What a beautiful little park. We visited during a holiday stay back in 2006. Brought my daughter and pup here while staying up at the Woodland Inn. My daughter, a toddler then, loved the sculptures and the paths, despite it being a rainy day.

Sooooo sweet and all the statues and flowers are beautiful. Oh and to the dear sweet creatures who hide precious painted rocks and shells in this park, we *heart* you.

This is a great place to walk around, hide and look for painted rocks and look at the sculptures. The tennis courts are well kept and the restrooms are usually pretty clean as well.

Really nice year round. Even better when the flowers are in bloom around March to April.Turtles in pond occasionally you see some geese stop by for a bit. Saw a humming bird once.

This is a beautiful public park! Lots of benches for seating, stunning statues hidden all over, clear pathways, and kept clean. Perfect for picnics, walks, and Pokemon Go hunting!

We always have a blast at this beautiful park. It stimulates the senses and lifts our spirits every time we visit. Even our dogs love going because theres plenty of shade to keep cool during a walk on a hot summer day.

Had family pictures taken there. It was great weather and hopefully the pictures come out without too many people staring at us in the background. If you have a dog phobia I wouldnt recommend Azalea, 90% of people walking around had them. And the cute little ponds looked like some sort of science experiment. Was seriously considering if I would jump in to save my son if he fell (was attempting to catch frogs in the muck). Thankfully, he didnt fall and I didnt have to debate about saving him or not

Azalea Park in Summerville is one of my favorite parks as it has a lot of open green space to run around and enjoy. I like the bridges and sculptures throughout the park as they really add a lot of character and variety to the park. This is a great place for a picnic or to just find a nice spot to sit and relax on a busy day. There is plenty of activities to take part in in this park and there always seems to be something going on during different parts of the year. I have always found this park very clean and well maintained each time that I have been here. This is one of the best parks in the area and I look forward to being able to come here as often as I can to have a good time and get some fresh air.

It’s very nice and tranquil. It’s a little hidden gem if you just want to walk and be out with nature. My girls enjoy watching the turtles in the pond and we were lucky enough to see some ducks as well the other day. Lots of shade and benches and little nooks to have alone time. I would like to see more flowers and gardens and a beautiful fountain would be so lovely!

We love going on walks through here! Theres a huge turtle pond that my boys love and theres always creatures under three bridges to see. Ive done 2 photo shoots here and the clients loved how beautiful it was. We will continue to visit!

Nice park to relax. One of the benches by the bushes seems to have a beehive under it though, so be careful.

Great little peaceful park near downtown Summerville. Walk the paths along the Azeleas or find a shady and secluded bench to read and relax. This park runs along both sides of the road and has a crossing area with signals. Plenty of parking with multiple lots. Bathrooms and water fountains available. Multiple gazebos and event areas. Watch for park activities and festivals through the year.

Flower festival was simply the largest 3 day street fair I have been to. Reasonably priced hand made items and food to fulfill your every want.. I had a little of everything boiled peanuts, fried clams, fried shrimp, crab cakes, hotdogs on a stick (which were big enough to call sausage on a stick). Blooming onions, snow crabs, spicy cajun pork skins the list goes on. It took 3 hrs to walk it off. It rained early am stopped a little after 11 am and I was off and running. So I was able to find items for the family who got to enjoy thru video call. This is definitely a must do event if ever in the area in first weekend in April. Also pet friendly event. Two thumbs up and four paws up for this event every year in summerville, south Carolina...

Flowertown festival Summerville SC this weekend. So much food and fun and awesome crafts to buy.

Nestled in the heart of Summerville its quaint its out of the way theres parking for around 8 to 10 cars

Nice place to relax. Wine, coffee, tea, great treats. One of our favorite places to hang out.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and there werent many folks here. We had our dog with us on this 1st visit. We quickly realized we forgot clean-up bags so were happy to see the bag stations around the park. We saw a few others with their pets too. It is a smaller park but it had a few places to sit and take in the quiet. It inspired us to visit other parks soon.

Absolutely beautiful and well kept park. A calming and relaxing walking area in the middle of a bustling downtown Summerville. The Tennis Courts are well maintained too and are in excellent condition. If you’re looking for a bench to read on or a place to go for a quiet walk, this park is perfect for you.

There are benches, picturesque pathways, interesting castings, a memorial lane and the shrubs are blooming beautifully during February/March. Peaceful surroundings just off a through road.

It is absolutely beautiful during spring when the azaleas are in full bloom. And is a fantastic spot for taking any kind of pictures. I plan to take some baby pictures here when the flowers finally come back. And my best friend had her prom pictures taken here and they looked completely lovely. Not to mention lots of Pokémon are here if you’re into Pokémon Go

Park is lovely and has lots of places to relax and take photos. It also has a nice crossing area with flashing lights. Several bridges made for delightful scenes.

I really enjoy visiting azalea park. There are trails you can walk on and there are benches to sit on along the way. I like the fountains as well. Also there are a lot of beautiful flowers there

So many flowers bloom here in spring! It is also lovely year round; with paved paths, gazebos, benches, streams, old trees, ponds, and sculptures. There is also a bathroom. Extra parking can be found at the church next door.

I take my daughter here all the time!! The flowers are beautiful this time of year!! Nice shade on a hot day! Lots of people get pictures done here for the holidays, graduation, paternity, engagement!!! Great place to just enjoy nature!! They have a turtle pond where you can feed the turtles!! Plenty of places to sit. On the tennis court side they have a restroom to use! People use to hide rock there, not sure how many still do but Im hoping since the weather is starting to warm up that they will start hiding them again!!

Went rock hiding here. Not a super busy park. Its an older style perk with fountains and lovely paths. Great for photos or just a walk on a pretty day. Also great for hiding and finding painted rocks.

Used to love coming here. Now there is dog poop in places, the pond was full of limbs and trash and the fish are gone, replaced with turtles and ducks. Thats progress for you. It was much more enjoyable years ago. Really miss feeding the gold fish...

Its a nice place to visit.

We always have a great time here. The statues and water features are wonderful and the children love them. The pond on the southwest side has a ton of turtles that lounge in the sun. Plus, search around and youll find some awesomely painted Summerville Rocks rocks.

This is my favorite little spot its always clean n so peaceful, has beautiful gardens n statues. Lots of little paths and picnic benches an double swings. Great place to find rocks, read a book or go bird watching. An it stays open till 10p.m.

This is a very peaceful place to just take a walk especially inthe spring when the azaleas are blooming.

Azalea Park is a wonderful Green Space to enjoy with family and friends or for a solitary stroll. When the Camellias are in bloom their astounding as are the azaleas. There plenty of green Lawns where you can spread out a blanket to read, paths to walk along, and beautiful trees.

Lovely small park with beautifully maintained azaleas planted under the towns signature pine trees. The park has a growing collection of sculpture and host Sculpture in the South every year. There are nice paths for strolling, water features and well-designed annual beds. The parks 2 gazebos are popular wedding venues.

Its a quiet little piece of heaven!!! Only down side is the short walkimg trail. But a great place to just go walk or sit to clear your mind.

Nice park for walking. A few neat sculptures. Park being split by a busy road knocked it down to 4 stars.

Though there wasnt much seating, the setting was nice. Walking paths need some leveling as they were difficult to negotiate for those having the need to use a walker.
