My experience with this park is with my interactions with my customers that live there and with my job I see alot but its really hit and miss with these homes. Some were taken care of, some are trashed. The lot placements are horrible as you have no privacy and are basically stacked next to each other. Its definitely not the worst park in Sumter, but its in the top 3

Pot Holes Big enough to break a Car Axle!!Pine trees that Need to be trimmed now!Tree roots that are showing thru the ground, a load of gravel in yards??Trailer I visited needs repairs that should have been fixed within a week of purchase. 3 months have passed without the needed repairs.

Dont like to fix nothing in your house when u first get it

I have been there for just a year and my living room floor is almost gone and they say i have to pay to fix it no i would not recommend this park

Danger zone for familys i would say outta control tralier park always shooting fights something caution when in this area, i would move back needs better control.

WORST PLACE TO STAY iN! THE ROADS ARE SO BAD! THEY SAiD THEY WERE GOiNG TO GET THEM FiXED AND HAVENT YET! I BEEN LiViNG OUT HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND WHERE YOU TAKE THE TRASH iS BEYOND NASTY

I Love Them And Their Hospitality!!! They really meet your family needs. And the Property Manager Ms. Jametris Lindsay is Truly a Doll, she has a Personality thats Bigger than Life and a Heart of Pure Gold!!! Even when you are in the office, She makes you feel right at home.

Homes are very close. Property not maintained very well. No play ground for the children, trash area always filthy.

They are a true rip off.. management keeps getting fired and replaced, they do not want to complete any repairs, maintenance people dont know what they are doing, the homes are garbage and things are just covered up to look nice, everyone likes to pass the buck and blame the next person. They claim its not well water but how do you use the same amount of water each month? Just sad how they treat people and just want your money. No professionalism or care all. Two bullet holes in my trailer due to recent violence and continued issues here. Kids always fighting and running around stealing or destroying property. Disgusting
