Awesome manager. Is very punctual and possesses excellent character. We purchased a mobile home and she took care of all the paperwork and thoroughly explained the rules and regulations. The park appears clean and well kept. Thank you Becky, you are a real gem!

Biggest rip off in the history of rent to own. They want $2500 down and $650 a month for 6 years!!!!!! Houses worth at most $3000 and charging $26,000 on some. They are nuts. The office manager well she cant be trusted!!!!!. Only honest person there is kerri. Classy place with dead fish thrown on grounds. Wtg!!!

This place is so wonderful to live at. I’ve been here for 4 years and wouldn’t ever dare move! The staff is outstanding and gets the job done. My kids can play safely with other kids, and there no trouble at all! It so quiet and peaceful best place ever!!!

This is a quiet, nice place to live. The manager does an excellent job of controlling what goes on here. The grounds are well kept and improving daily. Lots of work being done to make things more attractive. The folks who live here are polite and friendly and make good neighbors. No loud music or traffic thru the park at night. Quiet country setting with lots of big shade trees. A great place for the kids with a large open recreation area. We just love it here and plan to stay a long time. Rent to own in five years at a very reasonable rate. The manager is great and always trying to make things better. If you have a problem just call her and she will fix it right away. She has a regular team working here all the time. She lives here too and cares about what goes on. A+++

Nice place to live nice and quiet.

It seems quiet. But I was just visiting with a friend.

I had no idea why this was popping up as a notification asking me to rate a location, so I had marked it as one star and hit submit just to get it out of my screen because it was annoying. Im changing the rating to a 3-star because I have nothing negative to say about the place. Im not in trouble with anyone at my company like they are trying to claim. I have explained the mixup, and even fixed it to no avail. I have been informed that I should expect retribution via Texarkana social media groups as a response to the entire ordeal, so I am looking forward to that.

Just from driving through and looking on the outside they are beautiful places and I talked to the man that fixes the insides and he showed me pictures they are beautiful I hope me and my daughter can get one together. And its also a very peaceful neighborhood.
