As I was driving past, I noticed the swings. I felt called to stop and swing. So, I did. (First, I was greeted by a beautiful red bird) While swinging, I noticed a man walking with something across his chest and something on his shoulder. It looked odd. As I observed him, i recognized he appears to be a solider and preparing himself. My son is currently deployed and this made me smile. I noticed he appeared to be walking a trail that I hadnt noticed. I felt called to walk the trail. So, I did.I have been in deep sadness and transition for quiet awhile. For me, this felt like a perfect night, a perfect swing, a perfect walk in a perfect park.

It’s a small place but pretty good for middle of the city

Great place to walk dog.or hang with the fam. Very clean and well taken care of.

I live in this neighborhood and like walking my dog here. My family has been living in the neighborhood since 1985 when it was first being built. Everything here is like 30 years old and looks abandoned in a way. This park hasnt gotten any attention from the city of Tempe and it is kind of sad. This park could be an awesome place where kids from the neighborhood or the school next door can play after school and have fun, and the park would be a great place for birthdays or sports to be held. Some major renovation is needed though to make this park worth it. An all new bigger better playground with new sand and play equipment for all ages of kids is needed as well as some more trees and plants in some places around the edges and in the park.This park is in an awesome convenient location for a lot of people but needs a lot of work.

Quiet park. Got some work done and relaxed.

Nice family park. Kids and families play football, baseball, basketball here. Basketball court lights at night. A few shaded picnic tables with nearby grills. Playground for kids. But not a lot of shade.

Nice park but no restrooms

Lovely little park. Well maintained. 1 basketball court and two soccer fields. Numerous dogs most on leash, some not. Surrounded on three sides by sidewalks. Fourth side compacted dirt with pea gravel. Fairly level and easy to walk on or ride bike. Plenty of picnic tables and bbq pits. Tables varied in size from 4-40 seats. Only one under pavilion. Didnt have dog poo bags and very small playground.

Great neighborhood park to walk dogs, read a book on one of the tree shaded benches, fly your drone or people watch. A nice pond forms and attracts wild birds following infrequent rainfall.

A nice quiet park with a decent running path. Too bad a couple of s bag owners dont pick up after their pets. Seriously, you are duty bags whomever you are.

The park area is large & well lit, great for soccer or football. The playground is very basic; just a few swings, a slide and a 2 seater bouncy car.
