Clean easy to find what you want.

Pretty good, had all quality art supplies including Faber Castell and Copic. My only complaint is that the prices were ripped off alot of those metal things so I wasnt able to buy some of what I wanted. But, clean and nice employees!

One of the best Arts & Crafts stores around. This location was added in Destiny USA more than a few years back and has been a great addition to the mall itself. This store location is right across from the bridge and offers a great variety of supplies. Seasonal items are huge here and Michaels always offers great deals. The associates, manager, and supervisors are sweet, wonderful, and always around to help if you need it. The associates here have proven to match the vision of what Michaels Arts & Crafts is about.

This store has hot wheels. We found some hard to find cars in this store.

It is very clean and well maintained store. Lots of good ideas. Could have stayed for hours except it was closing time.

Its weird to think of Michaels at the mall but I prefer this location over this one in Fairmount. Granted this one is newer and I feel sees less foot traffic. Its always so clean and organized in here. I do find it hard to sometimes find a worker though.

I gave this a 5 star rating for its strange factor. The store has....what seems like everything and its just such a vast array of jargon on all levels. I go in and just wander around and look at the oddities. Fun each time.

I spend most of my time in the paper crafting section which is always well stocked and well organized. They have great coupons every week with the use of their app. The staff is friendly and the store is always very clean and neat.

For all your crafting and creative needs, you wont find any place better. Michaels has great in-season crafts and kits you can do with your family and friends. In addition, they also have a great selection for celebrations, events, and gatherings. You may find a better price for certain industrial items (such as bendable wire) at home improvement stores, but this is definitely a one-stop-shop.If you found this review helpful, please consider a thumbs up. Not bad for a craft store. Nothing unique. A little pricey on some things.

The staff that greeted me, said they would come back to assist in a few moment, but she forgot about me! When she next saw me during that shopping visit, she admitted as much and owned up to her mistake. Thank you for not trying to BS me & actually telling me the truth, which, I already knew. Much appreciated. (This loc in Destiny USA is small. The staff here is honest & personable.)

Every time Ive gone, the staff has been super nice and so helpful. I tried the order online/pick-up in store thing for the first time today, and it was very quick and easy. Ive never had an issue coming here, and its somewhat convenient that its in the mall because you can get your other shopping done at the same time.

Wife really enjoyed herself, a little pricey but she got everything she needed...

Katie went above and beyond by custom fitting boards to large prints and setting up an area for me to combine media in the shop. Awesome experience at this Marshalls - had everything I couldve asked for and more!

Pretty large store in the mall close to the entrance so didnt have to travel far to get was needed.

I adore Michaels and the staff... My only gripe with Michaels is that everything is marked up steeply so that folks can us their ridiculous coupons... Mark the $#!& down to regular normal prices so you dont need to seem like heros.. Its a royal pain in the butt.. That aside, I can usually find anything Im looking in the store or a close alternative. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist me.. Thanks Michael!

Im not a crafter but love doing science projects and building things with my son.Michaels is amazing for the family who like to make anything . Weekend craft sessions, project instructions, and they seem to always have almost anything we are ever looking for.If you want to make something and need supplies this should be your first stop!And the people who work here are usually friendly and helpful.

Kind of an odd layout compared to other stores in the chain but thats to be expected in a mall space. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, not only knowing where things were located but making suggestions on what else we could try to achieve our desired results (in a genuinely helpful way, not an upselling kind of way)

You can never go wrong shopping at Michaels! My only complaint is that they make you pull out your phone for the stupid coupon every time that you shop there. I understand it saves them money, and thats part of the business scheme, but if youre going to give us 40% off of an item at any time, just put it directly into the pricing. But if you need frames properly sized, I highly recommend going to the mall!

Its too expensive and didnt have what I was looking for. Trying to find an employee in the store to help u is unreal and if u do find an employee to help u they are very rude or they walk right by u and dont ask of u need help or anything.

Lots of items seemingly in wrong places... near everything we got was charged at a different price than what was listed. No sale going on either.Got everything we needed, but man... the disorder.

This should be the only Michaels everyone goes to in Syracuse. The staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable whenever I come in to shop. If they cant help me with what I need exactly, they are quick to find a solution that always works for the project I am working on.

They had the perfect letter stickers for my project I was working on, at a great price

Didnt look for much but I found an excellent toy section with hot wheels and matchbox cars, which my son loves. They also had soap box derby cars to assemble to resemble the Batman car.

Smaller than your typical Michaels store but I didnt find any department in particular was lacking. Very clean and well kept. Did not need any service so cant speak to that.

Lots of crafts and home decorating items also a bunch more!

The Michaels in Camillus is well-stocked with helpful, courteous staff. Ive found supplies here for a wide variety of crafts and projects over the last couple years. As a homeschool mom, I appreciate their teacher discount available on all purchases. Their regular sales and 40% off coupons make for good deals.

Ive never been to Michaels and I was so obsessed looking over everything I took pictures of almost everything bc of the prices and all the ideas I was getting for my wedding. You also have 180 days to return and as a member of you dont have your receipt, you just give your name and up pulls your purchases! Make sure you know what youre going in there for though, bc it is easy to get distracted with all the variety.

Good size, displays are always nice. I am not a mall person, but luckily this store is very close to the bridge so you can be in and out without too much parking hassle.

This Michaels has a more limited supply than others Ive been in and the staff sometimes seem a bit unknowledgeable. Its a very hit or miss experience and never consistently good.

Staff can hardly answer my questions anytime Im looking for items in the store.
