I was a resident in Forest Acres for 3 and a half years. Rhett Buttler was my land lord so this review is really aimed at the property in Forest Acres owned by him and the office in Oakley. It was honestly a great experience. The trailer I chose was in a good location in the very back of the park. Normally the park is very quiet. I felt safe through most of my time there and overall the park is a very nice place to live. You cannot choose your neighbors of course and that is expected in this sort of thing. If you are lucky enough to have good neighbors beside you, I would recommend anyone to stay there.

We have been living here a year and a half and my husband Paco and I love it here. The staff is so helpful and quick to tend to all your concerns and needs. The environment is calm and peaceful. Everything is well maintained on the property grounds and is overall just a very friendly neighborhood to live in. Its very safe and police stay present and do neighborhood drive throughs to keep it safe.We are truly blessed to have such a great community to live in. Our nighbors do come and go but so far they have been so nice and wonderful to know. We have met amazing people here and made amazing friends here. We love our community. Thank you to the owner and staff for making and maintaing such a beautiful community that makes you feel at home and welcomed.

Been living here for almost a year and we love it. Very nice, quiet place to live. Its well maintained and the owner (s) are readily available for any type of problem (s) you may encounter. Satisfied tenants in my home.

Use to be such a nice place

I have only just started renting here. The people were ver nice to me. I love the lot that I am on. The even held the trailer a month for me!! (I had to let another lease end). I would def. recommend this place!

The staff here is unpleasant and unprofessional. They take months to get things done. When they finally do come to take care of it they only patch the problem and act like your request isn’t important. They don’t seem intelligent enough to run a rental company or any business for that matter. They also should consider hiring a new front desk representative because she acts like she doesn’t care about you or her job.

Housing is adequate and the roads are god awful. Will surely wear your tires down on the pot holes.
