Great quiet park, neighbors are nice and helpful. 1 neighbor even mows lawns for dirt cheap. Owner is sweet and helpful and returns calls pretty quick. My biggest positive thing about this place and there is NO BS druggies and drunks. So no problems. You want a great place to move to and retire to. I would recommend missel view 100%

It is quiet and previous owners of the park always attended occurring genuine complaints, concerning maintenance and safety issues in a timely and professional manner.But, about 4 years ago, when ownership changed, it all went down hill from there. Rent increased every year between $ 10.00 - 15.00 on the average.However, we are still one of the better parks in town.When it comes to maintenance, this is a joke, since only cosmetic improvements are addressed, such as planting shrubs outside the park entrance.When you have a legitimate complaint, such as street light outage, street flooding,and tree clearing issues, you will wait a long time for a response. Even if you all or e-mail, you will be ignored. This is totally frustrating to the residents here.Unfortunately, I do not have the means to move somewhere else, due to my very limited income.If you are rich or financially well established come and join us.If not, I would not recommend this community to make your new home.

I have been shopping around the Titusville area and by far this park has the best rates on land rental. I would highly recommend this very well kept mobile home park.

Stay clear. Owner refused deposit on home owned by park that is for sale. States held 5 weeks for another person that backed out because his finance company didnt get taxes to them to take to Brevard county. So man canceled sale. Really, you dont get taxes/ moneys till closing. So he would have to stop sale at closing. Dont think so. Just didnt want two men to purchase in her park. (Read between the lines!)Thanks for being semi transparent.We have been pre approved, but will take our business else where.Hard to believe in todays society this still happens.

It is a retirement mobile home Park. They are like all retirement places. Full of nosey old ppl. But they are nice. Their favorite past time is calling code enforcement on neighbors they deem Too hip. They are lucky I changed my life. Or I would probably tell 1 of their senile butts to shoot me a fade!Just kidding.

Visiting a friend. Nice, clean, quiet, over 55 year old community. I am looking forward to retiring in just such a place.
