Then the secretary became extremely defensive and raised her voice at me rather than doing her job and answering my questions.Not all the counselors are real counselors. Some are former probation officers and dont have a psychology degree. And they get serious about their money! They dont play when it comes to money.The state should really hire a more qualified group of people to do this work because to them, its just a job. They dont actually care about helping people.
