We had the best time at our glass blowing workshop. Justin was so helpful. I bought the most beautiful oil lamp. The colors are remarkable! I will treasure it forever !

So much creativity and patience :) Justin was so much fun. The experience ended up bringing back memories of my pottery days - I got emotional looking at my finished product ;) Im be back over and over!

Had a great time making a festive fall pumpkin. First time glass blowing and they did a great job walking us through every step! I will definitely go back and make a Christmas ornament later this year.

Customer service is non-existent. I have purchased a gift certificate for a friend in May. It is mid-July and my friend is still not able to redeem it for a glass-blowing class. The information on the site is inaccurate, and the class is only 30-minutes. My friend was told that the furnace is off in the summer, and it makes no sense for them to have it running just for 1-2 customers. I think that Susans art is beautiful, but the basics of customer service are yet to be worked out.

I have a friend who owns several of Susan Gotts large pieces and Ive always admired them for their artistic beauty and spiritual properties.I myself have purchased several spirit pieces, a beautiful bowl, multiple holiday orbs and more. I love all the pieces I have and plan to acquire more in the future.If you ever have to chance to visit Phoenix Glass Studio and meet this wonderful artist, do it! You wont be disappointed.
