Nice quite retirement park with many friendly people living there.

I thoroughly enjoy every time Im there and Im happy to go back everybody is smiling and nice for the most part LOL

This is a really nice mobile home park, a traditional 1 loop with riverfront access. When I retire, I might just head here for a winter home location. Nice homeowners association and nice people that live there.

Its a good park, with good residents, & great management team.

Drove through the park, it was very nicely set up and planned out, ample room BETWEEN homes ! Some Even had little fenced yards and nice decorations and plants ! No Junk piled up, no broken vehicles sitting, didnt see any pets tied to porches, etc but did see nice people walking their pets WITH POOP bags in hand !!! Wow !! That was a welcome sight ! Pride in the place you live which was very refreshing !! The park was very quiet and well maintained. Mowed and trimmed. One way streets which are nice to see because its safer for the residents and pets ( should the little buggers escape as sometimes cant be helped ) seemed to be a very nice park. Will definitely visit again if theres an opening, all homes seemed filled for now.

Lovely view of the sea. Clean . A lot of golf carts .The woman who seems to be in charge must have been trained by a sergeant major. Likes to shout Slow down often. I always go slower than 10 mph. But she still shouts. Only go to visit a friend

Amazing place. Will visit again. Very pointy but i liked that there was a huge oak factor. Do not speed, the natives will attack. #mph # hugatreeonwayout

What a dump! All the trailers are at least forty years old and are in poor repair. The road is narrow and parking is very poor. I dont recommend this place.
