No central heat or AC can make for interesting times.

Worst place ever!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! These people are the worst kind of managers EVER! THEY MAKE UP LIES TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER! LIKE SAYING WE NEVER REQUESTED MAINTENANCE WHEN WE HAVE FOR 6 MONTHS BEGGED THEM TO FIX THE PLUMBING AND TUBS SO WE COULD AT LEAST TAKE A BATH!!!! INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO TAKE A NICE BATH WE HAVE TO TAKE A SHOWER IN THE FRONT BATHTUB AND PRAY WE DO NOT FALL THROUGH!!! WE TOLD THESE MANAGERS MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY NEVER DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT SAY THE TRAILER PARK HAD NO FUNDS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! ALSO WE ASKED THEM FOR A STOVE FOR 3 MONTHS WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO SUPPLY AND DIDNT. THESE PEOPLE WILL SPREAD LIES AND RUMORS ALL AROUND THE PARK TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT EVER TELL THE SO CALLED MANAGER ANYTHING YOU DO NOT WANT THE WHOLE TRAILER PARK KNOWING!! OH AND OWNER IF YOU BLAME MY DAUGHTER FOR SOMETHING SHE DID NOT DO AGAIN I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER AND LET HIM HANDEL THIS!!!

This place needs some love but I can see potential, a lot of trailer parks need tlc especially after being open for years.

Found this place on Craigslist this mobile home park so I decided to take a drive by when I took a drive-by I could not believe how disgusting some of the mobile homes was they have green mold on the outside the vines are growing up into the windows and then I seen holes in the wall I read some of the reviews and the owner or manager whoever the are keep defending the place by saying there is no tarps and holes in the walls but they aint what I saw so which is it somebodys lying apparently the owner or whoever is trying to hide the fact that they are cheap and lazy..

Update: theyve changed their name but the place is still pretty gross. The owner seems to think their comments are helping. HA. All their comments do is help everyone see what trashy people they really are, they cant even reply professionally to negative reviews. I think their pitiful 1.8 is pretty generous and very indicative of just how awful this place is.This is the most disgusting place to rent in all of redwater. There are CLEAR environmental violations, safety violations, and upkeep issues. The owners/managers lie to potential renters, steal their deposits, refuse to maintain the properties, and have numerous hazards on the site. There are so many trailers with tarps for walls, holes in the floors, bugs and mice that its ridiculous. I dont know why people dont just turn and run the other direction when they see it from the road but that is EXACTlY what I would suggest you do. DO NOT RENT HERE! PLEASE LET THESE PEOPLE GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND GET THIS DISGUSTING PLACE FINALLY SHUT DOWN!

You can see the kind of lier the manager is even on here trying to lie she lived in the house before us and knows whats wrong. And she would come by every month then act nice say yes I know the roof is leaking yes I know the floor still aint fixed yes I know the tub is broke cause my 400+lb husband broke it thats all you would ever say yes I know it needs fixed then either say we will get to it and havent or we dont have money in the bank to fix anything as for the toilet yes you stopped hearing about it but not until a month after the maintenance man pull your pads out and I told you it would be yours and I didnt get on to her I sternly told her she better not see two faced lier but Im not gonna keep asking a nasty manager who breaks tubs and wont fix anything unless you family to do anything after 4 months of I know its broken we dont have money to fix it

I love it here!!! Yes, it does look bad when you drive through as we are in the process of getting the old houses tore down and cleaned up so we can get the new ones moved in!! But things have a tendency to look bad when youre doing demolition of any sort. House are being remodeled slowly to make sure everything is done right the first time by our awesome maintenance guy. If you want to see some of our improvements then just come on over to #2 and Ill show you any of them that I can. And for those of you that want to talk down about the place, but continue to live here, you make no sense. If I was that unhappy about where I lived, I would be moving!!!

Roads are still suspension killers. Burning abandoned and uninhabitable trailers wont mask the environmental violations. Let alone and absentee ownership who lists certain tenants as do not repair. When they faithfully pay their rent. Thats beyond illegal and a travesty. Yes your jerry rig maintenance

This mobile home park needs a bit of maintainace but that is common with a lot of older parks, it just takes time.

Nice place, good potential.

Its clearly getting cleaned up! && for the people saying its a dump but yet you still living there. Its gonna take a while to get it back up but beleive its going to happen :)

This property is in need of serious restoration slash renovations to structures on said property.
