Would not recommend getting a place there

Miss managed at the helm... BEWARE

Everyone needs shelter but this place looked like a F.E.M.A. refugee camp. Crowded. GPS signal will drop. So stop by office for directions. Tons of trailers haphazardly huddled just awaiting an act of God...the land would be clearly leveled.

The administrator is so nice .great place to live

For a Mobile manor neighborhood this place shines. My aunt and uncle and grand parents live in the back of this neighborhood and the place is well taken care off. The roads, utilities, and lawns are maintained and the residents care about each other. This may not be apparent from a casual glance or from an outside perspective but this HOA or Community Association does a good job taking care of the lots and fostering a sense of community spirit. When I drive in to visit I have not had any issues with trash in the road or trash cans. Great neighborhood! Keep up the good work.

No one ever there. Maker an appointment to meet about a place for sale. No one there. Horrible customer service. No one calls back. Sad
