Nice clean park

Very nice community. Very family oriented and friendly. It has a small play ground for kids, and plenty of room for them to run around. It is very clean and nicely kept. In a perfect location for easy access to everything in town.

Very nice people to deal with.

They have a mole infestation. You have to mow ur lawn and keep ur yard up. The owner will evect u if ur late on ur rent. If u move a home in u leave it or u better have somewhere to move it. Jerry keeps going up on rent, so if ur planning on staying there be aware.

It is a safe place to live. The park is very nice and quiet. There is a playground, basketball court & soccer field for the children to play. Also there is a beautiful pond. Its close to all the shopping centers and schools.

The landlord was very nice and courteous towards all of the residents. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It is very nice for a Mobile Home Park.

Habe a few friends who live here. Always clean and well kept seems very safe and people look out for each other.

Jerry Chapman is a bit cocky. But keeps the riff raff out

The property is well cared for, safe, and the manager really look out for the tenants.

The woman in the red house is rude af. But the park is cute
