Visited a friend. Not the mobile home park it Used To Be

If you want someone to tell you how to walk, drive, ride your bike, Park, paint, eat, breathe even though the trailer is yours then this is the place for you. It would be nice if they added a part for the children and maybe want to walk your dog, instead of pocketing every single cent not taking care of the roach population thats in every trailer in that park its totally disgusting

I had an excellent experience here. The neighborhood ks quite, everyone keeps to themselves, maintenance handles issues in a timely manner and the landlord Ms. Sharon is very nice sweet and understanding. Thanks for giving me and my family the opportunity to lease with your company!

Rental are good, its pretty decent place, manager is cool, free wifi

Excellent staff,great community.The owners as well as the management are very understanding and considerable people.Great place to bring your mobile home or rent one of the places they have available.Good prices,safe place and friendly neighbors who keep to themselves.

I think I am going to like it here the office manager is a very pleasant but firm lady.

I mean all these bad kids here stealing my bikes and trespassing property. The Owner was nice but now the new one is bad. Even burning trash I mean.

It is quiet here park is clean and nice homes for rent nice lots for rent. Rent is reasonable also

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT LIVE OR WORK IN THIS DUMP RUN BY RACIST NARCISSISTIC PEOPLE WHOS NOSES ARE SO FAR UP THEIR OWN BEHINDS THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR TENANTS, PROSPECTIVE TENANTS, OR WORKERS!!! I applied for a home out there and they led the worker and myself to believe that I would be approved for it and then after firing the employee I heard nothing else about the home. I had to call them myself and then they gave me bogus excuses as to why I couldnt move in the home. COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME ENOUGH RESPECT TO CALL ME! Not to mention the grounds of the community are unkept and the front is full of trash! I second guessed going out there myself because of the way it looked but I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and blame the trash pickup services but every time I passed by it didnt look any better. WHERE IS DHEC?!!!! CHILDREN LIVE OUT THERE!! If you thinking about Iris Winds as a place to stay, think again.

I leave my bikes out and people steal them so they also steal packages on the porch and kids that break your scooter and throw it in the dich
