Brought our 2 year old girl and it was so hot in here! We tried to leave after 20 min because I wasn’t even jumping and I was sweating so you could imagine how hot my daughter was. Instead of being understanding and giving us a refund (We had only been jumping for 20 min MAX) he insisted it’s “always like this” when we’ve been here before and I was cold. Never coming here again, and the guy claiming to be an assistant manager is trash.
Great fun + exercise for all ages but always JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK! You can hurt yourself if your not careful. Nice staff by the way. Just so much fun!
I went for my nephews birthday party. Its really fun for all ages. We all had a blast. Theres trampolines, foam pits and ninja warrior and they also have trampolines for the little kids. The hostess was really nice and had everything set up and very helpful. You have to sign a waiver even if youre not jumping. I would totally recommend this for birthday parties.
We just got a membership and so happy they have reopened. They are definitely cleaning and sanitizing everything you touch. We love this place for our toddlers, and we get to jump with them too. Great family friendly place!
So after going to all the other fun jumping places in Tucson or any other place at all fun for kids. This place is my least favorite only because ataff isnt always so friendly. They look so unhappy to be there. Im all for safety too bit there rules are a little over the top. Other places are more nice and chill. Overall its fun but other places are better.
Lots of fun great place and reasonably priced..cool socks too!
Great place to get the kids to play. There is a lady and a guy spraying and disinfecting the place. They are taking good precautions. I recommend this place to take the kids a little out from home.
Honestly the trampoline park itself was beautiful inside but the staff were rude and short with myself and my children I definitely would not be going back or recommend this trampoline park for a family friendly place. myself and my kids were practically the only people in there and we were informed that my children were not allowed to even play games together due to their policies, Im all for safety but when your own kids cant play tag how are you supposed to have a family friendly time 5 ft apart.
No internet for parents to use while kids enjoy bouncing around.
Super fun place for kids and adults the same!!! Only drawback is it gets hot!!!
We had our sons sons birthday here and will not be back. They screwed up the list of jumpers and was very confusing... asking if we wanted to close the list. We did say yes but misunderstood that meant the rest of our GUEST had to pay as they came in. This was very embarrassing. When we asked the attendant they said no refunds. It was fun but poorly explained... being our first and last. Try one of the other places in town.
My son went to a friend birthday party here and it was amazing. Blacklights, live DJ and lots of fun for the kiddos
Very friendly young ladies, great price for a week day. But their online site makes them seem way better than it actually was. Next time Ill likely go to the other air jump place in Tucson. The whole back wall of activities thats advertised online (which is the main reason we came here) was unavailable for the last week for no known reason and you dont know this till youve already paid. Theres not too many places for parents to kick back like the other Tucson place. So i dont know if well return. Kids had fun but really wanted to do the other activities like rock wall, the bungee things, the loop chains anf one other thing closed.
We were pretty much the only ones there but they didnt let us on the obstacle course. Wouldnt let us parents go on the kid trampolines with our kids, wouldnt let our kids on the big trampolines with us. How are families supposed to enjoy it together? Would highly recommend AZ air time instead, these people are such stickers. You think theyd be more laid back especially since there was no else was one there.
Great place for kids but the prices are high,I dont think NON jumpers should have to pay .
So much fun for everyone
My family was having a good time til the employee divided my kids. My 3 year old wanted to jump with my other kids but apparently they have a tiny Jr sections for my 3 year old and dont allow him in the bigger area. That made him cry, how much fun could he have all alone? Then my kids went to the foam pit and my older kid was told she couldnt push her siblings on the swing. Full of rules. I get safety but it wasnt crowded and weve been to a better one in California. No enforced rules just fun. Besides that, its pretty filthy. But my kids enjoyed the first 30 minutes.
We booked our daughters 10yr old birthday for today. The staff was 10min late taking us to start the party. Then they were VERY punctual with telling us we had 76 minutes left (the house clock is fast btw. So we were 30min late starting by their count). But, I had to track the girl down when we had 30 min until the end to ask where our pizzas were and where did the cake go. They gave our pizza away, I helped myself to the soda or THAT would have never happened. This is a great place to visit, the kids had fun. But do your party somewhere else.
My main gripe about this place is theyre so cheap on their labor cost, that i cant do the ninja course on a whim, because there is only one employee to watch the whole park. So basically everyone at the park would have to agree to go to ninja course at once. For the cost of admission here I should be able to focus on the ninja course the whole time if I so choose.I also wish they would offer a reasonable monthly membership fee like a gym, so i could come exercise whenever I feel like it, instead having to go only on Tuesdays to enjoy any decent discount. Other than that love it, one of the best workouts you can get.Update: It seems they changed policy about the ninja course. I was told if theres 2 employees working and less than 20 people in the park, you can go in there as you please. Thank you.
Not a good atmosphere. Trampolines old. Much better places
My 6yr old son was tall enough the last two times to go into the big area which included the dodge ball area but for some reason this time the guy at the register said no after I had told him we only wanted an hour of jump time. He tried to give an excuse to why he wasnt allowed this time either way i think he was very unprofessional. Thank God for defy tucson and good bye airtime...
Soooo much fun, my kids love it.
Hot! I was looking for a fun air conditioned activity for my kids. It took 30 minutes just to check in. It was incredibly hot. I was told that there were fans to cool off the top part. Unfortunately, of you have a small child and have to sit in the little jumper area there is no fan at all. It was miserable! If we ever go back it will be in the wintertime
The building is big enough to accommodate any size party. The actual trampoline area is spacious, though the dodgeball area and regular jumping area are practically identical. Little kids have a separate jumping area with balls that they can play with. The place is clean and has employees watching over everyone. Only downside is the fact that they require you to use their socks to get in, which they sell for $3 a piece. They do allow you to bring them back on your next visit to avoid paying again, but I can see how that can be a lot to pay for if you have a big family.*I uploaded a pictures of their pricing since their website does not share any information apart from their time and address.
I went there for a friends party and we got placed in the way back by the bathrooms and no employee came to bring us anything and the pizza was almost cold and we werent able to bring food. But people who came in after us got tables out by the trampolines and a lady brought sandwiches. Also my friends mom got the high end thing and it had the Ninja obstacle course and they wouldnt let us go on it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO THERE. It was terrible service.
Could be better. This place has a lot of potential. It looks like they they hit their goal and thats it. Its great for the kids, could be better for adults
Great place for the kids! This place was fun for the kids! We got lots of pictures and videos. Staff was very friendly and both kids and adults had a great time. Fantastic place to take your family and friends.
So much fun!
A great way to get some exercise and destress. They play really great music in the background thats good for jumping to. They do have a vending machine and dippin dots machine.
Great place for a Birthday, awesome value for what you get, super friendly staff and a lot of fun. 6 year olds party went great, they loved the Ninka race area with obstacles.
Great customer service. Alyssa is awesome.
A lot of fun for weekends and parties. We did the summer camp and the kids loved it. My son played dodgeball (supervised by employees) and my daughter practiced gymnastics.
The kids love it good place to go get some exercise
This is the second time that Ive been there and its always fun
My kids love coming here, and they have Groupons fairly frequently.
A great park for kids and adults. My daughter always has a blast. They also host birthday parties and have a wind simulator. Nice place. good price.
It is very absurd that I had to buy a cheap material socks for my nephews otherwise they will not be able to jump. I went to the one in Utah and they did not required me to buy their own brand socks. It was very disappointing to pay $6 extra for two pairs of shocks for my nephews. The woman who charge me was very kind and explained me the new rules about been able to use the facility only with their own brand socks. Why could not I buy socks like those somewhere else? I was planning in coming back with my husband and the rest of my family, but I wont because Ill have to pay $3 per each member for socks plus the $11.99 for the entrance. I understand the rules, but Im not coming back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I regret I did not read others reviews before going there and have waisted my money.
It was fun and gets the kids tired so tired
Get air is the best place to go. But it is a really good place to play dogeball
So many restrictions and rules. I was told to stay in the kids corner which I was fine with, paid the fee and bought the socks. When I got back the kids corner was only two trampolines, no adult is allowed to be in the kids corner. My child had to stay in one place I wasnt allowed to play with him and he couldnt come play with me in the other sections. Please tell me how I force a wild two year old to stay in one place and when he begs me to come play I have to say no. By the way most of the other tramploines were NOT occupied. I spent most my time trying to redirect my child to the place he was allowed to be,and bring scolded my the employees Everytime he went on a tramp he wasnt allowed to be on. This is an open room with no barriers. My child and I left upset and defeated. A fun family outing turned stressful.
Very fun
We had my 6 year old granddaughter s Birthday party Saturday and it happened to be their 6 year anniversary, so they had a petting farm and food trailers. Every childfrom our 2 1/2 year old to the 9 year old did not want to leave, lol, we ordered 5 pizzas and brought home 3 1/2 boxes. Everyone was so busy playing that they forgot about the pizza!Pricey, but DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Went there for my step sisters sons birthday party an she dropped a considerable amount of money on the party reservation for her son an up to 10 jumpers for x amount of time.. Now the facility is NOT that impressive for the amount of money my step sis paid, its bathrooms stunk BADLY and were comparible to a outdoor concert, b rate at best!! This is a place I would NEVER EVER PAY TO GO TO!! EVER!! Id rather go to the movies an pizza place then there!!
Clean, safe and lots of fun.
Lots of fun for the whole family wish there was more room for my toddler to jump but other than that a great place Tuesdays and Thursdays is toddler Time so I will be taking her then hopefully she will have more room to jump.
I loved it so much you should go their its the best fun you will ever have
My daughter and kids had a good time, we also had fun in the trampoline park. the set back was the heat, hardly any air and jumping makes you hot. They offered us water with our admission, room temperature, cold would have been better. hard to cool a larger metal building in 115° degree weather
Will not be coming nor recommending this place.... No A/C. My guests & I were miserably hot in the party area. They completely misinterpreted my instructions for the party pak. Not cool
Fun for kids. Separate area for small ones. Kids loved dodgeball.
The place is a hit with kids they love it there.
If your kid is too short or young they can only play in the lil kid jump area and parents are not allowed to play with them (only help) and in the foam pit (one at a time which I understand). Also the lil kid area is small so there is not enough room for multiple kids to play and for adults to watch. So there is no area for you to play or interact with your child. We have been to similar businesses that have a larger area for young kids and alternative play structures (bounce house), with adults allowed to interact. This place cost more too! Waste of money, go to another jump business.
Their small child area is dangerous. Also I am recovering from cancer and cannot sit but my child had issues in their defined baby area. It has a steep incline I guess meant to keep children in, but in doing so they require parents to sit on the ledge. The ledge angles made it impossible for me to sit healing from treatment. I then went behind my child to assist. In doing so, I found a flat spot in the side to sit. I was asked to leave after 10 minutes but paid for an hour. No refunds given. I requested one and was told, I told you when you came in nope... no way. If I had been allowed to inspect prior to paying almost $50, I wouldve went up the road. This place has horrible customer service. Ive been to several around the country and this one is the worst. My other 2 children ages 7 and 9 stated aside from the swing it was boring.
My kids love this place! Weve had a couple of birthdays here already, and its not only fun but a great workout. I recommend!
Disappointing, but the kids had fun. Weve been to other trampoline places and it would have been nice to understand how Get Airs rules are different. Our kids are under 46 inches, so they have designated areas to jump and adults (including parents) cannot jump with them. We visited Get Air on a whim, and maybe didnt do enough digging, but other trampoline places weve gone to allowed parents to be with their kids... this separation probably helps with big kids and small kids, but I figured I would share so other parents dont make the same assumption. All that said, 3 stars because the kids had fun.
Kind of a waste of money if you have a kid with you. Rules are there for safety I get it. That being said if you want to have fun with your kid go elsewhere. If youre a young adult with your friends it might be alright.
This is the most organized and comfortable Tucson trampoline jump arena. The staff actually pay attention and enforce the rules. There is a place for little ones so they dont get crushed by the big kids. As an added bonus the regulars here are often doing pretty spectacular tricks to the awe of plebs.
I read the website thoroughly and called to make sure I had all the details correct. We were told toddler time was open at the moment and the correct price/ rules etc. I told the gentleman I would be on my way with 2 toddlers. Drove 30 mins to the place only to be told they were full until 3pm. It was 1pm when we walked in the door. Not upset that things changed in 25 mins. Upset with the lack of customer service. His response to me was, i never said any of that, turned around, made sure his phones were working and was ignored by him and another person. Horrible treatment for our first experience. Basically telling a customer that they are lying and showing no care in the world. Never going back or recommending this establishment. There are tactful ways to turn people away or give people bad news and this was by far the worst.
We are told at the front desk during check in that we could use any socks as long as they had rubber grips on them and this is not the first time we have been here. While watching the little ones jump a lifeguard tells me that I cant wear the socks I had on. I told him that we checked and the front desk said we could. He then gives me some obviously made up story about how its their anniversary so only Get Air socks can be used. After that I told him that they need to get their fake story straight and was then told Im not allowed to be jumping anymore. Guess they dont like following their own rules. Needless to say we will not be coming back.
My son went here with his friend for their birthday party and came home raving about the place and the fun he had! Oh and the socks are super awesome!!!
Its only fun for 10 minutes but thats it. The staff are kinda rude and watch over you like a hawk and are chomping at the bit to tell you youre not following one of their rules.
Good place to let kids burn off extra energy. Nice size facility. Staff was very friendly. Not too crowded at the time I was there. The big downside was no air conditioning. I think thats really important for anyone jumping let alone sitting and watching. Fans were nice but not enough of them were going. Vending machines were a bit on the pricy side. Overall good place to go but with needed changes will improve the rating.
This place is the worst in town. They dont have enough staff and the staff is not trained most have no clue what they are doing. Out of the party time that was paid for we lost an hour due to the wait time to get checked in. The air conditioning does not work and it was miserable in there. We were told it was because there was a lot of people in here so it felt like it wasnt on. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone
I really had fun but there were so many kids running in front of me when I was trying to run
It was great except for the part where there was a girl that was absolutely beautiful and I didnt shoot my shot besides that it was amazing
Very cool spot to take the kiddos, they do cool birthday packages. Theyre pretty good about patrolling and keeping the kids safe from harm or hurting themselves. Awesome place...
It was funky like corn chips and armpits and it was extremely HOT in Get Air. They said the air was on, but we didnt feel it. After about an hour I couldnt take it anymore, had to say sorry kids but we are leaving. They need to get a proper ventilation system to push fresh cool air in there. Im not Interested in returning there are other things to do in Tucson.
We had a lot of fun. The only complaint is the staff gave mixed directions. Manager was okay with us bringing in are own food and staff was not. Great place to keep a large group entertained and fun for all ages.
We’ve been to many trampoline parks and this is by far the worst, but not in ways you’d expect. Yes, they are fairly clean. However, the “rules” are complete bogus. There isn’t a real place to be with your owns kids if they are smaller which is the DUMBEST logic. Smaller children are not allowed to jump with parents, and parents are not allowed in the smaller children section (you must watch from the side). The restrictions regarding smaller children are ridiculous, they’re not allowed in any area with the exception of the small kid and the foam jump pit- which is one person at a time so again you can’t be with your kid. Never going back after trying multiple times. The staff watches like hawks and is under stable for safety, but if you are a parent trying to help your kid you don’t need some employee breathing down your neck.
Nice and friendly environment, also fun for kids!
Its a fun place for physical activity. Hang out for all ages. However, the building is a warehouse style venue and its poorly ventilated. Im unsure if it lacks A.C. or if its a cheap choice to not turn on. They do have a few portable fans through the facility but not sadly not enough to make a difference. The ventalation/heat problem was the only down side I noticed. Staff, service. amenities, accessibility, and trampoline areas were all great! Even the parking was spacious and accessible. The only issue is the rising heat discomfort and breathing in a poorly ventilated area.
The kids have fun. Needs a better air conditioner, it gets too hot just sitting watching. They do have picnic style benches and tables for parents who are not jumping.
Kids enjoyed it. Some employees need to be taught how to interact with Children. One was very rude but the manager was very apologetic and gave us some cards for free jump time
First time there for my sons birthday present. And he loved it, didnt want to leave. Its great that they have alot of drink and snack vending machines. Prices are a little too high.
This place sucked. Rules provided after play started. Had a cool looking obstacle course. Can only use of all agree. One said no 7 other said yes. Then the one changed there mind. Then we were told no after they said yes. . Then charged full price for a 6 year old.
It was totally awesome great day for my beautiful babies. Happy Valentines day to everyone. God Bless.
Husband took are 3 older kids and they loved it!! I admit a bit pricey should have summer discounts or something
I would not recommend this place for young children. I brought my 3 year old here and she was restricted to the little jumper section. I understand that it is for safety reasons, but there was no there at all. I wasnt allowed in with her. I told them I would get out if any other little ones showed up. The rest of the big kids section was completely open. I asked if we could jump there for a bit since it was empty and we werent allowed. Was very disappointing I could not be with my little one. I took her to Air Time the next day and we were completely free to go throughout the sections. I was able to jump with her and we had a blast. If you have little ones, do not take them here. Take them to Air Time on Orange Grove and Thornydale. They are less restrictive.
Awesome and fun! Great and fun exercise!
Check in is not efficiently organized. The wait is between 15-30 minutes. I think they should separate birthday reservations and walk ins for a quicker check in. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. Besides that, the children had a blast! Team members are nice! Great way to burn some energy and calories while having fun!
The facility is pretty amazing, well kept and maintained. Surprisingly cleaned! My toddler loved toddler time, pretty convient to not have babies ran over by the older ones. However the employees here are beyond ridiculous. We got there at 9:50am toddler time starts at 10am, and we were not checked in until 10:45 thats a lot of time wasted. They had one women checking people in. They need to hire people with basic spelling skills because it took her 6 tries to type in my name to look up our waivers and it was the same for everyone.Making us wait a life time with a bunch of crying impatient children. But what got me the most was how unfair she was with pricing. She charged me about 16 dollars for 2 adults and 2 children and 4 pairs of socks. And another mom from my moms group who is african american with the exact same amount of children and socks 25 dollars. It was insane.
Recently took my niece and sister to Jump and it was just average. The energy of the establishment was bad and seemed really dirty. This is the only jumping place I know of in Tucson and sadly doesnt represent well. My niece was not impressed. Even the little obstacle course in back was under construction. This has potential but could be so much better than it is.
All year round indoor fun for all ages - some days have discounts. You will be required to sign waivers which you may do in advance online before you even leave home and will be good for one year. Jumpers are required to wear non skid socks which they sell at the front and may be reused and brought on return visits. With a little prep your visit here can yield tons of fun again and again. Keep in your sit of fun stuff to do during the long hot summers.
Love the music
Fun for my 4 year old
Nice place to spend an hr. Employees are really nice people
If you plan on taking younger kids here (aka under 46inches), DONT. you CANNOT DO ANYTHING with them. Highly disappointed to spend 40$ to watch our 17mo child have to do everything by HIMSELF while we sat and watched him. I tried standing on the basketball court with him to try to get him interacting when I got yelled at because you cant have 2 people on at the same time. Not going back. Not worth your money.
Very fun! Kids loved it and I also had a great time jumping aroung
Took 6 kids ages 12 to 16. They all had a lot of fun jumping and flipping. The adults had fun watching them.
Had a bday party it was perfect worth it 4 sho. Kids loved it I got a bday package for 10 jumpers came with pizza and soda. Socks included
Rules are ultra strict and the staff are pretty much like the police with big egos and bully tactics on the kids
It was great. They need more cooling though. It gets hot in there! Also free !cold! water. There is one working water fountain and its very warm. But I understand consitering theres a lot of I body heat happening! And I would say its a very reasonable price. Pluse the staff is really nice!!
Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! I booked my sons party from 4-6 and arrived 20 minutes early it was packed and didn’t get to my table until little after 4:30. They just came and dropped off the food and that was it and to tell us that our time was up right at 6. They knew our party was from 4-6 but didn’t get in until after 4:30 we still had to leave at 6. That wasn’t the worse part they never gave my son his birthday gift that was “supposed “ to be part of the birthday package and then gave us a bill of $40.00 and said it was for taxes that we didn’t pay online which I showed him my receipt when I purchased my package that showed all the details and it had the taxes included. He wanted $40.00 for his tip because he just brought us our pizza?! Horrible experience!!!
So, its trampolines everywhere. I had fun and it was a workout. I dont know any tricks or anything so its jumping up and down and avoiding kids. All kids seemed to be having a blast. Foam pits seem to be the most difficult as they take forever to get out of and are probably pretty filthy. There is also an obstacle course. That was fun but you waste some time waiting your turn. Overall, I had fun. Not sure i need to do it again. Seems like a great idea for kid parties.
