I should have written this review a few weeks ago when I walked in to the store but time got away from me... To start I had a piece of art framed at another place because I thought for sure it would be much cheaper. For some reason I had always had it in my mind that the Frame Factory was super expensive. Well the other place did a horrible job and their customer service was just as bad. I left the other place and was so upset about their work, I just wanted it to be right so I drove straight to the Frame Factory but they didnt know that.When I brought the art in to be fixed they didnt question me or make me feel bad about going somewhere else. They were so professional and on top of the great customer service and their amazing work they were cheaper than the original place I went to. $$CHEAPER$$ AND BETTER. Will be letting everyone know how great you guys are. Thank you.

Just got my pictures and the new frames to give to family for Christmas what a beautiful job they did everybody should go there if they want to get anything framed

Ive been going to Frame Factory for all of my framing needs for years, and they;ve probably framed 100 pieces for me over the years. Ive tried other local shops, but Frame Factory has the best selection, service, prices and the end product quality is the very best! Shop local!!

My husband and I brought our prints in to be framed and the selection was fantastic. We were helped by an awesome guy named Paul who was interesting and fun and had great taste and wonderful suggestions! I would recommend this to anyone. A couple more of my friends and a bottle of red wine and it would have been a party!
