This is a small preserve in the middle of a residential area. I appreciate the accessibility but the trails are not maintained very well and I had a hard time getting through with my 3 year old in mid August when they were quite overgrown. My son loves playing by streams, but this one needs a bit of clean up as I found quite a bit of broken glass on the shoreline. I hope in time RLT will do some clean up and maintenance here. It is a nice spot for birding and wildflowers, though!

You cant go very far on the side paths off the main path because its pretty overgrown. It seems like a place where the people that live next to it walk there dogs. Not really worth visiting.
