frame would look best to carrying the finished results out to my car. I havent ever been more happy with the results. I was surprised that my art could be framed immediately. That was nice.I may have chosen a mat had I known the art wasnt going to be centered.

Today I was in a huge bind. I had ordered glass from another place and they didnt get the order right. When I call Sylvia at AZ Picture and Glass she was more the willing to get the glass order right and helped to stay in my budget! And she had it done in less then 15 minutes!!! Ive had three items framed here. For each piece they took the time to show me any number of matting and frame combinations, giving me feedback about what works and compliments the art best but all while letting me make the decisions. Everything has turned out looking great and the staff was always helpful. The custom framing has been great as well. All of the frames have been nice and square with perfectly mitered corners. And to top it off all the work has been done when they said it would be if not sooner.Friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair prices for good work will keep me returning.

Lisa gave great customer service however many of us waited in line as she was the only employee working on Friday March 10th. I felt like I needed to hurry along as others were waiting. I would have given five stars if the wait hadnt been so long.

TERRIBLE!!! I spent 30 minutes telling the help what I wanted and was told they could frame my art works to my specifications. When I stopped by to pick up my art works, it was not done as I carefully explained originally and both the help and the manager tried to back peddle and argued with me telling me I couldnt have what I wanted, even though when I dropped off my art pieces, I was told I COULD HAVE WHAT I WANTED. The contract was written carefully to omit certain parts of my instructions, without my realizing it, so the bottom line is: make sure instructions are thoroughly explained in writing so that a three year old can understand it. Do not assume that an adult understands even though they say they do!!I will never to back to this place-I would rather try the framing at Michaels before I will ever return here to waste my time and money and end up with a mediocre frame job.If I wanted mediocre, I would have framed these art works myself.Also, know that anyone can post reviews here, I wonder which store employees posted the glorious reviews below.

I recently had a a picture of my jeep framed at Arizona Picture and Frame Gallery. I was told it would take a week but got a call 2 days later saying it was done! Not only was it early but it looked even better than I thought it would and cost half as much as Michaels quoted me! I will definately recommend this shop to everyone. Good job guys!
