Met the manager who was really welcoming and enjoyed every minute of it. Will be visiting again

Probably the best night club on 7th. Good variety of music, well balanced crowd with a mix for all. The drinks are of average price range so there is nothing super economical here. Basically three bars/areas under one roof so should never be a problem grabbing a drink. The bartenders are cool and if you can get a rapport established they will remember you.Average dance floor with no special lighting here but the crowd does dance.

Two words: Good riddance. Rude staff, bad bartenders. Now can we please just take down the website and pretend czar never happened.

We tried to get to the club a while ago when we just got our green cards. We didnt have driver licenses at that time. The staff didnt let us in accusing us showing them fake green cards. We were so mad. We called for the manager, waited for 30 mins. Nobody came out. So we just left. Shame on those people. It was a pure discrimination!

We go out to have fun. Well you wont have much fun here. Especially if you have to deal with the bad bartender(s). The worst one knows who she is but she doesnt care and she will curse you out if you dont tip her.

I used to go here about every other weekend when I could escape my hometown (Lakeland). Never had an issue here and if you treat your bartenders well, theyll hook you up. Drinks are a bit pricey, but the music and atmosphere make up for it. Havent been in about 2 years, but I hope its still the same chill place it used to be. I especially miss taking vodka shots and throwing the ice glasses against the wall opposite the bar...its not for the tame (aka those who tend to sit at the booths next to said wall who get rained on with pieces of shattered ice). Great times were had here and I cant wait to go again. The professor rocks.

Anytime I had a bad night in ybor city was at this club. Staff members are power hungry people who enjoy building their ego more than doing their job so people can have a good time

Czar has unfortunately become the worst club in ybor city. The staff members are TERRIBLE especially bartenders

Fun club but the management is terrible and unprofessional. Mostly everyone who works here is rude and likely wouldnt pass a 5th grade exam.

Female bartender in room to front right is the worst. Watch and see for yourself. They value hiring their friends over people who will get the job done, and that is why czar is dead now.

This is not a place of fun. Empty with a few rowdy young boys and rude staff
