Nice community Park managers really awesome

We recently moved my father there and he loves it

When I rode up there on my bicycle I was treated very differently then when I rode up there and a nice Ford truck. I guess the first time I came there they thought I was just some broke bum treating me like so. The guy in the golf cart is who Im talking about. But besides that everyone else Ive talked to you there has been great.

Great quiet neighborhood For relaxed lifestyle

I have emailed, called and left messages and have not once gotten a response. This is the type of practice you get from impersonal people. Theres ever anyone at the office, phone goes to messages and emails are not read. Extremely unprofessional.

We could see that a few homes were being well cared for and some were being set up or installed, Saw where there used to be a small pool that had been filled in but instead of putting a grill area, playground, pet exersize area in place of it they left it fenced with just grass. Hopefully they will continue improvements as it has a lot of potential !

Very nice people. Management easy to work with. Close to anything you need.

Getting A little bit redicous with rules

This place is a quiet and layed back, perfect place to park your camper while you enjoy the space coast sights. They also rarely have permanent residences there for rent at a cheap price and Alan the landlord is friendly and always willing to help to the point of bending over backwards to make sure tenants are happy.

Nice place for campers.Freedom to reasonably do things to your lot of staying for a long period.People friendly.

Pretty quiet and friendly!

Mobile home and rv park. My grandparents have lived here for years. Good management, friendly people. Close to i-95. Clean and pet friendly.

Nice relatively quiet trailer park. Reasonable lot rent.

Weve been trying for a couple of weeks to get in touch with this park, but so far we havent had any luck. No reply to our e-mails and the phone number does us no good. Sometimes it sounds like its going to a fax number and other wise just no answer at all.

Nice people, good size plots, and the management is great overall very friendly plave for people of all ages.

Mostly family oriented. Club house and activities ie shoffalboard BINGO. Bunch of great folks including myself

Just love the place.

We lived there briefly from March to July 2015. It was an ok park but there was drugs in the back of the park, the water was undrinkable and the septic system kept backing up. We moved out in July 2015. Last year, I heard there was a murder there.

Great quiet place to enjoy by your self or with family. Many thing to do and many places to go!
