I love this place but until they get unlimited pass they only get one star ... Every other defy has one!!! But not this one .... Was told the owner doesnt want to.... Its way too expensive....I enjoy jumping for multiple hours at a time and cannot because its over $100 ...So as soon as you guys get a season pass or something along the lines of unlimited pass and not the stupid point system my one star will remain if you guys change I will change my review to five stars

If you are looking to catch covid this a great place to do it. As the mandated mask requirement is more of a recommendation. Saw kids and adults walking around and jumping and not wearing a mask. I took my son and left.

Fun time bouncing, swinging, climbing. This is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Kids run and jump and bounce and dont even notice that theyre not on their phones. Its great fun. The place is big, there are a variety of activities and even though there were are a lot of people, it didnt feel like we had to wait too long to participate on any activity. Will definitely be back, Im so glad they opened in Tucson.

The staff was friendly and our kids had a good time here. We bought tickets online for our group and everything went smoothly at check-in. capacity is limited but masks seem to be optional.

This is such a fun place to go! There are so many different activities for both children and adults, you will not be disappointed. We took our family of 6 and even though there were a lot of other people there, it never felt over-crowded. They also offer free lockers to keep your valuables protected while you’re off playing. Definitely recommend!

Well kept equipment with a lot of different things to do. Dodge ball, zip line, king of the hill, ect. The place is neat and clean and has free lockers for your belongings. Theres a nice seating area upstairs that gives you a great view of the entire play area making it easy to keep an eye on your child. My only concern is that there are not enough employees to properly enforce rules and guide the kids through some of the areas.

Always a great night when you go to defy. Went with my wife and friend, it was his first time. He had a ball.Best place in Tucson to go out and do something active. Gets that heart pumping!

My grandson from Hawaii was had the time of hes life there. And I so enjoyed watching every smile on hes face.

I really did like the place. Best in AZ. My only issue is that there is not a membership at the park yet. Prices are reasonable and well maintained facility. I think a membership would be nice to have for people using the park frequently

Had a great time with our 11 year old grandson. There seemed to be activities designed for every age and the kids were careful around the littlest of kids. Ninja war balance battle beams, dunking, lots of variety!

Wow... this place was truly amazing. This trampoline park truly blew me away with just how nice it was. The appearance was spectacular, and the colors on the trampolines, walls, etc, gleamed and created such a fun ambiance for jumpers. The staff was eager to help as we shuffled in, and I did come with a large group, but with the size of this place it was extremely accommodating. If youre bored and live in Tucson, go to Defy, it honestly was some of the best fun Ive had in Tucson in the last couple months.

I could not believe how big it was when I 1st walked in. Price was definitely well worth it and staff was extremely friendly. Its honestly fun for all ages. I dont usually participate when we go to other trampoline spots but this place isnt the same. Seriously, check it out.

Really fun experience. The staff, warm and welcoming. The food, satisfying yet divine. And the fun... well I could be writing for hours. I guess you could say it really “defied” my expectations. Come here and bring your friends, because you will not regret 2 hours in this air conditioned palace of fun.

Oh man- if your kids are over 8 years old and you use any other indoor trampoline park, you are wasting your money. Defy beats them all! Hands down. There was something for everyone from 1 year old and up!

We had my sons 9th birthday party here. From booking to getting us checked in and setting up the party room for us everything was perfect and seamless. The kids had a blast jumping and didn’t want to stop! Sage was great with assisting our party. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful time

This is one of the best jumping places I have been to. It has so many choices including a zip line, pugel sticks, foam pits, and obstacle courses. It is so much fun and a great workout.

Absolutely amazing, great courses and great staff. One of the staff, named Debbie, was really quick on her feet to provide assistance to the guest. One of the most devoted people Ive seen at these types of places. Overall the place is great.

Came here for a birthday party and was great

Place is huge. Lots of activities to to other than just trampolines to jump on. Will keep kids and adults entertained for over 1 hour. You also can trade in socks from the other place to get their socks. Deft will be back

Amazing place for the kids and to celebrate birthdays. Reminds me of Discovery Zone from back in the day but this might be better with something for a lot of ages and adults. Plus there’s a DollarTree next door where you can get ice cream and soda for the low. It was $16 for an hour or $26 for two and $3 for socks.

Went to a kids birthday party with my daughter not knowing anything about Defy. We had so much fun. They even let me bounce on the trampolines. The prices were cheap also.

We had a birthday party here and was kind of disappointed. They put you in a secluded room where you cant watch the kids play. The kids had fun, just a bit unorganized. I would not pay for another party there.

I have been to Defy and AZ Air Time and I must say that Defy is so much nicer! They have obstacle courses, multiple foam pits, and even a zip line!! The kiddos were heartbroken when it was time to leave - looking forward to taking them again soon.

Flipping amazing. We had our Christmas party there and we had a blast they were so accommodating with the jump times because not everyones on time!!

Half of the refs were either vaping or juuling the entire time and it made me and my friends very uncomfortable because it smelled horrible. They should not be doing that around little kids and they definitely should not be doing that at work. It was horrible

Hated it. My four year old got crushed and stuck under supposedly safe equipment. Even worse is he was screaming and nobody helped him for 15-20 seconds.

We had a lot of fun here. The only real complaint that I have is that there are ledges above the ramped trampolones that are padded, and there is no signage saying that it is off limits, and every other trampoline park we have been too allows access here. When they corrected my kids, I mentioned that a sign might be helpful as it is not obvious at all and the employee said that they cant put a sign up because it would cover up the art??? So instead they stationed a poor employee there to whistle every 30 seconds. Same situation in the silks pit. No signs whatsoever, but apparently they do not allow you to tie the silks, but again. No signs, just an employee barking at kids. They give you a quick run down of the rules and these were not covered.

Tons of fun for the family and food is cheap but adults beware if your going to partake you need some cardio

Definitely the best trampoline park in Tucson. The space is huge and allows for a great variety of activities. I especially enjoyed the obstacle courses and Ninja Warrior esque challenges. By far my go-to choice from now on when Im feeling froggy

This place is awesome! Glad it opened up and no longer have to drive to Phoenix for a place like this. Great variety of areas and friendly staff. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the grip socks policy. You have to wear their grip socks, and normally it wouldnt be much of an issue. But, theyre really cheap socks compared to other establishments, they were already falling apart after just 2 hrs of play. Would still greatly recommend.

We went as a family, kids ages 7 - 12, and everyone had a great time!Monday night during the winter break was really busy though.

There are plenty of activities for kids to do from very young to young at heart. Obstacle courses, foam pits, trapeze, zip line, king of the mountain, balance beam and of course trampolines. For those of us not so young at heart, there are couches in the jumping area (dont forget your observer wristband) or you can climb the stairs and sit at a table that will overlook the entire facility. I only gave 4 stars tho because the bathroom could have used a once over more often and when I when to sit upstairs I lost my flip flop right off my foot and it was stuck to the floor. The tables are not bused either. I imagine it is hard to be watching all the kids and making sure they are following the rules and clean up the place. People just need to be more mind full of that. If you spill something let the staff know otherwise it will go unattended. They are quick with ice and on top of injuries.

This place blew my mind! I saw an ad on Instagram a few months back about this place opening up and I knew we had to go since the other jump places are really far from us and not that great to be honest but this place was amazing! We went on a Sunday right when they opened, we filled out the wavier online before we got there and it made the process so much faster. The prices are not that bad for what you get, I plan on coming here every weekend. We checked in and got our socks and were told about the free lockers that you get when you buy a ticket which is a great perk. We put our socks on and headed up the main jump area where we got a little safety tutorial and then were let into the most amazing jump place! They have so much to do and they have couches up on the main floor for observers to watch and hang out, there was so much seating for guests and people that were not jumping. The couches were a major plus. I had my 7 month old with me and it was nice to hang out on the couches with him while his brother played. The place is so clean and the A/C actually works in this place which is nice unlike other places. They have beverages to purchase that were not overly prices and bathrooms were clean, the bathroom that is co-ed has the changing table just a heads up in case you are looking for it. The birthday party rooms looked great, I am thinking about having my sons 5th birthday here. They have a big lookout that overlooks the whole facility which is awesome. The staff was super nice and helpful. I look forward to coming here as much as we can. I wish they had a membership program! They dont have their main sign up yet on the building but its there I promise! This place did not disappoint! I wont go to the other jump places anymore after seeing this one!Thanks Defy you guys did one heck of a job on this place!If i could suggest anything would maybe be like a baby area, I know they have a toddler area but I am thinking like a little gated area for babies to climb and play, that are not walking yet.But we can do without! Its perfect!

They where so concerned about their Chirstmas party that we where overlooked. No food to purchase for the kids. After waiting minutes for some one to show up at the counter. Over $200 to bring out 7 kids to celebrate my grandbabies bday. They dont even deserve a star. Dont bring you kids here.

What a great park so clean staff was helping my son do approved tricks and the extreme bounce pads bes way to spend money when your kid is a natural bounce expert. He lovet it. This is such a cool place mom thanks for bringing me mom. #TEENAGERAPPROVED
