This most Happening place Around TROY. This has many Banquet rooms which could be rented. Each one are large rooms. They have indoor Swimming pool, they will have Karate Classes. Mostly you get to enroll every other class for your kids. It’s close to Library. You can walk over to Library in summer. Large parking lots. Special Parking lot for Seniors.

We had a great time on Dec 31st. It was a great way for the kids to enjoy themselves the last evening of the year. Weather was horrible outside so it was fun to enjoy the indoor swimming. The toys at the Gymnasium were super cool!!

This facility is truly built keeping in mind the benefit of public . The building has well equipped Fitness center. Fitness center all necessary equipments and the monthly charges are nominal compared to other private gyms . Added advantage is you get to use other facilities like swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis court.I have seen kids taking volleyball classes, swimming lessons. yoga classes are conducted on particular day.Overall neat, clean and well maintained facility with very nominal monthly charges worth every penny!

I love the community center. Its clean and a great place for a workout. They have tons of machines, a pool, a gym, and classes. And not everyone there looks like a bodybuilder. A great place for normal people to get fit.

Clean welcoming center. Its great for the community and for teens to spend their free time exercising and playing sports. Highly recommend for locals, especially at a great resident cost.

Went with a friend as Aarp was completing senior income taxes. Never been here prior but was impressed with the offerings. The place was clean and well staffed. Check it out and see all the services and classes they offer. It looked like many residents use the facility for many things including cards even just getting together.

Overall a pretty good gym. However if you cancel your gym membership be prepared to keep getting charged the monthly fee. I canceled my gym membership last year in October 2018 as I was moving out of state and got charged still months after for November and December had to call them back to remove me. Thought all was good wasnt getting charged after that until today a year after having canceled I just got another charge from them for October 2019!!! and another charge pending for November. WHAT THE HELL PEOPLE! Do i really need to get a new credit card so they cant keep charging me a year after I canceled my membership!!!

I came up here to do my taxes with my in-laws. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the gift shop they have with items handmade by seniors is beautiful, I would highly recommend coming to the community center.

Im getting taxes done here by AARP and they certainly are the best. Ive come here for other services and am very happy for Troy Civic Center.

The facility always looks clean to me. No cobwebs in the corners. No dust bunnies.The staff is friendly.The place is pretty quiet, yet lively with lots of activities to do for fun.

Its clear to a non-resident that the residents of Troy love and use their Community Center extensively. The pool was visable and tempting without making the entire area too humid. It was clear that a variety of activities had been offered on a regular basis. Perennial garden plants, about to die back with the cold weather, were still in obvious good health.

The best what else I can say. For residents or non residents the best place to be engaged from kids to adults. You have all indoor activities that you need.

Love coming here for exercising and swimming. Everyone is very chill and the atmosphere is amazing. Love how there is a room with ping pong and pool. Good price for non residents. Recommend it

This place has it all. Meals on Wheels, a pool, and so many offices for local services. Everyone is professional and kind. The city of Troy should be proud to have such a gorgeous facility.

This is a beautiful facility offering so much for the entire family. They offer a ton of classes and discounts on various kids sports.

Clean, staff answered questions in friendly manner. The meeting rooms were great for what we needed.

I went to Creative Endeavors store to drop off items I knitted to sell in the store and also bought 3 items. This store is great! 90% items are handmade by seniors (who get a percentage of sale price) and profits go to the community. I also take classes and attend seminars at the Troy Community Center.

The Troy Community Center is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and helpful, no one is a stranger there.The swimming pools are fabulous, every childs dream... So much fun.I am a caregiver and every Tuesday and Thursday I take my Client to the FriendshipClub and she just loves it there.... And everyone near her can see her joy.Joe, Kathy, Bonnie and Debby are the best.They are all very tactful and loving with this group and I am proud to be included in their work. It was only going to be a temporary job bringing my Client to the TFC, but after a week I asked to do these two days every week. What a wonderful program, thank you for letting me a part of it.P.S. the lunches they make there are yummy too.

My Company held a meeting there this afternoon. Found the place to be clean and efficiently becoming.

It was so cold out! I was glad we found a place we could go swimming. Went here with my daughter, step son and some friends. My step son loved the lily pads. It was really fun and 30 bucks for 3 people isnt too bad. Water slide was so fun. I went on it 3 times and Im 30.... lol would recommend if youd like to enjoy some winter swimming. Only downside is they only open the water slide every 15 min... its so dumb. Besides that awesome.

We there for preschool swim lessons! Instructors are very good and patient with the little ones.

This is a really nice place for families. There are always people playing games or doing homework with friends and family and its neat. Sometimes the workers can be a little rude but most of them are super nice.

Only good place in troy area for badminton courts. A bit overcrowded on weekends.

The monthly memberships are affordable especially if you have more than one child. My children are here on a weekly basis and really enjoy using the basketball courts and swimming pool.

Great place to exercise, swim and join lots of activities for all ages. One can do his taxes, take flu shots, play Bingo, take dance classes and many many other things. These activities are there on scheduled dates and found on their website.

We live in Troy but noticed many cities have family recreation activities included in the membership. When we called they pretty much said everything is ala cart. I would say if you are a single person this would be to your benefit but it is definitely not based around family. We will be traveling to a different city and paying out of resident pricing so that my entire family can enjoy the benefits of a recreational center focused around family. Also, child care is included and pool admission as well as rock walls etc. Unfortunately we will just continue to pay as we go if we want to go swimming at the Troy rec center.

My wife and I were given a tour of the center and decided we would purchase two fitness passports, the center was clean, the people that worked there were very friendly and the equipment in the exercise rooms were very impressive.

This was my second baby shower here. This last one was by far the best! They are a bit pricey but they are very professional!!!! We didnt run into any hiccups with them and everything went smoothly. Even the clean up crew at the end were very polite! Id definitely return here!

Attended a jewelry making class yesterday and have attended many basket weaving classes. Classes available there are great value for the money and very enjoyable. I also attend a meeting there every month, excellent rooms for meetings.

Spacious clean workout areas, fairly good ratio of exercise equipment to patrons. Decent locker rooms, again sufficient in # of locker spaces, roominess. Good pools, one warm-therapy, another lap swim, and a kids play area, waterslides, lilypad course, etc.Two things that could add value: 1. a hot tub, sauna adjacent to pools, and 2. wider times for swim (right now, evening times are limited to 2 hrs most days ... rather limiting)

The building was nice, a lot of community and private activities taking place on a Sunday afternoon.

Great Community center . Kept very clean. Good Gym and courts for basket ball. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Good pool table. Great conference rooms . some times little noisy with most rooms occupied. Lot needs to be improved in Reception areas.
