Had no idea how nice this disc golf course is. The park itself is huge but I came for disc golf. Beautiful course. Almost impossible to lose a disc. Lots of shorter holes, around 250. Really enjoyed it, my favorite in the area. Prepare for crowds though, its clearly popular.

Great park with a beautiful disc golf course. There are some tricky shots but not a big chance of losing your disc. In the fall you call sometimes lose a disc in the leaves. Otherwise, probably my new favorite course.

Large area to walk and enjoy nature with a lake, stream, playground, swings, bathrooms, picnic tables, beautiful disc golf course, baseball diamond and, soccer fields. Fields can get a bit muddy & windy due to how open they are. Well kept grounds overall though. Concession stand when soccer is in season.

Lovely place with so much space to do anything. Volleyball courts are high quality but missing boundaries. I saw a muskrat in the pond too so thats pretty cool.

We had a lot of fun playing disc golf. All of the golfers were friendly even though it was busy.

Great for disc golf, walking the dogs, and other field sports. This well known park is top notch when it comes to maintenance, representative of Troy Michigans higher standards in general.

Great park and great way to honor our Firefighters!My only reasoning for not giving it a full 5 stars is when I do go their its only with my son, often people dont keep their dogs on leash and this is more on the people who frequent the park than the park itself.Idea to make it even more Firefighter related would be to add a splash pad for the Fire Truck area. My son loves firefighter anything and thought of this on his own.

This is my home course. Close enough, well maintained, challenging but not hard for the sake of hard. Finished even today, gave me warm feels.

My dachshund, Moe, and I love this place. He walked me 2.5 miles there today. The frisbee golf folks were very accommodating, even as he crossed there fairways on his route

I love this park, me and my buddies play soccer here.There is always sports events happening and a lot of other private sports league.The fields are always clean and the restrooms are always clean as well. Tons of parking spaces and a perfect place for a good run, cycling and walking dogs. Also a perfect place for kids to play and run around.

First time visiting the Disc Golf course, and loved it. We had a group of 5, and all of us had a great time!!

Best disc golf course in area, might spell a little funny in the more wooded area. But overall a great park.

Excellent park besides the DBs that play disc golf and keep putting with different discs and hold everyone up behind them. Other than that its a great place to get some fresh air and relax

Several soccer fields, usually dominated by club soccer, but sometimes youll see large families playing there. Dogs do roam around without leashes with their owners not, in particularly, caring. There is a playground there and its large and creative enough for several children-filled-families to play in. There is a disc golf course in which you should be careful around; like driving, check left and right before crossing the bridge above the creek. There are lakes; do not fish there as its a wildlife preserve. Some deer may appear. You can also rent the venue there; already has a trash bin and a road for cars to backup on to unload some stuff.

Its a park. Not much more to it. Has fun playground equipment but its not the coolest place ever.

Firefighters Park is a great resource. Volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, playground sets and a Frisbee golf course make for a great green space for the whole family in the middle of the city.

Absolutely love this park! Ive been coming here to play Disc Golf ever since I was a kid... Now Im bringing my son here to play and make memories of his own. Very clean and up kept course! Also has a ton of other activities like soccer, hiking, volleyball, baseball, and reunions that you can do here... plus much more!

Nice park, perfect place to take a child fishing. Playground for the little ones could be bigger especially with how much land is there. Very nice place for a walk.

I grew up at this park. Its changed so much but it is always a good time.Good play structure.Great for bbq or other pavilion events.Decent to ride bike around. Nice ponds.Very nice disc golf course.We took some fall pictures here and they turned out fantastic. My daughter did throw an epic tantrum in the fall leaves.

The most beautifully maintained free entrance park around. Home to plenty of parking, several disc golf courses, children play areas, soccer facilities.

This is one of my favorite disc golf courses, lots of arm room, except net 17 is tooo close to another ...which could mess ya up a bit. This park also has two lovely little ponds with hook wise fish. The problems of places to fish in dense population.

Absolutely beautiful place to walk around and fish

An absolutely fantastic, free place to go! They have many areas available here for a plethora of activities. Features include a pavilion, two parking lots, open fields, rivers, forests, multiple soccer fields, some volleyball courts, a disc golf course, a restroom building, and much more! The only thing to keep in mind is that some areas of the park tend to hold water for a little while after a rainstorm, so if youre heading out for some fun a day or two after a shower, wear some boots.

One of the best courses in the state of Michigan Ive ever played. Holes are not too long and not too short. Mostly flat land with few little water hazards. There is not a lot of places to lose your disc out here. pretty much 18 holes of finesse with some power needed. The area is very nice very comfortable place to play.

Great place for soccer games. The nets are kinda of old and dont look too good but the fields are very good. Some nice kids games as well.

Loved the new baskets. Way overdue. They were wasted 15 years ago. I enjoyed my round while I didnt shoot great but scored a 54 Even par for all par 3s.

Always a great place to spend some time.

We enjoy going to this park to play disc golf. We have brought our dogs each time. We also abide by the leash laws. It is good exposure for our dogs, but not when other peoples dogs come running up to us barking. There were at least 4 other pet owners who did not have their pets on leash. We had 2 dogs run up at us, easily 100 yards away from their owner. We would like to see more enforcement, before any dog fights take place.

Nice disc golf course for a city park, doesnt play very long.

A large city park with soccer fields, a frisbee golf course, sand volley ball, ponds, a stream, picnic areas and summertime concession stand.

Very nice athletic park. Lots of soccer fields, football field with posts. Needs more parking. Also, the football field is up against the road. If a kid kicks it thru the upright, no ability for a net and tall possibility of making it to the road.

Mediocre disc golf, and lots of dog walkers, bit you know what youre getting.

This is a great place to take the kids. It has a playscape and swings and large fields in which to run. Theres a pond and you can show the kids the ducks and geese. Dont wait until the hot part of the day to go down by the ponds because you will encounter mosquitoes as can be expected.

Large expansive park, with space for volleyball, soccer, disc golf. Great place to go for a walk with your dog. Has a small pond area, and woods as well.

This park has a nice play structure (not huge but enough to entertain the kids). It is surrounded by artificial turf instead of wood chips/dirt/rocks/etc which was really nice because then the little one can crawl around too without having to worry about eating wood chips/rocks/etc. Lots of trees for shade. Also short walking paths around the ponds.
