The male owner is very nice and I never had an issue with him. Patsy and her daughter who work the front office are never on the same page. They lose receipts when you’ve paid them! Patsy wouldn’t give me my deposit back after the whole corona situation happened and I was laid off. She wanted me to move into a house with an exposed water heater, half the house didn’t have electricity and no window units. I was told I could have the deposit back and then they went back and their word, not on the same page obviously again. My friend who rented from her waited a whole week for a working fridge.

I moved in not too long ago and I LOVE it. The area is lovely, besides the trees there’s a lot of them, very quiet and well kept. They have a great thing going where if you don’t want something big in your home you can just put it outside of the fence. I placed a couch out there just last Friday and it was gone on Monday. Amazing job from the maintenance man, I had a pipe bust late one night and he was there within 30 minutes. The office staff is great as well. Never a dull moment with the land lord.

I have had no issues. The office personnel are great and they are very nice people. They have been very on point and understanding since i moved in here about a week ago. Keep up the good work.

Worst place ever they will charge you late fees and over due rent when you paid just to get more money

Homes are being remodeled slowly. Neighborhood is getting better. Maintenance is being maintained well and in a fairly timely matter.

It says that this is a beautiful upcoming community this is a rundown trashy community the landlord refuses to clean up the area there is piles of leaves everywhere tree limbs Furniture sitting on sides of the road potholes all through the trailer park and children who break out the trailer windows due to throwing rocks where they are unattended landlord refuses to make proper repairs on things that go wrong and tends to try to patch the repairs instead of fix the problems they refuse to do anything about the mice or bugs and the trailers when we moved in it was sad we had a clean trailer up on deeper inspection after we moved in we found rat droppings and bugs in the cabinet and landlord refuses to do anything about it and the workers that do the maintenance here are only used to patching up the problem not fixing the problem she will spend the same maintenance people out three or four times and the problem still does not get fixed I would not recommend this trailer park for anyone with a family due to the unclean environment that could end up getting your child snake bit mouse bit or disease this trailer park is slumlord owned and operated and upon talking to other residents there is numerous trailers that have Outlet problems bad wiring bad Plumbing and sunken floors and mold
