I always have such a peaceful time at this park. Perfect place to get away for a nice walk. You can sit by the river, smile while looking at the beautiful houses, or walk the trail.

The park is tranquil and it is situated along the Hillsborough River, but a section (near the pump house) is currently under construction.

Nice quiet little park with some pleasant and scenic waterside views. A big pavilion at the center to rest in the shade. Currently there is some construction work happening on the side. So I dont know how it will impact the experience in the end, but currently it detracts slightly.

Beautiful urban oasis in the heart of Seminole Heights. I walk there in the mornings between 6-8 am. Greeted by friendly neighbors enjoying the park. Always feel safe.

I absolutely love Rivercrest Park! Its one of my favorite places to relax on the docks and watch the sun go down! The park is consistently quiet and the surrounding neighborhood is safe. Theres plenty of space there! Its a great park for runners and it has a long challenging trail.The river makes for a great calming backdrop and eases some of the pain of exercising there! There are many large trees throughout the park. Its also a great place to go for a walk and theres a playground at the edge of the park, too. Its a great place for children to run and play in the grassy parts. Its a nice place to take animals, especially dogs for a stroll.It has a long boardwalk with several docks at the park, too! The docks are good for fishing and for dangling your feet over the edge to watch the waves, ducks and boats go by. Its very spacious and well kept! Its the perfect place to have a small party, a quiet dinner at one of the many tables and a picnic. Ive been there on early mornings, afternoons and long after sunset and have been completely safe! Its a sweet spot to take a break from the noise and relax!

My current go-to park.. its beautiful and spacious and clean! I havent worked out there yet but theres a nice trail to use plus a huge field. All the right playground features are just icing on the cake!

Awesome waterfront park in the Heights. I remember we used to run here from Hillsborough for cross country practice. Though small, it has everything you need. From your core jungle gym set to your pavilions and your paved trails. My favorite part is just hanging over by the waterfront docks and watching the water go by. Really awesome spot for dogs too. Many dog owners can be seen walking or playing with their pups here

Big park many slids

Parking is funny but theres a kayak drop and fishing dock. It is a very clean park

I took my 2 year old daughter to look at the water. She loves it. Its a great place to take a nice LONG walk. The view of the Hillsborough river is amazing. Theres a playground for kids. Volleyball net. And you can also rent party area! Ive been going here for years. And you should also visit it on Halloween!

In a lovely quaint neighborhood. It would be nice if they had a restroom. We had a kids birthday party there so it was tough with no potty.

This park is absolutely gorgeous. I lived around the corner for a while and it was such a joy to visit a super clean park nestled beautifully on the Hillsborough River. It has a great walking path.

The repairs being done are accompanied by a less than pleasant odor. Additionally there are some unsafe conditions such as lack of completed fencing and a manhole cover that is tapped off with red but clearly still accessible and a particular danger for unsupervised children.

Its a beautiful and serine park. Beautiful trees, an open field, footpath around the circumference for walking or running. It features a gazebo with picnic tables and a child play area with swings and slides and things to climb upon.

Took my niece for her first trick or treat. Was a really nice event, the folks who organized and the neighbors who set up and gave out candy created a nice safe environment that was just wonderful.

I find myself at this park several times a week. I walk to the park during lunch. It is quite serene. I love waking alongside the river. This is Florida and people actually pay to come play in our backyard. The beauty of the mature oaks, as you walk along the path, provide a wonderful backdrop to a beautiful day.

Good for a good walk. Of course watch out for alligators.

This is a peaceful riverside park with beautiful oak trees and big grassy spaces. It has a paved trail for walking and jogging, a kids play area, benches, picnic tables, and a covered pavilion. Lots of dog poo bag dispensers and waste recepticals, but no toilets for humans.

I come here all the time. Fantastic place to walk my dog. People exercise on the path all the time, occasionally I do too. The play ground is huge! People meet up here for rabdom things like yoga, sprinting matches, fishing, picnics, photo shoots, etc.

Rivercrest Park is a nice family park you can go to relax check out the waters just is so peaceful there so quiet you can just have family picnics just have a nice walk through the park its really nice and I would definitely visit this place again

Best hidden gem in Seminole Heights

Best park in Seminole Heights. See the sunset over the water and creep on all the cute dogs that get walked there....this is the life.They need to fix the docks, though.

They have a playground and there are definitely places where you can walk around. The one thing this Park does not have is ample parking. Another thing it lacks is privacy and personal space. If I was on a family outing just letting my son run around this park would be great, but I wanted to explore with my dog and be alone in cigar mode. The big groups of people that were all around everywhere I looked made this park not a good destination for how I was feeling.

This is a cool little spot to take the kids too. It has a nice playground with swings and a tires swing. They have water fountain which is nice and tons of trees for shady with the Hillsborough river running along side it.

Nice small park..need more for the kids and dock still needs repair so its fenced off and been that way awhile. Definitely needs more parking space

Clean environment and peaceful atmosphere

Nice size park for the neighborhood. It is a great place to walk, ride a bike, or jog. Great view of the water. The property ends at Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful so you know that its going to stay clean. Lots of shaded areas and places to rest. I only come down here two or three times a year but I would highly recommend visiting this park just to relax, or exercise, or have a picnic.

First time at this park and I went with a friend at night. We sat on a bench talking, looking out at the water. The birds cries could be heard over the river and it was lovely. Only thing Id change is to bring along some bug spray.

It was a beautiful park. Right next to the river. With beautiful old oak trees! Great place to take the family. I went with my girlfriend and our 16 month old daughter. We had a little picnic at the gazebo with publix subs!

Small neighborhood park on the river. Nice for walking dogs, good kayak put-in, but a long way to the water from parking. Still one of the best places to put in below the dam and paddle upstream.

Great place for kids to play

This is a pretty nice and clean park. Theres a gazebo thats usually relatively clean and good for eating a quick lunch but theres occasionally one of our transient neighbors hanging out there so your mileage may vary. There are some swings and stuff here for the little ones, and its got a nice little trail that meanders near the water for a nice evening stroll. Its in a relatively low traffic area so its often pretty quiet here. Theres a bunch of boat stuff here but I have no idea what thats all about. Some school program to teach kids boat stuff Ive heard. Over all I say check it out if youre in the neighborhood.

Beautiful little area of the neighborhood, with lots of walking/biking paths, a pavilion, benches, and a nice length if River frontage.

Good place to let kids run, if your lucky, you might see dolfin or otter in River depending which way tide is going.

Decent size Park trails, benches and picnic tables with shade. I think I seen at least one shelter. Saw a family of manatees in the river. Nice and serene. Will visit again. Also must be a good place for the pot smokers scene a few people smoking, doesnt bother me even though, I dont partake. they seem to be out the way and discreet with it though

Park is okay, area is okay but I always feel like I should be looking over each shoulder. Some sketchy people there. Playground is in decent shape but the docks not so much. River water there is yuck too.
