I absolutely love living here in my RV. This park is well managed with a friendly staff who keeps the park well taken care of. The lots are large with full hookups and friendly neighbors. Within a 3 minute drive, you can find a ton of great places to eat and shop in Sumter. I am an active duty service member working here at the Air Base, and couldnt be happier with this park.

I lived in this trailer park 15 years ago but I come back yearly to visit family living in the area. The park is under new management and they seem to be working hard to improve the quality of the park. The new manager, Steve, is a great guy and is on top of things. Hes definitely getting the job done and doing it well. Would definitely recommend.

I have lived here for 5 years. It was good before, but it is great now. I have been treated well, helped when I needed it and just treated like family. The place is clean and well maintained. Management deals with problems quickly. This is the best deal in Sumter and probably SC. The only thing that would make it better is free beer on Friday.

I have lived here for three years, and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go anywhere else to live. It is so peaceful out here, clean environment, safe for children. The management and maintenance is excellent very helpful and get things done if broken or needed. I appreciate them. The property is nice and reasonable

We’ve lived here on and off for 3 years - the longest stay the past 9 months. The rent is very reasonable and the new management friendly and very accommodating. Our yard area is well maintained. It’s a quiet environment, our neighbors are friendly and we would definitely recommend it.

Living out here for quite awhile now and at the beginning it was horrible. Now under new management, it can honestly say the change is definitely for the good. Steve is an awesome guy and and will insure any tenant if there is any thing wrong, he is on the job. Thanks guys at Trubuild for making this environment a much better place!!!

Crescent mobile home park has been the only place that I have rented from with no problems. The manager when told there is an issue inside the house will fix it even if it means ordering new doors. They are wonderful people and even the neighbors have at one another. Or help each other out if they see its one man and one woman moving a washer. I would recommend crescent to anyone that asks. Like I said Steve the manager will get the problem fixed. It might not be right away that moment it is abog park. However within the week it is fixedSo I personally give crescent mobile home park a 5 star review

I have lived in Crescent MHP for over a year now, in that time a new manager has taken over and the transition was seamless. Steve will go above and beyond to ensure you have any needs that may arise on your lot taken care of promptly. The park is friendly and everyone cares for one another. If you are interested in moving to a new MHP I would suggest Crescent as your next home.

I have lived here for over 5 years.. It is under knew management, Mr.Steve. every problem I have he is fast to fix. Nice, and understanding. As long as you pay your rent and clean your yard, and dont cause any commotion, you dont have any problems.

I lived in this park for 10 years never had any problems. The management has done a great job keeping the rif-raf out, this is a quiet park for working people and retired folks who want a safe place to stay. If you are into loud parties and drugs and violence, look somewhere else because you wont last long here . Never had any problems with racism in the park they just dont tolerate problem people race is Not a factor !!!!

We moved here bout a month ago, its quiet and Steve has been awesome, hes super helpful and is very nice!!

I live in crescent now for Lil over a year ..it is now under new management ..Mr Steve is a every nice and polite man..He goes out of his way to make sure the park is clean and safe ..Me and my family real appreciate that..

Steve has done a great job managing since he took control of the park. It is peacefull now compared to how it use to be.

Its liveable. People need to take more pride in where they live.

Its quite. No one bothers you. The only problem is the maintenance man fixes things half ass..I lived here for a year an I really liked it. . The maintenance mans house is a pig pin.

The houses are numbered funny.

This park is horrible the maintenance man is lazy and digs in the trash bin all day he doesnt fix what he is supposed to and when he does it is not fully fixed. Also when he cuts grass please look out for your car windows because he is to lazy to pick up rocks and debris out of the yard before cutting it so rocks fly into the homes and into your car. Also the late fees here are outrageous, Mr. Johnny charges 90.00 for late fees and that is crazy for a trailer park, and the trailers are not in that great of condition if you can live somewhere else please do will never recommend this place to anyone ever. this place SUCKS Ass big time.

This place is a a disgrace. I own my trailor and only pay lot fee. With tgat being said I cant have MY animals in My house or I cant have MY relatives live with me without there knowing. They are racist individuals and will allow all of the Caucasian folks have whatever they like. Never will I Ever recommend this place to anyone untill its under new management.

Horrible trailer park...owner Johnny and maintenance man Randy are racists...they ride around all day watching where the black ppl live...looking for a reason to evict them...these ppl really need to get a life...the tenants mind their business so y cant they do the same and let ppl live...u getting paid on time so y complain...
