Horrible place to live . Horrible place to visit. This mobile home park needs to be closed

They stole my doberman doberman because I refused to pay a 300 dollar pet deposit for atrailer that wasnt worth 3 dollars

Terrible looking park. Needs overhaul

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The place is run down, the sewer runs out on the ground, they wont fix anything like broken windows, ovens that dont work, water pipes that break almost daily so they turn your water off every other day . Theres trash all over the park. The people are always fighting the cops come thru daily plus they get called for thefts, and fights, almost daily. DO NOT move there. The rent is extremely high for such terrible trailers. There falling apart. I wanted to give it no stars. Theres children out here that bully other children. It is just a bad place to bring children and just a bad place to live.

Asks too much in rent in terms of the conditions of some of the mobile homes and required amenities to accommodate his tenants such as missing/stolen air vents in the floor. If the verbally described fenced in yard fence has been stolen and no longer exists upon arrival. A discount I believe is warranted at that point.js

Well the park was pretty bad but they seem like there cleaning it up some. Theres quite a few run down trailers that need to b removed . In the summer theres quite a few trees . The water pressure is really bad most days but in the evenings its ok. They seem to have lots of water problems but they r always working on it.

I did not visit this place dont know why its here.
