Tiny park in Sugarland that’s worth a look!! First thing to keep in mind - there are only 3 parking spaces available at this playground and they are almost ALWAYS occupied by people completing drug deals. However, the park itself is adorable. Newer playground equipment, and a set of small swings. The entire playground is enclosed in a fence which is nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. No restrooms available. Good for toddlers too.

This is a great little park! There is a side for smaller kids and a side for bigger kids. Its gated the whole way around so you dont have to worry about street traffic. Some train tracks across the river let the Kurds watch trains roll by. The trees down the lane its on are beautiful.

Small, contained park that is perfect for the toddler through elementary school aged kids. No restrooms. Shaded.

Loved that it was fenced in. Didnt have to worry about my little one wandering off. Great shade and my toddler was able to enjoy both structures.

Its a small park parking is limited be mindful if you park on the street. Its a good place for Niantic game play including pogo, how, and the original and best of them all ingress.

Tiny. But if you play Pokemon go, this place is amazing!

It has baby swings, and 2 play structures for kids. It wasnt crowded on a Saturday afternoon. It was clean and well kept. Little one enjoyed it.

Great little park. I like that it is fully enclosed with one enter/exit point so the kids can wander around with out having to be watched really close since there is a tempting body of water just behind it. It is great that Sugar Land has these hidden gems of local parks.

Nice small park also has 4 pokestops in one spot if you play pokemon go its a great place to stop by and set lures

Clean gated public park with two sets of play areas. Perfect for sunny days since the park is shaded by trees. Loved it!

This park is gated, had two playground areas (for ~2 year old and ~5 year olds) and tables. It is however small and there are only few parking spots. During the day it is shaded.

I love that my kid can run around without the fear of him running off. Its very helpful that the park is closed in with heavy duty gates .

This is a quiet park with lots of shade. Condition of the playground is good and there is a very tall spiral slide. The highest point of the play place is higher than any outdoor playground Ive visited. Playground uses gravel on the floor. Entire area is fenced as its by a river. Theres a few parking spaces in front.

Small community park. Not much parking and just 2 sets of playsets and 1 swing set. Good place to bring the kiddos and have them burn off some energy while you hit that 4 stop and fill up them bags.

It is a tiny little park, like a park you would expect in a small subdivision. No restrooms. No water fountains. But it does have 4 pokestops and 2 picnic benches.

Very chill spot to bring your kids .

Cool place

The park is well laid out, just off the water and located behind the old Lakeview Elemantry School. Plenty of shades trees all round. Small parking for lot only five that are paved. No restroom on location...

Lots of slides, gated, lots of trees, and the play structure is safe for my 2 year old!

New playground installed in April of 2017. Looks like great fun for the kiddos!

Decent park. Would be 5/5 if it was a little cleaner.

Caught 2 largemouth basses, one is 17.5 inches, other one is 15.5. Just behind the playground, nearby bridge .
