As a snowbird, I come to WP every year. People are very friendly, well kept property. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The noise you do get is from trains. East side of The community is closest to the tracks (approx 150 feet with wooded area between the tracks and the property). I’m in one of the closest lots to the tracks. Yes, trains run every day, but I’ve gotten used to it, most times I don’t notice them. Nice recreation center with plenty of activities and entertainment. Rec center also has free WiFi. The management team is very easy to deal with, very dedicated to making WP the best. Paved roads, great for taking a walk or riding your bike. The rates are unbeatable. They include water, sewer and electric. For cable tv and internet, you must get your own. Spectrum offers both and most times they are quick to connect he service. As with anything else in life, people have their own preferences. Like a pool, well no pool here, mainly because it’s a 55+ property, so there are no kids. They do have children here when they are visiting the residents, but it’s always quiet and relaxing. Place is safe, I’ve had no problems at all with anything coming up missing. Convenient location to KSC, Cocoa, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Playalinda Beach. Property is directly across the river from the active launch pads at Cape Canaveral. One block to the river, great view of the launches. Shopping and dining places are plentiful. Noticed a couple negative reviews concerning management, I don’t think they are accurate. As I said, they are dedicated to making WP the best and there are rules. Follow the rules, be friendly and courteous, and enjoy. I believe you will find WP welcoming, relaxing, affordable, and fun.

Clean and well maintained. Nothing extravagant, but it felt safe and quiet. Theres easy access from main roads and access is funneled thru entry drives to keep unwanted people out. Theres laundry on sight and rates are reasonable. Close to many shopping and entertainment venues.

I stayed at Whispering Pines for a couple of months during January/February 2015. This was my first Snowbird experience. Management went out of their way to accommodate me. I chose this park because it was a 55 and over park. No loud, yelling and screaming kids running around. The park was well maintained and clean. The laundry and shower facilities were close and adequate for my needs. There were numerous events in the community room throughout my stay and I was a able to enjoy a number of them. I had an opportunity to meet a number of the local residents and found them to be very friendly and helpful. I chose Titusville because it is fairly central to the areas I wanted to visit during my stay. I found some great local restaurants all along the east coast and enjoyed my stay immensely. I would have returned this past winter except for the high US currency exchange rate. I am hoping to return in the future. If there was a down side it is the train that runs near the area and blows the whistle ... but I found after awhile that I got use to it.

A train runs right next to the park (within a few feet) ALL night, EVERY night! VERY loud! Management is hateful, keeps hours convenient to them & wont be bothered even though they live on the property. The good review posted here is by the manager. Lazy people. Not well liked by the residents. No pool. Not much to do. Close to walk to stores though. Thats the only positive.

The two individuals who posted the negative remarks, who by the way did not reveals themselves, are all lies. We have been residents of this park for almost 10 years; and, yes it is 55 or older--that is why the sign states 55 community. There are a lot of activities and the park is centrally located for shopping and other activities. As to Management; they will do anything to assist you! The park is well-maintained and a close knit community even though some are snowbirds. We recommend this park to everyone we know who are considering permanent relocation to Florida or considering becoming a snowbird.

I had the pleasure of living there for a bit over a year. And it WAS a pleasure. Rhonda and Richard are super, several residents were an obsolute treasure, and there are activities year round. Id go back in a heartbeat!! All manner of stores, doctors, and fast food close, and there is TD bank right down the road as well. I couldnt ask for a better place to live!!

This is the most beautiful park on Hwy 50. Clean respectable people who get along. Very well maintained and the grounds are beautiful.* Note ..To: “Bling D” and “blonde diva” you said the same thing about the other park up the way Silverbreeze. You both have a bad reputation and disturb peaceful communities... Eviction after eviction with you two. I guess you have to take your frustrations out somewhere by hiding behind silly names. Kinda cowardly wouldn’t you say. I hope you both find peace one day...

Titusville, Florida’s Whispering Pines Trailer and RV Park is only for people 55 years and older, most of the residents are on the “older” side. At night the homeless persons from the wooded land next to the Rail Road Tracks wonder the park making the RV Park look as though it is an episode of the TV series The Walking Dead. The park offers NO swimming pool, hot tub or other water activates, a laundry room where the machines work part of the time but will take coin all the time and dishonest management who refuses to refund any money if you are dissatisfied and want to leave, but will re-rent your spot and earn double rent for themselves.

My experience at Whispering Pines, Has been a very nice one, They have events in the provillin, music, cook outs, Cards, Bingo. I have found that they have nice restaurants in Titusville. Close to the Beaches, Daytona, Coco. Whispering Pines is a very nice RV park, I have check out other RV Parks and there rates were higher .Whispering Pines Has the lowest rates I could fine in a 50 mile radius to any of the sight seeing places. They have rules and thats what makes it a very nice and livable place.I would recommend it to anyone that is 55 and older.
